Multi-label text classification is a fundamental task in the field of natural language processing. Currently, there are issues in the Chinese multi-label text classification tasks, such as insufficient extraction of text label features and a lack of learning about the correlations between labels. To address these challenges, we proposed a Multi-label Text Classification Model based on DistilBERT and Word-Label Probabilities (DBWL). The model consists of a metric space module that integrates word-label probabilities and a deep neural network module based on DistilBERT. Firstly, the trained Labeled Latent Dirichlet Allocation (Labeled-LDA) model is utilized to obtain the probabilities of words associated with labels, which are then used to calculate the text mapping vectors and map them into the same metric space as the labels. Similarity measurement is employed to extract features between text-label pairs and label-label pairs. Then, in the deep neural network module, DistilBERT is employed to jointly embed texts and labels, capturing rich semantic information about text labels, followed by feature extraction using TextCNN. Finally, the features extracted from both modules are weighted and fused for label prediction. Experimental results on two benchmark datasets demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms current mainstream multi-label classification models in terms of key performance metrics. © 2024 IEEE.

The intangible cultural heritage represented by sound, image and craft has very limited ways to present and publicize to the public through digital technology. The introduction of body perception in the digital interaction of intangible cultural heritage can further enrich its expression and enhance users' enthusiasm for participation. This project intends to carry out the research on digital display and interaction of human movement characteristics based on Kinect and Leap Motion. The material of cultural relics was processed by using normal mapping technique. This project extends from two-dimensional to three-dimensional human-computer interaction scenes, and makes the actions and states in human-computer interaction process work cooperatively with those in virtual scenes. Two modes of 'rotation' and 'choose-motion-release' are established to achieve the purpose of human-computer interaction,. Compared with the traditional interaction technology based on mouse, keyboard and touch screen, this interaction technology of motion sensing and gesture recognition is more natural and convenient. The multi-modal sensor interactive reproduction technology studied in this project can efficiently reproduce various types of digital heritage, especially three-dimensional cultural relics. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents a unique, deep, modern-day method for picture great resolution. The proposed approach, dubbed as a more advantageous first-rate resolution community (ESRN), consists of an architecture with a global-local Residual Fusion (GLRF) module. Raw images obtained from Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging processing typically exhibit a broad dynamic range (14-16 bits). Subsequent processing requires these images to be compressed and quantized into 8-bit grayscale images, which can result in the loss of detailed information. Consequently, when selecting quantization algorithms, it is essential to employ quantitative evaluation criteria to assess their performance. However, traditional evaluation methods designed for optical images are not suitable for SAR images due to their inherent characteristics, such as poor texture information and a concentrated grayscale *** this paper, we propose a method that leverages the local texture information of an "ideal image"to construct the "distance"between the quantized image and the "ideal image,"based on the Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence. We also present experimental results demonstrating the numerical values obtained through this quantitative measurement algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

In India Numerous individuals enjoy bird watching, but identifying bird species often requires consulting reference books. However, many bird species are in the verge of extinction because of climatic change and environmental change. These Changes results in many problems like, forest degradation, urbanization and avian disease. It is a threat to biodiversity because the destruction of birds are happening in rapid phase so it must be safeguarded. The use of hidden camera in wildlife for monitoring these species is skyrocketed in todays world but manually examining and taking information from vast data gathered by hidden camera be tiresome and time consuming. So to overcome this we have proposed a ResNet-50 to detect and classify these endanger bird species using image processing. This model was trained using a dataset comprising 3520 images, each depicting one of 38 unique bird species. The images had a resolution of 224 by 224 pixels. The proposed model in this work attained an accuracy level of 98.64 %. Various performance measures also evaluated to test the efficacy of the proposed work. Comparison study with the existing work also reveals that the proposed methodology yields fine results. © 2024 IEEE.

Sketches of painted cultural relics can accurately represent the main content and outline structure of painted images, providing convenience for researchers studying ancient culture and the painting styles of artists. Most existing sketch extraction methods rely on edge detection technology, which may result in incomplete details, blurring, and artifacts. Additionally, for severely damaged murals, these methods may not yield ideal extraction results. In recent years, generative adversarial networks have made remarkable progress in image processing. Cycle-consistent generative adversarial networks, in particular, provide a new approach for the extraction of painted cultural relics. Therefore, this paper proposes a multi-scale generation and discrimination method for the extraction of painted cultural relics based on cycle-consistent generative adversarial networks. The method utilizes multi-scale gradient technology, allowing the discriminator to view the multi-scale output of the generator. Furthermore, a feature fusion optimization module replaces the traditional skip connection to achieve multi-scale feature fusion. Additionally, an attention residual module is designed to retain the original features, strengthen the constraints on the features of the sketch, and reduce the influence of background noise on the generated results. Experimental results demonstrate that compared with existing methods, this approach yields higher-quality sketches and performs better in objective indicators. © 2023 IEEE.

Machine learning is a powerful tool that may significantly improve the judgment of businesses and individuals alike. The use of machine learning methods in data analytics is now commonplace, especially with the development of data science. Identifying enemy fighter planes is crucial for military applications, as it plays a role in operational planning. The challenge is in correctly determining the orientation of the unknown airplane. The 30 different types of aircraft in this database were retrieved from the Kaggle repository. An 80:20 or 70:30 split of the image database was used to create a training set and test set, respectively. The normalized feature sets allowed the LSTM, CNN, BiLSTM, ANN, Autoencoder, and Hybrid Model deep learning models to be developed and trained to their full potential. The test aircraft image was fed into the hybrid deep neural networks so that they could be categorized. The developed automatic aircraft image identification system achieved a classification accuracy of 98.85%. © 2023 IEEE.

In this work, we try to achieve a low-cost and easy implementation of an adaptive headlamp. We propose this simple system implementation to avoid accidents caused by improper lighting and exposure to glare from passing vehicles. In this work, we have used a classification network trained using a Google teachable machine to classify the parts of the day and the luminous intensity during driving time based on the live capturing of san image. Further using this classification, the required luminous intensity for comfortable driving is decided. The pattern required in the headlamp to provide the same is decided and controlled by the proposed system. The work has also been compared with the results using the averaging pixels method for each frame for classification. Both approaches are implemented on Raspberry Pi4 model B+, Raspberry Pi Cam, and Raspberry Pi sense hat to visualize the results and their effectiveness. © 2023 IEEE.

The automatic interpretation of telemetry parameter during the flight can help monitor the status of the aircraft at any time. However, due to the lack of historical data, effective interpretation is very difficult. In this paper, we propose a method to interpretate telemetry parameter in image form through federated learning (FL). Firstly, to simulate the interpretation of human eye, the telemetry data is converted into an image form for feature extraction. Then, image-related dataset is utilized for model pre-training. Finally, FL is called to integrate data from multiple institutions and train together to obtain a higher-precision model. Experiments show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the accuracy of interpretation and reduce the loss.
