Vocational education highlights the students' practical skills and vocational skills training,the paper provides an overview description of the four-component instructional design system(4C/ID-model),and gives an example for training complex cognitive *** discusses the structure of training blueprints and four interrelated components for complex training:(a) learning tasks,(b) supportive information,(c) just-in-time(JIT) information and(d) part-task *** on the comparative testing vocational skill,the results shows that the performance of learners who take the 4C/ID-mode(class B) are superior to the ones' who take the conventional teaching modeling(class A),the average of class B is about 83.4,corresponding result in class A is about 74.6.

In this paper,firstly,optimization design mathematical model of floating crane balance system is constructed concretely under the multi-objective ***,genetic algorithm is adopted as the optimization method,and then specific genetic operation flow is designed,genetic algorithm coding method,fitness function,operation parameters are determined,and the three basic genetic operation of genetic operator:choose,intersection and mutation,are to do a detailed programming ***,the optimization results are obtained based on these in VC++6.0 environments,the optimal result are compared to the non-optimized value and the value reduces 16.74%.Finally,according to the resistive overturning stability requirement of floating crane,the optimization results are to be stability checked,so the rationality of optimization results are to be proved.

In order to solve the railway flood prevention emergency materials reserve network location optimization problem which satisfies emergency time restraint,the least cost of reserve and risk protection maximization,facility location models of emergency service including location set cover model and p-median model are used to build a multi-objective model.A solving procedure based on enumeration method is given. And then the paper puts the flood control emergency materials reserve network location problem of some railway bureau as an empirical *** results indicate that using the multi-objective programming model and algorithm established in this article can ensure the condition of covering all emergency points, the least reserve cost and risk protection maximization. So the model is more applicable to the reserve network location optimization problem of railway flood prevention emergency materials.(Abstract)

The black soil in Jilin Province, famous for providing significant amount of commodity grain to entire China, had already begun to regress to disappear on different degrees. To study the structure degradation of black soil in Jilin Province, We used SPSS and matlab programming on data information processing, thirty indexes were chosen, factor analysis on twenty-three samples from different sites and depths in Jilin Province was carried out, and dynamic clustering analysis taking the score of main factor as the variable was performed in turn. Combining them together, as a result, then the degradation mechanism was evaluated and classified. The results showed that eight factors from thirty indexes were found as the principal factors by factor analysis. By dynamic clustering analysis, the areas where twenty-three samples came from could be classified into three types: high degradation, medium degradation and light degradation. Finally, the differences among index scores were analyzed respectively, and reasonable suggested measures to prevent the black soil degradation were stated.
