Capacity for independent innovation is an important factor to measure the economic strength of a country or a region. Taking industrial enterprises as the research object, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of technological innovative ability. Previous studies only focus on a single field and lack of considering the model uncertainty, leading to an unfaithful conclusion. By abandoning the limitations of single model and synthesizing the different theories about the technological innovation ability at home and abroad, this paper treats the influencing factors as random variables themselves and uses the Bayesian model averaging to measure the uncertainty of model selection. this study found that there are six variables, R＆D investment, R＆D personnel input, value of import and export, export trade dependence, GDP growth and government S＆T input in the 15 possible influence factor, had great influence on the technology innovation ability of industrial enterprises.

Let the randomized query complexity of a relation for error probability be denoted by R. We prove that for any relation f (0, 1)n × R and Boolean function g : (0, 1) m (0, 1), R 1/3(f g n) = R 4/9(f). R1/2-1/n4 (g), where f g n is the relation obtained by composing f and g. We also show using an XOR lemma that R 1/3 f gO(log n)n = log n. R 4/9(f). this paper highlights the relevant curricular and pedagogical ideas on how to evaluate students in learning computer programming. It explores the literature in the area of programming skills development towards constructive alignment in outcome-based education. Research on teaching computer programming has led to numerous practices, instructional theories, and empirical results for computer science pedagogy. the change towards constructivism seems promising in establishing a systematic computer programming skills development in the future. three main areas that affect students learning computer programming are teaching approach, computer programming language selection, and programming development environment. the outcome of this paper is a conceptual approach that covers (1) the teaching and learning alignment as unit of analysis (2) a holistic approach on how programming skills are developed, (3) an emphasis on activities and (4) the importance of providing guidelines for lecturers. © 2017 IEEE.

With the development of China's economic society and the deepening of social openness, institutions of higher learning have more and more awareness of management and brand development in the current market economy. As a symbol of the university's spirit, cultural souvenirs are important embodiment of the style of study, campus spirit and activities. However, from the current status of the development of cultural souvenirs in Chinese universities, there are still some major problems, such as the lack of new ideas and humanistic concepts in the design of cultural souvenirs in some universities. Based on the actual situation, this paper USES the successful experience and development precedent of the campus culture souvenir industry of domestic and foreign universities for reference, and makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and function of the university culture development in China.

Recently, deep neural network (DNN) is drawing a lot of attention because of its applications. However, it requires a lot of computational resources and tremendous processes in order to setup an execution environment based on hardware acceleration such as GPGPU. therefore, providing DNN applications to end-users is very hard. To solve this problem, we have developed an installation-free web browser-based DNN execution framework, WebDNN. WebDNN optimizes the trained DNN model to compress model data and accelerate the execution. It executes the DNN model with novel JavaScript API to achieve zero-overhead execution. Empirical evaluations show that it achieves more than two-hundred times the unusual acceleration. WebDNN is an open source framework and you can download it from https://***/mil-tokyo/webdnn.

Hackathons are poised to accelerate technological progress and redefine the technology innovation lifecycle. Time-bounded events have spawned a raw form of creativity that is rarely seen elsewhere in the digital innovation landscape. Efficient monitoring and analysis of data emerging from time-bounded events - and trends in the technology innovation process that emerge from encouraging developers, designers and entrepreneurs to go from the drawing board to a working demo - is of interest to both professional analysts and the general public. this research identifies the distinguishing characteristics of hackathons in the MENA region. It also introduces a visual analytics platform for uniquely identifying the technical, socio-cultural and contextual differences that define hackathon practices and the emerging hacking communities in the MENA region. the benefit of such understanding not only supports the continued growth of such activities in these countries, it also helps to disambiguate hackathon activities from other productive practices for software development, entrepreneurship and computing education.

Because of the advanced technology and popularity of mobile devices, computer assisted instruction (CAI) has become an important role in learning activities and provide effective and efficient learning tools. With the development of digital learning, blended learning integrating a variety of multimedia technology and different learning method has become a hot topic in educational research. And studies have shown that the potential of CAI to benefit blended learning environments and increase the flexibility and interaction of learning activities. In recent years, augmented reality (AR) technology is new CAI tool that bring a new experience to learning. therefore, this study proposed an augmented reality-based blended learning (ARBL) approach to evaluate the learning usability of elementary students. there were 25 participants to learn with ARBL, and a questionnaire was given to them to understand their feeling about the ARBL learning. the results of the experiment showed that students could enjoy the learning activities and they were interested in the learning course. And the ARBL learning approach provides a helpful CAI tool in the blended learning to assist teachers/students in exploring learning knowledge.

Despite the use of mobile devices becoming more ubiquitous, and the possibilities they offer for learning becoming more recognized, research shows that mobile devices are not always used to their fullest potential. Previous studies have found that attitudes towards technology can influence whether, and in what way, mobile devices are used. At present, there have been few studies focusing on samples of basic school students and mobile device use. It was our aim, therefore, to test whether the widely used theoretical UTAUT model could also be applied to a sample of basic school students, or whether some changes would be required before it could be used for a study of attitudes towards mobile devices among basic education students. 3521 Estonian basic school students from 6th (n = 2673) and 9th (n = 848) grades participated in the study. From the results 4 attitude factors could be distinguished. these included: Self-efficacy, Social Influence, Anxiety and Performance Enjoyment. the attitudes towards mobile devices in learning explained approximately 43% of the variance of student's Behavioural Intention to use mobile devices, while Performance Enjoyment played a mediating role on the influence of Self-efficacy. Behavioural Intention explained 2% of the variance in the use of mobile devices for learning. the results suggest that some changes should be considered when researching students' attitudes towards mobile devices in basic education.

the IGVC is a college level autonomous unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) competition that encompasses a wide variety of engineering professions mechanical, electrical, computer engineering and computer science. With the arrival of knowledge economy era and the shortening of product life cycle, information technology and the rapid development of e-commerce with each passing day, and customer gradually increasing expectations, the competition among enterprises are gradually entering the supply chain competition, Now enterprises have begun to realize that effective supply chain management, which would have to assess supply chain performance. However, most of the evaluation methods used in our country using expert analysis to evaluate the contractor's financial indicators to determine the final contractor. this method is not only too subjective, but also cuts off the correlation between the indicators. A quantitative management innovation classified performance model of supplier performance evaluation based on clustering and K-NN classification is proposed to classify suppliers. then on the basis of above analysis, the contractor of misclassification is identified by the K-NN method. Finally, an evaluation and selection case is presented to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the model. the method not only overcomes the above shortcomings, but also reflects the contractor's comprehensive level objectively and fairly. the results show that it can provide an important reference for the fair and impartial evaluation of the project contractor as an important method for decision makers to select the contractor.
