The Internet of Vehicles (IoV) has become one challenging communication technology in the current internet world. IoV enables real-time data exchange between vehicles, road infrastructures, and mobile communication devices and hence it helps in information exchange to vehicle drivers and the passengers. In IoV, Cybersecurity threats including Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks are present and it compromises the security in communication among the vehicles and the passengers. Therefore, it is needed to develop a robust security mechanism that can protect the data communicated through routing in IoV. The inclusion of Encryption and Signature verification techniques in the routing algorithm will enhance the security. This paper proposes a Rule with Encryption-Oriented Secure Routing Protocol (REO-SRP) is proposed using clustering and RSA encryption with DSA Digital signature verification with rules for routing. Here, routing is performed after encryption of data and analysis of other vehicles using rules for reliable and secured data delivery. © 2024 ieee.

In order to enhance the humanization and diversification of human-computer interaction, a digital training system for school sports was designed. Due to the large amount of data and high computational complexity of the content image classification retrieval method, an image classification method based on the SIFT algorithm is proposed and applied to sports image classification. In addition, we can also use the SIFT algorithm to find the image corresponding to the image to be tested, give full play to the advantages of the SIFT algorithm recognition technology, and use the output information to complete the control work of the practical application. After the method extracts the feature points from the image, it uses the DBS which can algorithm and the K-Mean algorithm to analyze the feature data, so as to obtain the data that best reflects the image characteristics, and then use these data to classify the image. © 2024 ieee.

With the rapid development of educational technology in the Internet and digital age, online learning has become increasingly common. As more and more learning activities move online, a wealth of data on learner behaviour is generated which, if effectively collected and analysed, can provide rich insights into understanding the learning process. Therefore, this paper mainly uses big data technology to design an online learning behavior analysis system based on user behavior analysis, content analysis, recommendation algorithm, feedback and optimization modules. This paper focuses on the application of big data in online learning behavior analysis system, and explores three main processes in detail: data collection and preprocessing, user behavior modeling, data analysis and insight extraction. Finally, the results of the simulation experiment are as follows: the user login time of the optimized online learning behavior analysis system is increased by 1.25 h, and the prediction accuracy of the system learning effect is increased by 9.5%. The design of the system not only improves the efficiency and effect of online learning, but also provides rich data support for educational research, which is helpful to understand the complex dynamics of online learning environment. © 2024 ieee.

Algorithmic trading, utilizing reinforcement learning, has attracted significant attention for its adaptability and potential in present financial markets. This research combines Deep Deterministic Policy Gradients (DDPG), Advantage Actor-Critic (AAC), and Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithms for a comprehensive trading system. To address memory constraints, a load-on-demand technique manages large datasets. Performance is evaluated across 30 Dow Jones stocks, compared to the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) and a minimum-variance portfolio. Results show the integrated approach outperforms traditional strategies in annualized return, Sharpe ratio, and maximum drawdown. This study contributes to algo-trading literature by leveraging multiple reinforcement learning algorithms, offering benefits for investors in dynamic markets. © 2024 ieee.

In general, data traffic volume is significant in sensor networks, and communication often occurs with variable capacity during early forest fire detection using Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). Initially, optimal routes are determined by selecting the best prime nodes. Subsequently, packets are dynamically scheduled based on the severity of the data traffic associated with detecting forest fires. The selection of dominant weighted nodes is a crucial initial stage, and these nodes are chosen for optimal routing, taking into consideration factors such as distance and energy criteria. The second stage involves the dynamic scheduling of packets, ensuring that they are sent based on packet priority, queue index value, and the urgency of forest fire detection. This process aims to minimize congestion and prevent unnecessary transmission delays, contributing to the efficient and timely detection of forest fires using WSN. © 2024 ieee.

Monitoring and maintenance of equipment is very important in engineering applications. This paper proposes a pipeline safety monitoring system based on fiber Bragg grating sensors, which can effectively and directly monitor a series of important structural parameters during equipment operation. The system is installed into the actual application scenario for testing, the expansion of the pipeline, strain and the relevant support structure of the inclination, deformation and other data can be remote real-time monitoring, and thus determine the safety and stability of the equipment and the overall structure. The test results show that the corresponding data can be monitored in real time, and has a high degree of consistency with the actual situation, which provides a powerful help to the subsequent maintenance and analysis. © 2024 ieee.

In this paper, a high concealability bionic communication algorithm is proposed. The algorithm imbedded a confusing signal in each layer of the wavelet, and only the people who communicate with each other know which layer of the wavelet signal contains the target information. The algorithm can enhance the concealability of the signal, but the multi-layer embedding of confusing information will lead to poor bionic performance of the signal. In this paper, an objective function is set up to find the balance between them, and an optimization algorithm is used to solve the objective function. To realize highly concealed bionic communication in complex Marine environment. © 2024 ieee.

This research investigates the relationship between Land Use and Land Cover (LULC) in the Chambal and Yamuna Rivers region, using Bhuvan dataset's LISS-III imagery. By employing Quantum Geographic information System (QGIS) software, exploratory analysis was conducted and the Maximum Likelihood Classifier was utlized to extract features from satellite images. The method ensured accuracy through tailored statistical principles, yielding an impressive overall accuracy of 96.88%. The findings reveal intricate connections between LULC, exposing significant human impacts on the local ecology and hydrology. This study underscores the importance of resource management and environmental monitoring in dynamically changing landscapes. It emphasizes the crucial roles of QGIS and the Maximum Likelihood Classifier in extracting valuable insights from satellite data. By highlighting these complexities, the research contributes to understanding and addressing the challenges of sustainable land use and environmental conservation in rapidly evolving regions. © 2024 ieee.

The popularity of cloud computing technology has profoundly changed the multi-industry landscape, thanks to the leap in Internet technology. Aiming at the capacity planning challenges faced in service delivery in the financial industry, especially the problem of unstable service demand due to server capacity bottlenecks, this study innovatively combines cloud computing with improved decision tree (DT) algorithms for in-depth analyses of massive data on corporate financial management. It is found that the DT algorithm is significantly more efficient than other methods, 4.37% and 1.8% higher, and performs optimally in the effect metrics of accuracy, recall, and F1 value, reaching 95.67%, 94.23%, and 95.22%, respectively. This research result provides strong support for the financial industry to effectively deal with capacity planning problems and improve service stability and enterprise competitiveness. © 2024 ieee.
