Medical practitioners can use telemedicine to connect with their patients during the recent Coronavirus outbreak, while also attempting to prevent COVID-19 transmission among patients and clinicians. In the middle of the pandemic, Telemedicine can help patients by allowing them to obtain supportive care without having to visit a hospital via a conversational AI-based application. As a result, telehealth will transform in-person care into remote patient connection fast and drastically. In this paper, Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based Multilingual Conversational Bot has been developed to provide chronic patients with free fundamental healthcare education, information, and guidance. Countries like India, rural healthcare management is challenging task with available medical experts and equipment's. So proposed Tele-health care management leads towards healthy rural people and their development. Existing Application programming Interface (API) like Dialogflow can be used along with our healthcare mobile application to provide live treatment and diagnosis. © 2022 IEEE.

A cutter optimization method based on network energy and reduction of unit regulation cost is proposed for the problem of power support provided by wind and PV in system emergency control. Firstly, the branch stability measure function and power sensitivity are used to select suitable units for scheduling. Then, a cutter model is constructed to minimize system action costs by analyzing the cost of regulation. The response of each unit is obtained by solving the linear programming problem. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by example analysis. The algorithm verifies that the proposed method can effectively reduce the economic cost of system regulation measures, fully exploit the power support capability of renewable energy units, and provide a new idea to deal with the transient safety problems brought by large-scale grid connection of new energy in the future. © 2023 SPIE.

Tennis players frequently practice from one side of the court without an opponent on the other side to return by hitting many balls. During practice sessions, personally collecting the balls took more time. The aim of this project is to design and construct a tennis ball-collection robot that can automatically gather the balls from one half of the court, releasing the player to rest rather than physically collecting the balls. This work includes a detailed design, a background data, prototypes, and concept models. We developed a novel autonomous or semiautonomous mobile robot for the purpose of gathering tennis balls for our capstone project. Two independently operating wheels help the robot move, while a castor serves to stabilize it. Tennis balls are pushed into a basket on top of the robot by a rotating brush, which serves as the novel collection mechanism. The drum spins with the help of a motor at a speed that has been confirmed through trial. To ensure that the adopted concepts and conceptual designs are practical and solid, three subsequent functional prototypes have been conceived, constructed, and tested. Tennis players can also use Arduino programming to direct the robot to move and collect the balls if it is unable to locate, identify, and gather tennis balls on its own. All tennis balls on the court will be recognized and localized in future using global cameras and a centralized image-processing system. Furthermore, it is believed that this system will handle navigation for mobile robots as well as path planning for the best possible outcome. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Biomolecular programming encompasses the utilization of diverse chemical reactions to execute computational functions and encode data within proteins and nucleic acids. DNA, also known as deoxyribose nucleic acid, displays remarkably consistent chemical behavior at the molecular level, rendering it a superb substrate for constructing logical operating systems and molecular computers. Field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) are integrated circuits built upon a matrix of configurable logic blocks (CLBs) interconnected via programmable links. FPGAs are versatile, user-configurable logic devices capable of performing tasks ranging from basic logic gate operations to complex systems. In this research, an FPGA has been meticulously crafted utilizing gates reliant on DNA. Harnessing the distinctive characteristics of DNA-driven computing, DNA-based FPGAs are capable of concurrently performing billions of operations and delivering extensive memory capacity within a confined space. The advantages of DNA-based FPGA logic circuits extend beyond reducing gate counts through additional output state representation;they also enable circuit compression based on input conditions. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

This paper involves utilizing modules to create an efficient and accurate machine learning face mask detection model that can give an accuracy close to 100 percent and a value loss of less than 5%. This paper sees up to the fact that it is the local clusters that need to take care of themselves and this is what will eventually help the society on the larger scale as a whole and aims to aid the concerning authorities in keeping their crowd wearing masks at their respective premises. This is done by programming a system that can recognize the visuals from a camera at the entrance of such premises flagging offenders who do not wear a face mask and notifying authorities as it happens. This can be implemented in private organizations like educational institutions or company offices making it possible to combine it with a facial recognition model thereby notifying the offenders themselves via their cell phones by fetching their information from database resources that would be already existing in the case of these private organizations. © 2022 IEEE.

