The logistics sector experiences an increasing shortage of secure truck parkings, in part due to lacking insight into occupancy rates. Extending earlier work - in which a variety of machine learning approaches are evaluated to predict truck parking occupancy - this paper presents a reference use case, data space architecture, andprototype for sm art truck parking. The research builds upon case study research and 1.5 years' worth of real-world data of a truck parking in Deventer, the Netherlands. Deploying the conceptual design from prior work, the main contributions of this paperare: (1) a reference use case, (2) a data space architecture, and (3) a prototype for smart truck parking. The reference use caseis developed following the use case methodology of Fraunhofer. The architecture is rooted in the international data spaces reference architecture model, modelled using the ArchiMate language and specification, and validated by means of expert opinion. The cross industry standard process for data mining is utilized to develop and deploy a prototype, based on a single case mechanism experiment, for a smart truck parking application. Future research can focus on evaluating and developing ontologies to extend the current conceptual representation of the data objects and the experimental development of federative machine learningapproaches among truck parkings. This research focuses on the mobile learning of mathematics games (MLM games) to enhance problem-solving skills and adopts the structure of a closed-ended and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The fifteen experts agreed with the eight factors that influence to enhance problem-solving skill (Mean = 4.59, S.D. = 0.56). The questionnaires are randomly assigned to forty students. The results indicate: (1) most of the students are evaluated with MLM games in terms of quality game content (Mean = 4.70, S.D. = 0.65) (2) the students have benefited from the use of MLM games in terms of the sound aspect, especially the appropriateness of the song used in the lesson at a high level, and (3) the students are satisfied at a high level that the lesson could be reviewed at any time. The fifth time achieved the learning achievement at 82 percent, so teachers and schools should put more effort into developing mobile learning games.

Birds are said to be the natural indicators regarding the condition of the environment and the changes that happen in the surrounding. Thus, ecologists strive a lot in monitoring these birds to understand their trending population, and doing this manually for each and every bird becomes a slow never-ending process. The main motive of this computerized system is to track down these bird kinds with the help of their sound. This automated system is of great benefit to the bird watchers in the study of wildlife, civic science, and data signals library management and to find out their evolution within time. From further research, it has been known that bird sound detection has become a usual necessary first step before classification of input data and also manages large datasets by straining down the data of interest. This has now become one of the potential papers in acoustic observation of sound-emitting birds. This gives us quick real-time information depending upon the dataset fed into the system without any delay in managing the dataset which would otherwise happen if the classification of the birds was done manually and gives a general estimation regarding the biodiversity of the surrounding. © 2021, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Natural Language Processing is a machine learning method based on mathematical linguistics that can identify trends in public opinion. The article analyzes the possibility of implementing LDA and NLP methods to identify the growing public interest to the problems of ecology and environmental conservation. It will provide the basis for manufacturers to make eco-marketing decisions. Reorienting production towards creating green goods, introducing new ecological products to the market, promoting energy-saving technologies requires significant investments. To get a return, it is required to capture the steady demand of contractors and consumers for ecologization. The article offers a comparative analysis of getting information by classical methods (for example, through surveys) and machine learning methods. The most important sources of data collection are highlighted on the basis of their popularity, public attention and the number of individuals participating in the discourse. The author has developed key categories and keywords with which the Russian society associates the perception of environmental marketing. Python is a popular programming language characterized by its simple syntax and easy learning curve. Like many languages, Python has a set of best practices that should be followed to avoid bugs and improve other quality attributes (such as maintenance and readability). In this context, non-compliance to these practices can be detected by using linting tools. Previous work conducted studies to better understand the frequency of a class of problems that can be found using Python linters: warnings, here named as lint-based warnings. However, they either rely on small datasets or focus on few domains, such as machine learning or web-systems projects. In this paper, we provide a mixed-method study where we analyze the frequency of six lint-based warnings in 1,119 different open-source general-purpose Python projects. To go further, we also conduct a survey to check whether developers are aware of the lint-based warnings we study here. In particular, we intend to check whether they are able to identify the six lint-based warnings. To remove the lint-based warnings, we suggest the application of simple refactorings. Last but not least, we evaluate the suggestions by submitting pull requests to remove lint-based warnings from open-source projects. Our results show that 39% of the 1,119 projects have at least one lint-based warning. After analyzing the survey data, we also show that developers prefer Python code without lint-based warnings. Regarding the pull requests, we achieve a 71.8% of acceptance rate.

