Adenoidectomy is a common surgical procedure performed on children with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Owing to lack of objective data, the studies on evaluation postoperative outcomes have been limited. The present study takes computational fluid dynamics (CFD) approach to assessing postoperative effect in children with OSA undergoing adenoidectomy by comparison of the flow field characteristics between postoperative with preoperative upper airway. The computational fluid dynamics models were constructed using raw data from preoperative and postoperative computed tomogram images of three children with OSA. Considering three-dimensional transient turbulent flow in the airway, flow field was solved for a cycle of normal breathing. The simulation results are validated by the clinical measurements and results in literature. It is shown that the airflow patterns in postoperative nasopharyngeal airway are significantly different from preoperative subjects. The resistance in nasopharyngeal passage can be an objective parameter to evaluate the treatment effects.

With the development of science and technology, many industries begin to use computer technology to improve work efficiency. From the facts of many practices, we can see that computer technology is a good technology for many industries and can bring many benefits to the industry. Computer technology is also deepening into legal practice. In legal practice, modeling, simulation and other calculation methods can be used to analyze legal relations, so that legal information can be transformed from traditional analysis to an information and intelligent system with higher efficiency and accuracy. The inclusion classification in legal procedures can be simply summarized as a model, and the eigenvalue table structure is built to make the case enter the computer into data that can be calculated and judged. This method simplifies the case trial and makes the case context clearer. The deep integration of computational Thinking and legal thinking is conducive to enrich and develop the basic theory of law, improve the scientificity and coordination of various departments in the judicial system, and improve the efficiency of the judicial system. Computer technology plays a positive role in improving legislative and judicial efficiency, coping with and avoiding technical risks.

Background: Nowadays, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries apply sentiment analysis (SA) to analyze customers' feedback on pharmaceutical products. SA uses natural language processing (NLP) to recognize, assess and analyze the pharmaceutical data to extract valuable insights about the sentiment it conveys. Over the past two decades, in addition to text, emoticons have become a conventional way of expressing one's sentiments. The researchers utilizing textual data for SA have largely ignored emoticons due to their complexity and insufficient resources. Aim of the study: Necessary to include emoticons in SA to capture the emotion expressed by pharmaceutical data. However, this research develops an algorithm that performs SA on text and emoticons. Methods: To highlight the significance of emoticons, the analysis has been conducted on text-only and text-and-emoticon data, using deep learning (DL) and machine learning (ML) methods on multiple datasets. The features – term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF–IDF), emoticon lexicons, and a bag of words (BoW) are taken for simulation. Results: simulation of text features using BiLSTM provides better accuracy, between 85% and 90%, compared to other methods. The precision lies between 70% and 90%. The recall is lowered to 64%. The sentiment the emoticon conveys outweighs that of the text associated with it. In addition, the DL algorithms outperform the ML methods. The overall results indicate that considering emoticons along with text positively impacts ***, it is noted that the DL model marginally outperforms all of the ML algorithms used. Conclusions: This research analyzed the augmentations to the implementation, including multiple enhancements during the pre-processing stage, the inclusion of emojis, and the usage of a bi-long short-term memory network (BiLSTM) in the DL model. The experimental results conclude that better measures are obtained using the DL method.

With the continuous development of 5G technology and intelligent technology, intelligent networked vehicles can rely on vehicle-road collaboration technology to form a more specific understanding of traffic situations through edge caching and edge computing services of roadside infrastructure to ensure driving safety. Improve traffic efficiency. The main purpose of this paper is to study the task offloading optimization management of connected vehicles based on edge computing. While constructing the model for offloading computing tasks, this paper uses python programming simulation to implement. Python language has a powerful standard library, and it also provides a large number of application modules, which users can directly call according to their own needs. application. Python language can be mature and widely used in website data crawling, data operation, image system, and Web system development. In this paper, a computing offloading process is divided into two parts, namely code migration and data offloading. The code only contains the general computing code file of the task (that is, the OpenCL kernel program file) and the AI computing code file (that is, the TensorFlow model file).) and a task configuration script file with the input data to be processed by the task. Moreover, the runtime environment of application tasks is pre-arranged on each device, regardless of online deployment or offloading, which greatly reduces the amount of transmitted data.