Prediction of Multiple Diseases using Machine Learning Algorithms is a user-friendly ML model that is used to predict the disease based on the symptoms entered by the user and gives the best analysis of possible diseases. It is based on the symptoms collected from large datasets, which is taken from hospitals containing the textual discharge summaries of patient diseases. It is a model which gives tips to the user to maintain a healthy life and also it is used to find out possible diseases very earlier, the user is suffering from. Health industry plays a crucial role in curing patient's diseases in today's world. So our work is going to help the health industry in an indirect way where user does not need to go to hospital for checkup instead user get to know the accurate disease within few seconds by entering at least two symptoms. It can handle enormous amount of data. There are various procedures available for the treatment of various diseases across the world which may take more time for diagnosis and prediction. Machine learning is one of the most emerging technology which helps in prediction as well as diagnosis of a disease. This work is completely done by using Machine learning algorithms like Decision Tree Algorithm, Random Forest Algorithm, Naive Bayes Algorithm, K Nearest Neighbour algorithm where these algorithms are deployed on larger datasets, which is then preprocessed by using data mining techniques to achieve higher accuracy than the existing *** lack of accuracy in existing models may lead to failure of diagnosis of the diseases in early stages and cause threat to patient's life. This study has used Tkinter interface in Python programming language. The objective to attain higher accuracy improves the reliability of the model and gains patient's trust for the cost-effective utilization of the proposed model. © 2023 IEEE.

Significant changes have been observed from 2019 in the COVID period as study styles shifted from traditional to hybrid learning. This paper predicted the applicability of the hybrid learning mode of education in the programming labs for the informatics faculty. It explored novel vital features that predicted the applicability of hybrid learning in the practical labs of the informatics domain. For this, the Classification and Regression Tree (Cart) identified the relevance of hybrid education with an accuracy of 71.7%. The confusion matrix of the Cart model has 67.3% correctness (sensitivity) for "Yes", and 76% correctness (specificity) for "No" during validation. The false negative rate (type II error) is 32.7%, and the false positive rate (type I error) is 24%. The AUC value of the Cart model is 0.68. Some obstacles were identified, such as isolation from the natural study environment, reduced quality of interaction with other faculty, and turning off the mic or camera during labs. Also, it was found that the university initiated and provided support to create less stress and ease of communication. Adopting the Hyrbid learning mode is unsuitable for handling group tasks or projects in the laboratory. Also, the hybrid learning mode proved a vital mode of study in practical labs as online learning with a safe environment. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

The emergence of blockchain technology has paved the way for innovative solutions in various domains, including social media. This research paper presents the design and implementation of "SocialChain," a decentralized social media platform built on the Ethereum blockchain using the Solidity programming language. SocialChain aims to address issues related to data privacy, content ownership, and censorship prevalent in traditional social media platforms. The proposed system leverages blockchain’s inherent properties such as immutability, transparency, and decentralization to create a trustless and secure environment for social interactions. The platform allows users to create posts, share content, and engage in discussions while maintaining ownership and control over their data. The underlying blockchain ensures that the history of posts and interactions remains tamper-proof and verifiable. The core components of the SocialChain smart contract include data structures for posts and comments, functions for creating posts and adding comments, as well as mechanisms for retrieving post-related information. Each user’s identity is associated with their Ethereum address, eliminating the need for traditional authentication methods and enhancing user pseudonymity. To ensure efficiency, the contract optimizes data storage by using mappings and arrays, minimizing gas costs and improving scalability. The contract also incorporates modifiers to validate post and comment existence, enhancing security and preventing unauthorized access. The results of this research showcase the feasibility of integrating blockchain technology into social media platforms. However, it is important to note that while the implementation provides a foundational framework, practical deployment requires addressing challenges such as user experience, scalability, and incentivization mechanisms.
