The paper introduced the embedded programming technology and described the design of pocket-PC based multi-function digital mapping system. It also discussed some problems in the process of implementation of the system, including map display, GPS data acceptance and module communication etc. The system with basic real-time mapping functions is implemented using the embedded Visual C++. Objective To research and implement transmitting, interchanging and sharing medical information. Methods By parsing HL7 message structure, using HAPI as supportive toolkit and based on object-oriented programming, HL7 Client and HL7 Server are constructed through adopting C/S mode to accomplish transmitting and interchanging HL7 medical information and high degree of sharing medical information. Results Lots of HL7 messages are tested by transmission test, all of which can achieve sharing patient demographic, laboratory analysis and other relative therapy information. Conclusion Constructed HL7 client and HL7 server can fully meet the demand, which not only enhance efficiency for physicians to diagnose patients and strengthen the construction of hospital medical digitalization, but also support telemedicine and regional healthcare with auxiliary.

Ensemble has been proved a successful approach for enhancing the performance of single classifiers. But there are two key factors influencing the performance of an ensemble directly: accuracy of each single member and diversity between the members. There have been many approaches used in the literature to create the mentioned diversity. In this paper we add a novel approach, in which classifier type variance is utilized along with feature subset diversification to create a high diversity ensemble of different classifiers and an optimization is conducted on the initial population using a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm. The results of experiment over some standard data sets exhibit the outperformance of the suggested approach in comparison to existing ones in specific situations.
