Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) in design is an essential facilitator for the development and implementation of smart cities, where modern cooperative transportation and integrated mobility are highly demanded. Owing to greater availability of different data sources, data fusion problem in intelligent transportation systems (ITS) has been very challenging, where machine learning modelling and approaches are promising to offer an important yet comprehensive solution. In this paper, we provide an overview of the recent advances in data fusion for Mobility as a Service (MaaS), including the basics of data fusion theory and the related machine learning methods. We also highlight the opportunities and challenges on MaaS, and discuss potential future directions of research on the integrated mobility modelling.

In the digital world IT security is every ones responsibility, ranging from ensuring that your devices are installed with the latest anti-virus and firewall software, through safe personal accounts, to being smart about how to handle yourself online. The digital natives are online from the very early stage of their life and when they are mature enough, their education to be IT security aware becomes crucial. This paper presents the relationship of IT security awareness with social factors, the features of digital learning and the use of smart phones within the framework of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using the Structural Equation Modeling (SIM) with the AMOS programme in the Hungarian context. Modern digital technologies shift educational practice and methodologies toward collaborative and computer-supported learning. On the one hand, the attitude and approach of students in higher education raises the questions whether the Z generation fully accepts technologies, uses fully self-directed online learning, or requires the blended learning approach. On the other hand, educational methodologies are going through reforms and focuses on the integration of digital technologies available in the digital society. This paper firstly investigates the computer usage, the digital learning behaviour and habits of the early Z generation among Hungarian students. Beyond the e-learning courses offered in Hungary by universities either as stand-alone courses or part of blended learning, it must be considered how Z generation students, opposite to earlier generations, who used mostly professional literature and libraries, gather and gain information and knowledge from the web. Secondly, this paper analyses whether the members of the early Z generation form a transitional generation between the Y and the Z generation being rather digital immigrants and not digital natives.

Farmers explore the capabilities for applications of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with image processing, pattern recognition and machine learning, so its logical to ask where best to apply this technology for maximum effect. Machines can do automated tasks better, cheaper and faster. One can use the camera from the sky and measure things on the earth especially on cropland from drones and satellites. Over time, drones have increased in capabilities and fallen in cost, and their use has greatly expanded especially in complex terrain. High quality remote sensing with spectral imaging using drones makes them interesting for regular use in Precision Agriculture (PA). Drones are often used in agriculture in ways that were highly controversial only a short time ago even there are no unified legislation on drones usage in agriculture. In this paper we address problem of Remote Sensing (RS) technologies combined with Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) platforms to support and develop selected agriculture operations like map or sensor-based Variable Rate Application (VRA).

This paper describes the voisTUTOR corpus, a pronunciation assessment corpus of Indian second language (L2) learners learning English. This corpus consists of 26529 utterances approximately totalling to 14 hours. The recorded data was collected from 16 Indian L2 learners who are from six native languages, namely, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and Gujarati. A total of 1676 unique stimuli were considered for the recording. The stimuli were designed such that they ranged from single word stimuli to multiple word stimuli containing simple, complex and compound sentences. The corpus also consists of ratings representing overall quality on a scale of 0 to 10 for every utterance. In addition to the overall rating, unlike the existing corpora, a binary decision (0 or 1) is provided indicating the quality of the following seven factors, on which overall pronunciation typically depends, - 1) intelligibility, 2) phoneme quality, 3) phoneme mispronunciation, 4) syllable stress quality, 5) intonation quality, 6) correctness of pauses and 7) mother tongue influence. A spoken English expert provides the ratings and binary decisions for all the utterances. Furthermore, the corpus also consists of recordings of all the stimuli obtained from a male and a female spoken English expert. Considering factor dependent binary decisions and spoken English experts' recordings, voisTUTOR corpus is unique compared to the existing corpora. To the best of our knowledge, there exists no such corpus for pronunciation assessment in Indian nativity.

A large amount of the daily activities carried out by people takes place in buildings, which implies the need to maintain optimal thermal comfort conditions, while trying to keep energy consumption at acceptable levels. This work presents the design of a nonlinear controller aimed at improving the operation of a fan-coil unit (FCU) based on feedback linearization techniques. data for modeling and control purposes were obtained from a room of the CIESOL bioclimatic building located at the University of Almería, South East Spain. Results demonstrate how advanced control techniques help to improve the operation of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in buildings.