Cross-border e-commerce provides a new channel for the development of foreign trade. However, in cross-border e-commerce trade, factors including language, culture, distance and others make the information asymmetry between buyers and sellers more prominent. And the transaction risk is more serious than other types of transactions. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of sellers' default behavior and transaction data risk in cross-border e-commerce. Based on the theoretical model, the real transaction data of Amazon platform was used as the machine learning training set to derive the behavior function of buyers and sellers. Based on the complex adaptive system theory of simulation economics and agent swarm model. Also, this paper constructs an intelligent dynamic simulation system of cross-border e-commerce transaction risk under incomplete information situations and simulates the seller's default behavior. Finally the paper systematically analyzes the formation mechanism of multi-round cross-border e-commerce transaction risk under incomplete information situations by comparing the simulation results.

computational modelling with the use of intelligence techniques for computing the agricultural output by providing minimum input data to lessen the time through cutting down the multi locational field trials and also the labours and other inputs is getting momentum. Development of locally suitable integrated farming systems (IFS) is the utmost need of the day, particularly in India where about 95% farms are under small and marginal holding size. The computational models are developed through incorporation of all independent variables which affect directly or indirectly the output of a system. Models can also be useful in teaching processes involved in the systems and its behaviour in response input variables. Calibration, verification, and validation are very important procedure to produce accurate simulation models. Computer simulations are good at portraying and comparing theoretical scenarios, but in order to accurately model actual case studies they have to match what is actually happening today. It is the research tools which can be used to curtail the huge expenditure in conducting the multiple experiments either in the field or laboratory. computational modelling is increasingly effective for designing and analysis of the system. This is very important tool to analyses the effect of different scenarios on the systems and its interaction among themselves.

Aiming at overcoming the difficulties of actual test and demonstration in commercial space launch missions and the lack of visualized analysis tools, this paper studies the digital modeling technology for commercial space launch, and proposes solutions to problems such as multi-module parallel assembly testing with short intervals, spatiotemporal coordination for comprehensive process and technical interface matching etc. Models for the analysis and calculation of explosion range, noise impact, and geological environment are created, which has achieved quick customization and flexible assembly of simulation and modeling for complex process, as well as a data evaluation model for digitalized collaboration under multiple problem domain situations, optimizing the process of space launch activities in commercial field.

Survival analysis for randomized censored data is common in clinical trial. Among various survival models proposed to deal with such censoring, Weilbull regression model is widely used as one of accelerated failure time models, because it's flexible to suit different applications. It's well known that Bayesian analysis has the advantage in dealing with censored data and small sample over frequentist methods. Therefore, this paper presents the Weibull regression model for randomized censored data from Bayesian perspective, and then computes the Bayesian estimator based on the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method. The Gibbs sampling is proposed to simulate the Markov chain of parameters' posterior distribution dynamically, which avoids the calculation of complex integrals of the posterior distribution effectively. Finally the simulation with real clinical data of lymph sarcoma is presented. The whole procedure is implemented by the freely available software WinBUGS.

Information Technology in business is significant. This study tries to trace the relationship between IT value and firm performance. The methodology of the study is analyzing some variables forming the relationship of IT value to firm performance based on the Resource-Based View Theory. The analysis results in IT Value Model using Variance-Based Structural Equation modeling. Using computer simulation data and a SEM application software, the conceptual models are tested. The testing consists of the outer model, the inner model, and the hypotheses testing. The outer model testing is to examine the relationship between the reflective manifest variables and their construct. Similarly, the inner model and hypotheses are tested to make sure that among the constructs have causality relationships. According to the testing results, the models meet the fit model criteria as required by the Variance-Based SEM. Likewise, the hypotheses can be accepted. Furthermore, the IT value engineering concept can be developed referred to the fit model and linked to business requirements.
