The growth and development of 6 G networks bring a crucial task onto the table which is introducing AI to manage network functions and cope with more users in the future. distributed Learning (DL), as service to technologies, acts as one of the overriding forces motivating the development of 6 G communication system. The 6 G will help in various applications, which are a large set of services;then you will be able to manage the network in a smart and dynamic way. While relatively, many deep learning (DL) methods is deployed within the resource constrained vehicular domain, this setting nonetheless poses significant challenges. The reciprocating development of distributed computing and communication resources, like the edge-cloud continuum and integrated terrestrial-non-terrestrial networks (T/NTN), offers a solution for this. To use these resources and multiple DL methods in an integrated way, the NS becomes the best option. This paper covers the methods of DL that apply best in vehicular environments and examines NS roles alongside these methods, especially in the context of resource management which is dynamic. This research is designed to build a architecture for DL-as-a-Service (DLaaS) letting it to be hosted on a distributed network platform and allowing the implementation of DL algorithms at a proactive basis. This method, in addition to the dynamic resource allocation strategies, permits the efficient control of the different services which have different requirements. Effectiveness of the model is exhibited in a full case step by step in a vehicular T/NTN. The run-down of the DLaaS approach is perceived from its strong points, namely flexibility, performance upgrades, improved network intelligence, and they lead eventually to heightened customer satisfaction from the given cross vehicle or non cross vehicle highway traffic scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

cloud computing uses cloud resources to provide users with computing and storage services It has changed the processing mode of information resources for individuals and enterprises But The existing security reinforcement methods of cloud computing environment can not deal with external attacks caused by the singularity of cloud computing environment services and its own vulnerabilities This article starts from the cloud service itself the security threats of cloud computing platform are studied from three aspects: cloud service interface and network interface In order to deal with these security threats, the cloud service itself is analyzed and compared Randomization method of cloud service interface and network interface next. A randomization deployment model with multi-level, inter layer randomization awareness and distributed collaboration is proposed. The problem of randomization parameter awareness in model deployment is discussed the cooperation of the same layer services on different virtual machines The corresponding solutions are given. There has been a significant uptick in the need for user-centric electronic records to save the many characteristics of a patient's medical history as they are recorded at a hospital during treatment and to make those records available as and when they are needed for future treatment, care, or invoicing. Blockchain technology allows us to save these data on a distributed ledger, allowing us to begin and enable use at breakneck speeds while still maintaining a transparent and secure system. To save records safely and in an interoperable fashion, a distributed system with ledger functionality is used. Block chain technology has the potential to revolutionize the way digital assets are transacted by removing the need for a trusted third party to authenticate data authenticity, record asset ownership, or mediate financial or data transactions. Immutability, decentralisation, and transparency are three of its defining characteristics, making it well suited to resolving pressing problems in the healthcare industry, such as the lack of comprehensive peer-to-peer files and the inability to easily access patients' medical histories. Health care systems that are efficient and successful depend on interoperability, the capacity of different health organisations and manufacturers of different software products to connect and share data in a safe and smooth manner. Many problems in modern healthcare can be traced back to a lack of interoperability, such as siloed data, sluggish communications, and different workflow tools. To address this, it is recommended to implement a system that provides secure, pseudo-anonymous access to complete, recognised longitudinal medical records stored in silos. In this article, we conducted a system overview and literature review of block chain technology in a fog computing environment, both of which are capable of processing vast amounts of data in a decentralised fashion. Real-time monitoring is one of the Emerging duties in IoMT, and numerous systems have been developed to ensure the patient health monitor with efficient sensors capable of sensing, processing, and wireless communication may be used to collect data for environmental and smart health monitoring. These sensors are connected via wireless sensor networks. They transfer data to the cloud via IoT protocols and technology for storage and processing. This allows for the prediction of possible equipment breakdowns using past data. At times, the volume of data transmitted to the cloud or the time it takes to transfer data to the cloud and back to the sensors/actuators might be excessive. Moving some of the processing closer to the sensors can help minimize the amount of network and cloud resources consumed in these instances. In order to give cloud access, fog installations need to determine the architecture for joining sensors and gateways. Sensors often create data streams that may be pre-processed, aggregated, or filtered before they reach the cloud. Gateways can also be utilized to undertake data analytics. As a result, fog organization is critical for balancing computational load and network resource utilization on public clouds in order to reduce latency and save money. Service irregularity detection is a type of predictive maintenance that may be carried out even if no data from prior equipment failures is available. When available, machine-learning algorithms based on binary classification are used to predict breakdowns in the near future, allowing for repairs or replacements to be scheduled. The prediction models are trained and assessed using historical data, which includes information on prior equipment failures. Because historical data might be massive, real-time cloud storage is a possibility, leading in cloud-based predictive maintenance. The attractive features of cloud computing has lead to its widespread adoption in various sectors like healthcare, ecommerce, banking, power, education etc. However, attacks can put the availability of services of such crucial sectors in danger. One of the security concerns is due to distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) which is one of the deadliest attacks from past years. This paper proposes a novel approach to mitigate DDoS attacks using a Turing test based on gesture verification. By challenging clients with gesture-based captchas, the system aims to differentiate between legitimate users and attacking IoT devices or bots. The performance evaluation of proposed method has been done by considering Yo-Yo attack with synthetically generated traffic. The findings show that the suggested approach demonstrates superior speed and cost-effectiveness compared to other existing state-of-the-art methods, offering a promising solution for safeguarding cloud services. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

