"Data Structure" course is an important knowledge area in computer science, especially in software engineering. The educational and learning effect of this course is of crucial importance for computer software design and development. But, some students find it is hard to understand the data structure knowledge and skills. Thus, after many years of our teaching practice, the educational and learning technologies for Data Structure are summarized in this paper. They include understanding the nature of data structure, using appropriate methods, summary and induction, programming on the computer, and noting the newest development tendency. This paper presents the design of a mini forklift robot that can store and pick up object to/ from specified storage slot from/ to a base using line follower and RFID. Currently, in warehouse storage systems are mainly still done in a traditional way using human operator to store and pick goods into specified location. This project is intended to construct an autonomous mini forklift robot that use using Radio Frequency Identification Devices (RFID) technology to find the coordinates of targeted storage slot and goods identification. The control of movement consist of DC Motor with Pulse Width Modulation and infrared sensors for the line follower. The programming operation was performed by C language using Visual Studio 2005, CodeVisionAVR 2.05, and SQL 2005 as database. The program on the computer can serve two purposes. Firstly, program can check, read, write, and erase data on RFID Tags. Secondly, program can ask a mini forklift robot to store and pick goods at specified location. The robot can recognize two sides (A and B), 128 lines, 16 columns and 16 rows cabinets. The total of success achieved was 100% in storing goods but 58.33% in retrieving goods, because robot fails parking correctly to the base.

Planning for the point pollution sources control around the river bank is complicated with both macro and micro factors. According to these characteristics, a model-centered methodology, based on multi-objective linear programming (MOLP) and water quality simulation, is developed for controlling the multi-pollutants simultaneously, considering the nature of the river's hydrology, the arrangement of pollution sources and pollutant diffusion process. Then, the model-centered methodology is applied in the case study to control the COD and NH4-N of 6 pollution sources around the Minjiang river bank of Yibin section, and to analyze the management level of all pollution sources and the variation of their contribution to Minjiang River. The results show that the order of importance of all pollution sources control is as follows: 1st outfall>2nd outfall>5th outfall>3rd outfall>4th outfall>6th outfall. And the 1st, 2nd and 5th outfalls can be viewed as the most crucial pollution sources in the future controlling. Moreover, with defining the largest emission concentration of COD and NH4-N and the corresponding annual emissions of the pollution sources, the quantitative requirements of controlling the pollution sources were raised, which offer the basis for the total allocation of the emission and the water environmental management of the whole area.
