This review explores the use of multimodal deep learning in wheat breeding to tackle issues like extended cycles, inefficiency, and environmental adaptability. It integrates diverse data and deep learning to monitor wheat's growth, stress resistance, and yield. The study employs models like LSTM, ResNet50, and GNN to extract phenotypic features, creating a new approach to full lifecycle breeding. A multimodal dataset with hyperspectral and RGB images and genotypic data is used to extract features, ensuring data analysis accuracy. The research also includes stress resistance analysis and genotypic association mining to develop precise breeding strategies. A data platform is built for efficient data storage, analysis, and sharing in wheat breeding. The study supports the advancement of smart agriculture through multimodal deep learning, enabling monitoring and precise breeding across wheat's growth. Future work will optimize algorithms, datasets, and model generalization for broader application in wheat breeding. © 2024 ieee.

With the widespread application of Internet of Things (IoT) systems in various fields such as healthcare, transportation, and industrial production, the data transmission efficiency and network resource occupancy of system managed devices and various sensors have become urgent issues to be solved. This paper introduces edge computing to solve these problems, and verifies the effect of edge computing in IoT system through comparative experiments. The study found that edge computing significantly improved the information processing speed of the IoT system. The average delay time of the experimental group was 3.03 milliseconds, while the control group without edge computing was 4.03 milliseconds. This shows that edge computing can significantly optimize the data processing and analysis capability and efficiency of IoT system. © 2024 ieee.

Frequency diversity array (FDA) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar systems have drawn widespread focus due to their capacity for providing angular and range information simultaneously. Unfortunately, the estimation accuracy is constrained by the amount of physical sensors. This paper proposes a method for unambiguous angle and range estimation using a combination of the minimum redundancy array (MRA) and FDA-MIMO radar. The MRA is applied to extend array degrees of freedom by differential processing. Following the implementation of range compensation, a two-dimensional spatially smoothed algorithm is employed to address the rank deficit issue in the equivalent array. Finally, the target's angle, ambiguous zone and range offset are identified through a MUSIC algorithm. The efficacy for the designed methodology is corroborated by the simulated experimental outcomes. © 2024 ieee.

WSN is deployed in several critical places to monitor specific parameters such as border monitoring systems and others. If any unauthorized devices are placed or inserted into this network, then it will lead to huge information loss or threat. Several works are done in this field of study, including fake node detection, encryption, malicious node detection, etc. With the help of physical and analytical redundancy (spatial redundancy) in the system, error recovery can be made if the sensor node gets corrupted (fake node) and still sends authentic data. Several methodologies are implemented on wireless sensor networks to improve security, such as Conditional Random Field, Hidden Markov models (HMMs), SDN gateway, the hybrid model combines blockchain technology with CNF and HMM. Recently, encryption techniques have been used in the implementation of blockchain technology to improve security. © 2024 ieee.

This Paper presents the design and evaluation of a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) operating at 2.4 GHz, tailored for the front-end of an RF receiver. The LNA, a critical component in RF systems, significantly influences the overall noise figure and, consequently, the receiver' s sensitivity and performance. Designed using Cadence CMOS software at the 45nm technology node, the LNA aims to achieve optimal integration and performance in modern RF receivers. The designed LNA showcases a noise figure (NF) of 5.43 dB, a return loss of -9.82 dB, and a 1 dB compression point of -19.9 dBm. These parameters indicate a balance between gain and noise performance, characteristic of advanced RF amplification requirements. The study addresses the challenges and mechanisms in achieving low noise figures while managing other performance metrics such as gain and linearity, crucial for efficient RF reception. © 2024 ieee.

Differential Tomography SAR technology integrates the advantages of Differential Interferometric SAR and Tomographic SAR, enabling four-dimensional imaging in areas with SAR layover to obtain elevation and deformation information of the target area. Compared to the traditional monostatic mode, the space-based bistatic observation mode has the advantages of interference immunity and richer information acquisition. This paper uses Differential Tomography SAR technology to perform deformation inversion on the LuTan-1 monostatic and space-based bistatic data. While obtaining the elevation information and linear deformation rate of the observed scene, it also compares the results and performance of Differential Tomography under the two different *** final conclusion is that LuTan-1 demonstrates strong capabilities in differential tomography. Additionally, the differential tomography performance of space-based bistatic systems is superior to that of monostatic systems. © 2024 ieee.

One of the main ways to evaluate information is through visual learning, which traditionally combines textual reading with visual aids like graphical representations. However, separating the visual method of learning to distinguish between text and visuals has been suggested in light of advancements in learning styles. The ability to swiftly create complex visual information and inexpensively distribute it digitally is another way that technology has improved visual presentation. The purpose of this research paper is to conduct a detailed investigation of the Virtualization of data, storytelling, and data Visualization's Narrative, understand how Instruments and methods are used in visualization, and select the appropriate tool for presenting visual data stories and upcoming projects. To address this purpose, this research has reviewed a wide range of different journals and articles to gather information about data visualization, storytelling, and data narratives. Based on the analysis, this research paper finds an all-encompassing perspective on the visual data narrative process, incorporating the phases of discovering insights (data exploration), developing these insights into a tale (creating a story), and sharing this story with others (telling a story). Through the pursuit of these novel research directions, visualizations can facilitate more potent data storytelling. © 2024 ieee.

This electronic document is a 'livUsing OCR technology to automatically recognize identification characters will greatly reduce people's workload and improve work efficiency. However, in the case of low contrast between background and characters, traditional OCR technology has poor anti-interference ability and low recognition accuracy. This article proposes a printing character quality inspection algorithm based on AlexNet. The quality inspection process includes multiple steps such as image acquisition, image preprocessing, feature extraction, classification recognition, and quality inspection. In the design of fuzzy character recognition software, a graphical interaction interface is developed using the Python Tkinter module, and a character recognition system is designed, including a character recognition module and an information storage and query module, to enhance the human-machine interaction ability of the system and facilitate product sourcing and management. The experimental results show that the model in this paper can achieve recognition accuracy of 96.1%, and the recognition time for individual item characters is 0.29 seconds. The AlexNet model proposed in this article has better performance of printed character recognition than that of CNN and RNN models. The experimental conclusion of this article can be used for character recognition and quality inspection in the tobacco industry. © 2024 ieee.

The rising rate of vehicle theft in our country is a pressing concern, prompting the need for effective solutions. Existing theft deterrents often lack precision, necessitating a reliable identification system. Biometric technology, with its authentication via unique physical traits like fingerprints and iris patterns, emerges as a promising solution. Additionally, current environmental conditions, marked by pollution and smog, pose risks to safe driving, increasing accident and theft risks due to reduced visibility. Our project integrates infrared sensor technology to enhance visibility and obstacle detection in adverse conditions. Research on algorithms is encouraging: the Haar Cascade Classifier boasts a detection rate exceeding 95%, and Deep Face Recognition achieves an impressive 98.76% accuracy. Furthermore, Infrared (IR) sensors emerge as costefficient and responsive solutions, unaffected by environmental factors. These findings underscore face recognition biometric authentication as the recommended vehicle security approach, with potential scalability through cloud-based systems promising enhanced security measures. © 2024 ieee.
