This paper describes the main reasons for the problem of filling missed values in IoT devices. The method of solving the missing data recovery task using the regression approach is proposed. It is based on the use of artificial intelligence tool. Authors describes the main procedures for applying GRNN to solving this task. A number of practical investigations were carried out on the restoration of missed data in the real environment monitoring dataset. For this purpose, the dataset for assessing the air quality in the city, which contains a lot of passes, was selected. The high accuracy of the proposed method was experimentally investigated. A comparison of the work of the neural network with a number of existing machine learning algorithms is carried out. It has been found that GRNN provides at least 5% higher accuracy compared to existing methods. Prospects for further research on GRNN modifications for improving the accuracy of its work are outlined.

At our university, we have been educating engineer teachers for more than 40 years and mentor teachers for 9 years. Mentor teachers can support the preparation process of our engineering teacher students in secondary vocational schools by coaching their teaching practice. In 2018, we had organized a survey to measure the presentation skill of mentor teachers and how they can use it in the teaching-learning process. For the survey, we had elaborated a questionnaire. The purpose of the questionnaire was to survey in four parts the presentation skill of mentor teachers. In the first part, we studied their personal data: age, sex, area of teaching, type of school of work. In the second part, we involved questions about the preparedness of their presentation skill, whether they had learnt educational technology at university in the teacher training period, how they had learnt to make presentations, if they knew the basic rules of editing presentations. In the third part, we were interested in managing resources for editing presentations. In the fourth part, we measured the application of presentations in their teaching-learning process. This paper focuses only on part 3, where we measured what kind of sources they use for the preparation of presentations, and whether they analyze the reliability and validity of Internet sources. We elaborated a hypothesis: Generally, it is only in few cases that teachers analyze the reliability and validity of Internet sources when they select information and apply them. In this study, we described the analyses of reliability and validity of Internet resources used for preparation of presentations. The application of Internet resources needs prudential work. Each time, we have to check the reliability of the applied data, prepare ourselves for the presentation, keep to the rules of citing, avoid plagiarism, and decide if we need to ask a specialist for improving.

This research aims to develop and construct the instructional package on embedded system design using backward design learning approach. The instructional packages consist of a teacher manual on embedded system design, the PowerPoint presentation, software tools, achievement tests and the Likert scale questionnaires. The evaluated result of quality by using 7 experts was to have very high appropriate with the average value equaled to 4.14. Then, the developed backward design learning approach was tried out using sampling group of 16 bachelor students registered in the digital system design course, electrical technology curriculum in semester of 2/2018, at Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University, Ratchaburi, Thaialnd. The research result found that the efficiency of developed instructional package was agreement to the Meguigans theory with Meguigans' value equaled to 1.07. The student's satisfaction for developed instructional packages was at a high level with the average value equaled to 4.13. Thus, the developed instructional package on embedded system design using backward design learning approach can be used effectively in the electrical and electronics engineering.

Although deep learning takes researchers out of complicated feature engineering, designing practical deep learning models is still a complicated process. Neural Architecture Search (NAS) is famous for automating the design of deep learning models. While the fundamental problem of NAS methods is time-consuming, parallel computing is an encouraging way to relieve this problem. We designed a two-level hierarchical parallel system called ParallelNAS, comprising a parallel explorer and parallel evaluators. For the parallel explorer, a general-purposed distributed search framework is built on virtualized, massively-parallel, asynchronous infrastructure. For parallel evaluators, we integrate a segment-balanced sparsity scheme into a mainstream data-parallel architecture. The overall experiment results demonstrate that our distributed and parallel system can reach near-linear speedups on a cluster of 64 GPUs. © 2020 IEEE.

The purpose of this research is to present an analytical model that can classify learning materials and identify the content presentation of the format suitable for students with what learning style according to the VARK learning style. The steps begin with the classification of learners' patterns with the VARK questionnaire from a sample group then, using online learning material, the learning achievement of each classified group is analyzed. By comparison, each group learning achievements found that online lessons on Multimedia Design and Development are suitable for the group of students with a quadmodal learning style, which has four learning styles in both Visual, Aural, Read/Write and Kinesthetic got higher learning achievement. learning from an achievement from learner groups with other learning styles from these experimental results can present an analysis model that can be used to classify the learning materials. The initial step is classifying the learner's learning style with the theory or tools used to classify learning patterns. The next step is using the learning materials that need to be analyzed with the learner's group to get learning achievement, then compare between learners' groups achievement according to different learning styles that are classified. The results are showing that learning material is suitable for learners of what learning style, which will make better learning achievement.

The paper focuses on theoretical substantiation and experimental testing of the pedagogical conditions for effective formation and development of the social-psychological readiness of future engineers for academic mobility, and also on developing the stages for gradual formation of the social-psychological readiness of engineering university students for academic mobility in European countries. We have presented the pedagogical conditions for phased social-psychological preparation of engineering university students for academic mobility. These conditions reflect the gradual formation of the motivational, cognitive, personality-active, and communicative components of social-psychological readiness of future engineers for academic mobility. We have developed a new academic discipline "The Psychology of Success" and its didactic support. This discipline is introduced into the curriculum of future engineers at Kazan National Research Technological.

High confidence computing is an emerging computing paradigm, which supports the next-generation information system. Statistical learning is a basic research direction of this paradigm, which has been widely applied to various services and applications, such as data mining and data analysis. However, data privacy is one of the most concerned challenges by multiple participants and has an important influence on the development of statistical learning. Local differential privacy is a strong privacy metric in a local setting, which has a rigorous mathematical model. There are a series of research works to propose efficient randomized mechanisms for statistical learning. However, there are few literatures to provide a systematic overview of the existing *** this paper, we present the existing literatures for randomized mechanisms under local differential privacy. At first, we introduce the basic perturbation mechanisms satisfying local differential privacy. Then, we give a framework and the main components of locally private mechanisms. Next, we describe the detailed content of randomized mechanisms for frequency estimation, heavy hitter identification and distribution estimation. Finally, we discuss the possible trends and challenges of the future research. Our survey provides a systematic and comprehensive understanding about randomized mechanisms for statistical learning under local differential privacy. © 2020 IEEE.

The research in this paper describes the empowerment of in-house trainers' competencies by using simulation-based training program to improve EEC electronics industry and the management of learning and teaching activity in promoting industrial electronics education with a compliance of Thailand 4.0 Policy. The teaching model encourages learners to practice and acquire skills, including team-work, problem-solving, communication, and creative-thinking through the integration of science and technologies. The development of a lesson plan based on a simulation consisting of the learning activity, teaching plan, the experimental set, Graphical User Interface (GUI) based simulation program, PowerPoint presentation, and teaching manual set. The lesson plan will then be evaluated by experts and implemented by a sample group who registers in an electronics circuit design course at Burapha University, Chonburi, Thailand. This research should inspire learners to conduct more In-Company Trainers in line with occupation standards and to apply the skills in real-life situations.
