The development of C&A Technique for learning management to enhance instructional media creation skills in a cloud-based learning environment for undergraduate students for teaching and learning management direction. The students will plan, create, and use the established instructional media more accurately and appropriately. The technique can help teachers to guide the students to enhance instructional media creation skills. This research aims to (1) develop C&A techniques for learning management to enhance instructional media skill creation on in cloud learning environments for undergraduates, (2) study the effects of using C&A techniques for learning management to enhance instructional media skill creation on cloud learning environments for undergraduate, and (3) assess the skills to create media for students using the learning management techniques with C&A. The results of research found that: (1) The development of C&A Technique for learning management to enhance instructional media creation skills in a cloud-based learning environment for undergraduate students consists of Concept, Content, Analysis, Objective, Media, Utilize, Presentations, Evaluation, Publish, and Feedback on the planning application;(2) C&A Technique for learning enables to enhance Instructional Media Creation Skills of learners at high level;(3) Learners using C&A Technique for learning Management are satisfied with the model at highest level.

The paper discusses the questions connected with managing distance teaching and learning at the humanitarian pedagogical university. The article identifies the opportunities for interactive collaborative distant training for students - future teachers - and developing their practical skills and competences in solving usual and non-standard problems, shaping personal characteristics. The study shows the importance of providing supportive environment for learners. The paper demonstrates the main tool for the pilot study - multiple variable repetition of transitions between 'theory-practice', 'practice-theory' which was based on different forms of cognitive and pedagogical activity that provided step-by-step development of pedagogical competence of future teachers. The main focus is on the interactive forms of collaborative learning, using information-communication technologies both during intersession periods (online) and in the classroom together with the teacher (offline). The article describes the main output of the research which is resulted in the development of students' communicative competence as well as readiness and ability for professional-research pedagogical performance, continuous professional development, development of individual teaching style, development of pedagogical thinking and mindset, self-analysis of own professional performance, information and media literacy.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design a professional learning community training model using Cloud Technology to enhance the Competence learning Management system for the teacher. The research was divided into three categories. The categories are as follows: firstly, synthesizing the elements of the professional training model;secondly, designing the training model of professional learning community training model using cloud technology to Enhance a Competence learning Management System for the teacher;and thirdly, to evaluate the effectiveness of the Professional learning Community Training Model (PLCTM) through Cloud technology. The data collection proofs the effectiveness of the PLCTM through content analysis. The following results shown that;1. Professional learning community training model consisted of six elements namely;1.1 Shared vision 1.2 Collaborative teamwork 1.3 Shared leadership 1.4 Knowledge and professional development 1.5 Caring community, and 1.6 Supportive structure. 2. The training model of the PLCTM through CT to enhance a competence learning management teacher's system consists of three sections. Firstly, PLCTM consists of eight processes namely;2.1 Grouping 2.2 Collaborative group 2.3 The cause of problems 2.4 Searching in training model 2.5 Solutions 2.6 Problem solving 2.7 Application of plan 2.8 Conclusion. Secondly, CT service based function is integrated the Software application system (SAAS). Thirdly, the learning processes were evaluated as follows: 3.1 The proficiency of creating the and developing the curriculum, 3.2 proficiency based content, 3.3 proficiency in the learning processes which focused on learning, 3.4 proficiency in developing and applying ICT innovation link to the learning processes, and 3.5 the elements of the assessment and evaluation of learning. 3. It is believed that the evaluation of the outcomes of the course, based on grades, is necessary to improve the teaching and learning process. Our research processes and workflows supported by AI utilize machine learning technology in order to interpret big data, analyze broad data sets and recognize associations with more reliably. The course learning outcomes will be assessed on the basis of QF-Emirates guidelines and use it to suggest teaching and learning measures. It will be used to determine courses learning results based on the empirical knowledge presented. We research and test the design of the right neural networks that achieves our goal. A modern algorithm was improvised for this reason. For our proposed recommendation system, a database program was created to store data and include details in the analysis of course learning outcomes. As a machine-learning system, the proposed approach is tested and results are competitive.

