programmingeducation for children can be traced back to 1967 and is now widely popular in developed countries, while China's programmingeducation for children is still in the primary stage of development. Analyses of domestic andinternational literature and case studies show that programmingeducation is strategically important for the country's technological future. Despite the challenges of resource constraints and students' varying programming levels, subject-integrated teaching of programming courses can also be successfully conducted through flexible research design and perseverance. There are shortcomings in existing research, such as the lack of empirical evidence and a sound evaluation system. Future research should strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and explore teaching models adapted to rural educational environments.

This paper discusses the integration of professional knowledge, traditional Chinese culture, and the integration of IPE in the course of Python programming, in order to enhance our cultural self-confidence, stimulate our academic interest, promote our overall development, and realize the goal of curriculum-based ideological education. We demonstrate the "1+1>2" effect of this integration by planning projects related to traditional culture.
