This volume contains the proceedings of the 10th internationalconference on Tools and Algorithms for the Construction and Analysis of Systems (TACAS 2004). TACAS 2004 took place in Barcelona, Spain, from March 29th to April 2nd, as part of the 7th European Joint conferences on Theory and Practice of Software (ETAPS 2004), whose aims, organization, and history are detailed in a foreword by the ETAPS Steering Committee Chair, Jos´ e Luiz Fiadeiro. TACAS is a forum for researchers, developers, and users interested in ri- rously based tools for the construction and analysis of systems. The conference serves to bridge the gaps between di?erent communities including, but not - mited to, those devoted to formal methods, software and hardware veri?cation, static analysis, programming languages, software engineering, real-time systems, and communication protocols that share common interests in, and techniques for, tool development. In particular, by providing a venue for the discussion of common problems, heuristics, algorithms, data structures, and methodologies, TACAS aims to support researchers in their quest to improve the utility, rel- bility, ?exibility, and e?ciency of tools for building systems. TACASseekstheoreticalpaperswithaclearlinktotoolconstruction, papers describingrelevantalgorithmsandpracticalaspectsoftheirimplementation,- pers giving descriptions of tools and associated methodologies, and case studies with a conceptual message.

The 4th FTRA internationalconference on Computer science and its Applications (CSA-12) will be held in Jeju, Korea on November 22~25, 2012. CSA-12 will be the most comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in computer science and its applications. CSA-12 will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of CSA.;In addition, the conference will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories and practical applications in CSA. Furthermore, we expect that the conference and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject. CSA-12 is the next event in a series of highly successful internationalconference on Computer science and its Applications, previously held as CSA-11 (3rd Edition: Jeju, December, 2011), CSA-09 (2nd Edition: Jeju, December, 2009), and CSA-08 (1st Edition: Australia, October, 2008).

This book constitutes the refereed conference proceedings of the 2ndinternational Workshop on Cryprocurrencies and Blockchain Technology, CBT 2018, and the 13;international Workshop on Data Privacy Management, DPM 2018, on conjunction with the 23;European Symposium on Research in Computer Security, ESORICS 2018, held in Barcelona, Spain, in September 2018. From the CBT Workshop 7 full and 8 short papers out of 39 submissions are included. The selected papers cover aspects of identity management, smart contracts, soft- and hardforks, proof-of-works and proof of stake as well as on network layer aspects and the application of blockchain technology for secure connect event ticketing. The DPM Workshop received 36 submissions from which 11 full and 5 short papers were selected for presentation. The papers focus on challenging problems such as translation of high-level buiness goals into system level privacy policies, administration of sensitive identifiers, data integration and privacy engineering.