The present research investigates the state-of-the-art concerning virtual and augmented reality lab environments, in science teaching and learning. Both environments are suggested as most appropriate for science education. The study explores the extent to which research has progressed concerning these new tools, while focusing on the extent to which actual educational trials in science classrooms have been completed. To this effect, 19 research papers were identified and reviewed. Conclusions are drawn as regards the effectiveness of these two lab environment types as a function of the age of students, today. The creation of educational VR and AR that resembles reality so closely that it is hard to differentiate between virtual, augmented, and real, thus creating a unified continuum, seems to finally be within our grasp, yet further research is needed as to their optimum use.

Mobile content service has been experiencing an explosive traffic growth in radio access networks. Due to the frequent downloads of popular content requested by multiple mobile users, most of the data traffic is caused by repetitive data transfers. Proactive content caching is an effective way to reduce the burden of backhaul link traffic and to improve the user experience. Content popularity is an important factor which influences active caching. However, content popularity is often unknown in advance. Therefore, predicting content popularity is an important challenge for content caching. It is studied that the problem of cache content popularity prediction in a unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) assisted wireless cache network(UA-WCN) which includes a base station(BS) and multiple UAVs. A model framework and strategy for content popularity prediction based on the comprehensive characteristics of users and content are proposed to solve the popularity prediction problem. Firstly, user preference learning is applied based on considering that users prefer request the contents they are interested in. The users is classified by using some of the physiological characteristics of the user. Then, the weight of the user's preference for the content is learned by using Follow The Regularized Leader(FTRL) algorithm. Finally, the gradient descent algorithm is used to learn the local model parameters. The feasibility of the model is verified by the simulation results. And the proposed popularity prediction strategy can not only accurately predict the popularity of content, but also greatly reduce the computational complexity.

Design and optimize an electromagnetic device usually relies on the use of simulation software and intelligent optimization algorithm. Designer need to create a model of device, assign relevant design parameters, then the computer will instead of designer to simulate device and get the optimal result. But this method has some obvious disadvantages. First, how to create an appropriate model relies on designers' experience. Second, it costs a lot of time to do simulation calculations. Therefore, this method has long design cycles and low design efficiency. In order to overcome these weaknesses, this paper introduce a faster design method based on surrogate model and machine learning. Compared with the old method, it can be obviously found that the new method has lower computational complexity and higher convergence speed.

Anomaly detection on attributed graphs has attracted lots of research attention recently. A great deal of existing work focuses on unsupervised anomaly detection. However, in practical applications, we can obtain some labeled instances by experts, and it remains unexplored how to utilize limited labeled instances for improving the accuracy of anomaly detection. In this paper, we propose a semi-supervised anomaly detection method by considering both structure anomalies and attribute anomalies. Firstly, based on graph convolutional networks (GCNs), we learn a hypersphere that encloses normal nodes and forces anomalous nodes to lie outside, we detect structure anomalies by calculating the distances between the node embeddings and the hypersphere center. Since the trained GCNs always fail to learn better representations for anomaly detection due to noise edges are mixed into neighborhood aggregation, we use deep neural networks (DNNs) to detect attribute anomalies. Besides, to make full use of the labeled data, we incorporate the semi-supervised learning into anomaly detection, which can propagate limited label information to a large number of unlabeled instances and learn accurate nodes embeddings. Extensive experiments on five real-world datasets validate the superiority of our method and the significance of each module.

If people are to develop passion towards learning, they need these real experiences such as problem based learning, project based learning, internships, student exchange programs otherwise, their knowing remains theoretical and will never have a impact on one's journey towards learning. It is seen that the regular academics prepares students only for predictable, comfortable, risk free theoretical and a smooth flow environment and hence does not prepare students to face harsh reality. Analyzing the behavioral, cognitive skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and decision making skills of students who have learnt from Real world learning experience and comparing this with the students going through regular curriculum is discussed. A study was carried out for a set of students of similar age group and from same institute taking into account students going through regular curriculum and students having experience of Real World learning. Competency levels was obtained and compared. It is seen that behavioral, cognitive skills, communication skills, negotiation skills will improve linearly when Real world learning is part of the present curriculum.
