Hardware/software partitioning is a crucial problem in embedded system design. In this paper, we provide an alternative approach to solve this problem using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. Performance analysis of the proposed scheme with Integer Linear programming, Genetic Algorithm and Ant Colony Optimization technique has been compared using standard benchmark datasets, and the computer simulations reveal that the proposed approach outperforms all the meta-heuristic based existing techniques with respect to cumulative runtimes for several runs of the same program. The Integer Linear programming has been found to yield the optimal solutions, and the proposed swarm scheme yields suboptimal solution, sufficiently close to the reported results obtained for integer programming.

The quality of the image is degraded by rain streaks, which have negative impact when we extract image features for many visual tasks, such as feature extraction for classification and recognition, tracking, surveillance and autonomous navigation. Hence, it is necessary to detect and remove rain streaks from single images, which is a challenging problem since we have no spatial-temporal information of rain streaks compared to the dynamic video stream. Inspired by the priori that the rain streaks have almost the same feature, such as the direction or the thickness, although they are in different types of real-world images. The paper aims at proposing an effective convolutional neural network(CNN) to detect and remove rain streaks from single image. Two models of synthesized rainy image, linear additive composite model(LACM model) and screen blend model(SCM model), are considered in this paper. The main idea is that it is easier for our CNN network to find the mapping between the rainy image and rain streaks than between the rainy image and clean image. The reason is that rain streaks have fixed features, but clean images have various features. The experiments show that the designed CNN network outperforms state-of-the-art approaches on both synthesized and real-world images, which indicates the effectiveness of our proposed framework.

The recognition of Application programming Interface (API) mentions in the software-related texts is a prerequisite task for extracting API-related knowledge. Previous studies have demonstrated the superiority of deep learning-based methods in accomplishing this task. However, such techniques still meet their bottlenecks due to their inability to effectively handle the following three challenges: (1) differentiating APIs from common words; (2) identifying APIs in morphological variants of the standard APIs; and (3) the lack of high-quality labeled data for training. To overcome these challenges, this paper proposes a context-aware API recognition method named CAREER. This approach utilizes two key components, namely Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) and Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM), to extract context information at both the word-level and sequence-level. This strategic combination empowers the method to dynamically capture both syntactic and semantic information, effectively addressing the first challenge. To tackle the second challenge, CAREER introduces a character-level BiLSTM component, enriched with an attention mechanism. This enables the model to grasp character-level global context information, thereby enhancing the recognition of morphological attributes within API mentions. Furthermore, to address the third challenge, the paper introduces three data augmentation techniques aimed at generating new data samples. Accompanying these techniques is a novel sample selection algorithm designed to screen out high-quality instances. This dual-pronged approach effectively mitigates the requirement for data labeling. Experiments demonstrate that CAREER significantly improves F1-score by 11.0% compared with state-of-the-art methods. The classical semi-global matching algorithm can't use of the pixels around the points to be matched efficiently in the matching cost aggregation process, which will cause mis-match in the weak texture and occlusion region of the image. To solve this problem, the minimum spanning tree is added to the matching cost aggregation process of semi-global stereo matching algorithm, and the matching cost is calculated by dynamic programming along four paths. Solving the matching cost after aggregation within the maximum allowable range of parallax, Finding the parallax that minimizes the matching cost as the apparent difference of the point to be matched. The experimental results show that the Minimum Spanning Tree can be used to treat the pixels around the matching points efficiently and fully, it overcomes the problem that the semi-global matching algorithm can't make full use of the pixels of the image, compared with the original algorithm, the matching accuracy is higher and the aggregation path of matching cost is reduced from 16 to 4, which improves the matching efficiency.

Our project is to provide a control on the changes in temperature for certain applications such as baby incubator. Worldwide incubator is used for the infants to improve the survival of babies by providing them warm environment and reducing the heat loss from the baby's body. Basically, incubator is the standard method used worldwide. In this we are using Arduino. temperature sensor for monitoring or controlling the temperature of the baby's body. The constant temperature of 36.5-37.2℃ is required by the baby as it is required by the baby as in mother's womb. The programming code of Arduino is used to control the temperature. Buzzer is used for the indication of change in temperature in a neonatal nursing home where a number of incubators are kept. It was a great pleasure to welcome all the participants from different countries to the 2020 2ndinternationalconference on Civil, Architecture and Urban engineering (ICCAUE 2020) in Xi'an China during August 14–16. This three-day conference was hosted by Tianjin Port engineering Institute Co., Ltd. of CCCC First Harbor engineering Co., Ltd., presented by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center. With the help of the application, it can help students to be more active and interested in learning science. The purpose of this study is to know the need variations of models and learning media, besides outdoor learning in Elementary School. Students also tend to be passive and would rather ask friends than the teacher. The research method of the study is object-oriented programming approach and the development method is prototype. System planning is described using use case diagram, scenario use case, activity program, and sequence diagram. Meanwhile, database system planning used class diagram, object diagram, deployment diagram, and component diagram.