The Internet of Things (IoT), as an upcoming technology, has the potential to change the way engineers work and communicate among each other. The same is true for the companies' workforce, which is spread all over the world, is of different origin and has different technical backgrounds. The constantly changing situation in industry always has and will continue to impact engineering education. Therefore, the implementation of IoT possibilities and technologies seems to be an appropriate advancement to develop the engineering education curriculum for today's needs. IoT platforms are an emerging set of tools that provide technical support for the design and implementation of IoT-base systems and services. The aim and purpose of this research work is the starting point of the implementation of IoT technologies into daily engineering education. This research study lays the foundation for the introduction and development of a best practice approach in the field of IoT at Austrian vocational secondary education colleges of engineering so-called HTL. Mechanical and Industrial engineering HTL departments are the selected streams for this research work.

The development of an imagineering learning management model with augmented reality (AR) technology in cloud learning environment to encourage innovation skills of undergraduate students is the research and development that aims to develop the learning management in the subject of innovation and information technology (IT) for Education. The concept of imagineering model for learning development and AR technology are brought to use in class, together with the arranging for the cloud learning environment. It requires for the modern learning environment where diverse educational technologies are applied to encourage students' innovation skills. The objectives of study are: (1) develop imagineering model with AR technology in cloud learning environment;(2) develop imagineering learning system with AR technology in cloud learning environment and;(3) study results of implementation of imagineering model with AR technology. The sample group comprises of 30 cases, selected from registration with multi-stage sampling. Meantime, the research tools include evaluation form and questionnaire. The results of research found that: (1) imagineering learning management model with AR technology in cloud learning environment consists of brainstorming, imagine, designing, implementing and presenting and evaluation;(2) imagineering model with AR technology enables to enhance innovation skills of learners at high level;(3) learners using imagineering model with AR technology in cloud learning environment are satisfied with the model at highest level.

The paper deals with the issue of finding and assessing the effectiveness of the use of information technologies for the optimal setting of teaching procedures. One possible solution is to personalize the teaching of computer science subjects in terms of accepting constructivist approaches. An important part of this form of teaching is the involvement of procedures and activities known from elearning support of teaching, which depend not only on the way of providing study materials but also on activities related to the verification of students' knowledge. An important component of providing knowledge, with a view to developing learners' cognitive and intellectual abilities, is the adaptive approach of the education system to learners. The paper is devoted to the design of a methodology for creating a personalized e-course that meets the higher attributes and requirements for personalization of teaching with the possibility of adapting to the learner in a given environment. The paper also includes a survey of the current state of perception of university students towards the use of mobile technologies in the area of learning.

Accurate recognition and annotation of the important functional elements in the genome is an important prerequisite to understand the coding mode of complex regulatory networks in the one-dimensional genome. Despite rapid advances in sequencing and recognition technologies, accurately calling non-coding variant effects from large-scale sequence reads remains challenging. Here we present a deep neural network-based algorithmic framework, DeepMSA, which directly learns a regulatory sequence code from large-scale chromatin-profiling data, enabling to evaluate chromatin effects caused by SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism). © 2021 IEEE.

The article is devoted to the questions of the method of forming competence of students in an engineering college for innovative professional activity. Innovative competence - the integration of knowledge of the foundations of scientific thought, awareness of the dominant trends in the development of society, its professional industry, the motivational desire of specialists to be creatively realized in the profession, as well as the development of skills and abilities necessary for innovation. In this aspect, the problem of students' readiness to perceive innovations and find solutions is coming to the fore. Therefore, the task of training masters in the direction of "Technosphere safety" is the formation of competencies for innovation. One of the main tools for the formation of competence are competence-oriented tasks. The use of such tasks increases the creativity of the educational process, stimulates the manifestation of the creative abilities of students, forms innovative approaches to solving professional problems.

Players exhibit varying behaviour from each other when playing games. Indeed, a player’s own behaviour will change as they learn to play and changing behaviour may also be indicative of when they are prematurely about to quit playing permanently (known as ‘churn’). There can be many reasons for player churn including finding a game too easy, too hard, or just not understanding what they must do. The accurate prediction of player churn is important as it allows a publisher or developer to understand and intervene to improve retention and thus increase revenue. Profiling player behaviours through their actions in-game can facilitate personalization, by adapting gameplay for different types of player to enhance player enjoyment and reduce churn rate. Behavlets are data-features that encode short activity sequences (‘atoms’ of play), which represent an aspect of playing style or player personality traits, e.g. aggressiveness or cautiousness tendencies. Previously we have shown how Behavlets can be used to model variation between players. In this paper, we focus on Behavlet sequences and how process mining and entropy-based analysis can profile evolving behaviour, predict player churn, and adapt play to potentially increase enjoyment. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
