It is not common for electric company that arrears can be found accurately and in time. This phenomenon leads to shortage of arrears data. It also cause process of predicting arrears can not be further developed. Stratified sampling has become a general solution to the problem. In this paper, a new method for arrears prediction is proposed, which uses Wgan-Gp(Improved Training of Wasserstein GANs) to simulate the real data and then generate fake data to predict arrears with DBN. Electric power data(256 indicators), like the image pixel(16*16), is used as input of the Wgan-Gp to train the generator. For the first time, this paper convert the prediction of arrears time to prediction of arrears interval. Next, we design a series of relevant indicators for experiment, which proves that the prediction accuracy can be improved with analogue data generated by Wgan-Gp.

In this paper, a optimization strategy is proposed to study the data acquisition and transmission in the wireless sensor network based upon intelligent ecological community. Considering the regression analysis method based on norm theory, a linear regression model was established on the measurement data to solve the various parameterized vectors of corresponding base functions. Then the algorithm and strategy of network data acquisition and transmission optimization are proposed, which can also reduce communication energy consumption. Finally the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified by the scene of temperature monitoring in the outdoor activity facilities.

With the fast development of Cloud Computing and online business of Internet, the importance of data center is gradually increasing. Because of the high bandwidth and low latency characteristics of the data center network(DCN), the tradition transmission control protocol(TCP) slow start degrades the performance of the data center. In this paper, based on the softwaredefined networking(SDN) technology, we propose a new TCP slow start algorithm for DCNs, named the softdefined slow start(SDSS) algorithm. In the proposed SDSS algorithm, the available bandwidth can be obtained by the SDN controller in every time slot, that the slow start threshold(ssthresh) and the congestion window(cwnd)can be set appropriately. Because the data transmission rate does not exceed the available bandwidth in every time slot, the risk of congestion can be minimized. Simulation results show that the proposed SDSS algorithm can increase the throughput and avoid the congestion of the network compared with the existing algorithms, especially for the mice flow.

Aimed at solving the problem of tendency to multivalue attribute and huge computational complexity in ID3 algorithm, we proposed a new way to choose the splitting *** a new conception of consistency is introduced in this paper based on rough set, we use it as certification of splitting data set. The decision tree is established according to each attribute`s consistency rather than information entropy gain. In this way, it can avoid the problem of tendency to multi-value and huge computational complexity in traditional ID3 algorithm. We tested the improved algorithm, using three UCI Machine Learning Repository data sets, and compare the improved algorithm with the traditional ID3 algorithm. the experiment result shows that the accuracy rate of improved algorithm is higher than traditional ID3 algorithm.
