The university performance evaluation has been one of the difficult problems for a long time. And the university research performance evaluation is a difficulty of difficulties. Based on the practice experience of research performance evaluation from developed countries, this paper summarized and reflected on the main characteristics and shortcomings of Chinese university research performance evaluation indexes and methods, and built the measuring index system based on data envelopment analysis（DEA）. Then it put forward performance evaluation technology with the combination of principal component analysis（PCA） and DEA, trying to explore the evaluation mode of university research performance innovatively.

The paper focuses on sensitivity-based identifiability analysis of parameters for mathematical models described by systems of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. This analysis is carried out using eigenvalue method and orthogonal method. Both methods allow one to globally evaluate and compare the influence of parameter values on measurement data. The sensitivity analysis and numerical experiments for mathematical model of the spread of TB and HIV co-infection are demonstrated. The numerical results show that 4 parameters(from 15 available) are identifiable uniquely by the given data only about 3 measured time-point functions during 5 years.

The simulation model of a risk-based three-tier inspection system is presented in the paper for the security management of screening passengers. In this study, passengers are classified to three risk classes(Trusted class, Regular class, and Risky class) based on their assessed risk level. A hybrid simulation model is developed to simulate the passengers' behavior from the moment they enter the inspection system until they leave the system. We study the performance evaluation of the proposed inspection system through an Arena simulation platform. The sensitivity analysis from a series of our numerical experiments shows the managerial effect of the model parameters on two performance measures in terms of passengers' average waiting time and the overall safety level.

Activity recognition is the core technology of intelligent video surveillance systems and focuses on the behavior of a single object or a pair of objects. A common approach to activity recognition is to first extract and track the characteristics of moving objects from an image sequence, with the goal of converting pixel-level data into low-level functions appropriate for activity analysis. And in these methods, it is important to successfully extract good features and analyze the spatio-temporal interaction of the type of object moving from the extracted features. In this paper, we propose a three step activity recognition model that takes into account the spatial elements of the trajectory using time series data of moving pedestrian trajectories. Activity recognition modeling used the c4.5 algorithm and performed recognition experiments on the four behaviors defined in the CAVIAR dataset.

This paper is to propose a new concept, which is called the Multiple Equal Part Linear Regression, in which the analysis data are divided into several equal parts and then the linear regression model is built up. This way, we will be able to observe the trend of sample data in each equal part. Difference comparison can be made with the general standard linear regression model.

The performance and characteristics of FY-3C MWHTS in orbit are presented in this paper. Then it uses surface and profile reanalysis non-rainy data from NCEP and ECMWF in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from Jan, 2014 to May, 2015 and takes advantage of Mono RTM model to simulate brightness temperatures according to the MWHTS channel assignment, and validate by MWHTS measured data. Furthermore, a temperature and humidity retrieving mode is established to retrieve global atmospheric profiles and verified by two WMO stations located in mainland and over ocean. Finally, it utilizes FY-3C MWHTS brightness temperature data observed in orbit from JAN to DEC of 2014 to realize and analyze the space-time distribution of atmospheric temperature and humidity profiles on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, especially for them in different pressure level in Oct, 2014.

The traditional meter data storage and processing system generally uses the expensive large server and relational database to ensure the normal operation of the system. When dealing with a large amount of meter data, this kind of system is difficult to expand, data processing is not in time and the efficiency of data retrieval is low, which led to the fault response cycle is prolonged, even cause a fatal impact on the enterprise. This thesis designed and implemented a storage and processing system for electric meter data based on Hadoop Technology which can realize the distributed storage and processing of the electric meter data. After analyzed the result of System benchmark I/O test, and compared data storage and processing capabilities with the traditional solution, it is proved that the new system has the advantages of efficient storage and processing under the condition of mass data, and is suitable for storage of mass meter data. The new system can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis, reduce labor management costs, has extensive practical value for improving the efficiency and the competitive power of the electric meter.

The metro or subway has become a preferred plan for going out, hence the pressure of urban traffic has been put on metro or subway. Based on the original metro network, we designed some through train to optimize the operation efficiency of the whole metro network and the social benefits brought by it. Meanwhile we shorten the travel time of long-distance passengers;on the other hand, we decrease the intermediate site traffic pressure. We separately pick up the possible metro line of the whole metro network as analysis object, through choosing a fixed range at the two ends of the line as the data object model analysis. Using Poisson distribution and multiple linear regression analysis to calculate the direct passenger flow rate between the two stations, then we get the direct passenger flow rate in the selected range of traffic between two stations, and select the two stations that has the maximum of those rate as the result of terminals. Considering the passengers' waking-time, waiting-time and journey time, we can get the passengers' travel time by algorithm analysis. And using the passengers' travel time as test model reference quantity of model test, and reducing the travel time can directly improve the social benefit and economic benefit.

Macro-economic climate index can play the role of the monitoring and early warning. For quantitative analysis, this paper used Eviews software to establish the ARMA model for the early warning index in the macroeconomic prosperity index. This model predicts the prosperity index in the coming period and reduces the barriers of traditional models. It also better reflects the fluctuation of economic development and forecasts the future economy. Many economists and mathematicians use ARMA model made a lot of effort in forecasting stock prices, but for macro-economic climate index, analysis is very few, so this study choose the monthly data from Sina Finance between January 2009 and December 2016 to analyze the macroeconomic climate index(warning index), which reflects the fluctuation of economic development and economic forecast for the future. Here is a brief introduction of the indicators and the relevant background. The macro-economic climate index includes: early warning index, consistency index, the index of leading indicators and lagging. Consistent index is the basic trend, which reflects the current economic situation composed of industrial production, employment, social demand(investment, consumption, foreign trade) and social income(national tax, corporate profits, income). Leading index is composed of a set of leading indicators ahead of the consistent index, used to forecast the economic trend of the future. Lag index was synthesized from lagging indicator behind the consistent index, it is mainly used to be a confirmation in the economic cycle peak and valley. And early warning index divides economic status into five levels: "red light" said economic overheating, "yellow light" said economic heat, "green light" said normal economic operation, "light blue lamp" said economic slants cold, "blue light" said economic too cold. Recent experimental studies have shown that metals at submicron scale may harden rather than soften after high temperature annealing,which is contrast to the typical behavior at macro *** the present work,a fully coupled dislocation glide-climb model is developed to study the intrinsic mechanism of high temperature anneal hardening in the submicron *** thermally activated dislocation glide and climb are dealt with in the framework of three dimensional discrete dislocation dynamics(DDD).A modified discrete-continuous method(DCM) is proposed for solving dislocation *** climb rate is determined by the vacancy volumetric flux across the dislocation core which is obtained by solving vacancy diffusion equations using the finite element method(FEM).The vacancy concentrations are transferred between the solving domain of DDD and continuum FEM by a new localization *** carrying out coupled dislocation glide-climb simulation,remarkable softening effect after pre-straining and hardening effect after annealing is observed in the submicron *** analysis demonstrates that the anneal hardening can be ascribed to two major aspects:(1) The dislocation climb during high temperature annealing promotes the dislocation annihilation,leading to a decrease of dislocation density;(2) The jogs,nucleated during annealing,which have very weak mobility,act as obstacles to dislocation glide motion and result in a decrease of mobile dislocation *** with the pre-strained pillars,the combination effect of these two aspects significantly decreases the dislocation mobility and results in higher flow strength,which agrees well with the experiment data.