cloud computing technology provides access on demand to virtualized resources, services, and applications via a distributed network. In cloud data centers effective energy utilization is a critical concern in today's technology-driven world. cloud data centers (CDC) are massive facilities that host and manage an enormous amount of data and computing resources. This article addresses the growing significance and energy-intensive nature of data centers. Due to the rapid growth of cloud computing, it offers on-demand access to resources globally and leads to substantial power consumption and carbon impact on the environment. They consume substantial amounts of energy, and optimizing their energy utilization is essential for reducing operational costs, minimizing environmental impact, and ensuring sustainable growth. To combat this, efficient energy-saving approaches using machine learning methods have been researched. ML methods hold great potential for enhancing energy efficiency in CDCs by analysing data, detecting patterns, and optimizing resource usage. The focus areas include CPU usage prediction, overload finding, underload estimation, selection, migration, and relocation of VMs to attain resources and improve energy utilization. The paper compares energy-saving results achieved by different machine learning techniques in data centers to minimize energy usage and meet service level agreements (SLA). The machine learning approaches reduce energy consumption from 1.6% to 88.5% compared to the benchmark approach mentioned, considering various settings and parameters. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. The evolving e-commerce platforms open the way for a wide range of applications to migrate from an offline to an online system. E-Auction is a strong e-commerce solution that uses online platforms to link bids and sellers. Building a completely secure e-auction system that meets the security criteria of all stakeholders in these systems, on the other hand, demands exceedingly complex work in traditional architecture. The concept of cloud security refers to the methods, standards, and practices of protecting data in the cloud. One of the most significant obstacles for e-auction is a dearth of faith between many sellers, buyers, and auctioneers. Loyalty among auction players and a secure transaction atmosphere have been identified as important triggers for online transactions and a significant worry in e-auctions. The existing C-Ream method was introduced to provide auction participants with a secure and trustworthy transact setting. Unfortunately, this technique does not adequately handle privacy protection. The suggested study's objective was to decrease security concerns in the eauction system. By using a tree-based key generation methodology, the Logic Key Hierarchy (LKH) model is used in this research to create a secure data-sharing mechanism in an e-auction for dynamic members. Using one-way hashing and reverse hashing, this key was generated. Several studies have demonstrated that this method maintains forward and backward compromise assaults most effectively and that it can generate keys in less time than any other hash-based method paradigm. © 2023 IEEE.

With the advancement of dual-carbon goals, the construction of distributed energy is gradually accelerating. The traditional centralized information scheduling method deploys message processing work in the cloud, resulting in slow message processing speed and data transmission delay. At the same time, blockchain has irreplaceable advantages in value representation, data sharing and secure transmission. Edge computing improves data processing efficiency and reduces delay. Therefore, this paper proposes a distributed energy computing task allocation scheme based on blockchain and edge computing to ensure data security under the premise of improving data processing speed. The communication delay of the computing mode in this paper is about 12.3 less than that of the cloud computing mode, and the energy consumption is about 30.6 less. © 2022 IEEE.

The hybrid recommendation algorithm is a combination of two algorithms, one for each task. The purpose of this paper is to propose a hybrid algorithm that combines the best features of the two algorithms. This paper mainly studies news communication and how to use hybrid recommendation algorithm to improve news communication. The first algorithm used in the hybrid system is collaborative filtering, which uses information about user preferences to recommend news items to users based on user preferences. The second algorithm used in the system is content-based recommendation, which uses text or video data from news articles and videos. In order to better meet the personalized needs of the people at the grass-roots level, the news industry has put forward a distributed hybrid recommendation algorithm for news communication according to the efficiency and other problems existing in the actual development. This form not only breaks through the application mode of the traditional hierarchical clustering algorithm, but also integrates multiple communication features for interest analysis, which helps to provide users with interesting news information faster. On the basis of understanding the current situation of news communication and technology application, this paper analyzes the content of distributed hybrid recommendation algorithm based on news communication, and defines how to effectively implement it according to practical cases, in order to provide an effective basis for the innovation and development of the news industry. Edge computing is a promising paradigm that enhances the capabilities of cloud computing in healthcare. In order to continue patronizing the computing services, it is essential to conserve a good atmosphere free from all kinds of security and privacy breaches. The security and privacy issues associated with the edge computing environment have narrowed the overall acceptance of the technology as a reliable paradigm. Edge computing is a promising model for improving cloud computing's capabilities. It is important to maintain a positive climate free of all forms of protection and privacy violations in order to continue using computing services. The edge computing environment's security and privacy concerns have hampered the technology's overall acceptance as a reliable *** blockchain technology emerges as a viable solution because it provides influential features such as continuous secrecy, authentication, and robustness. This proposed work propose a blockchain-enabled distributed security architecture based on edge cloud. Security attacks are detected at the cloud layer, and as a result, security attacks at the IoT network's edge layer are decreased. The gateway provides dynamic network traffic flow management, which aids in the detection of security attacks by identifying suspicious network traffic flows and reducing security attacks by blocking suspicious *** the next-generation IoT, the proposed security architecture has specified state-of-the-art contributions. The proposed algorithm is based on ECC based proxy encryption technique. Proxy re-encryption is a modern encryption scheme designed for protection in a distributed environment, including such smart applications that use the Internet of Things. © 2022 IEEE.
