Camera calibration is an important step based on binocular stereo vision technology, and the accuracy of calibration directly affects the accuracy of this visual measurement. In view of the problems of camera calibration, a camera parameter optimisation method based on multiple constraints is proposed. The internal and external parameter values of the camera are calculated as the initial values using Zhang Zhengyou camera calibration method, the parameter optimisation objective function is established through multiple constraints, and the LM algorithm is used to find the optimal parameters. The findings of the experiments indicate a significant enhancement in the precision of camera calibration achieved by the enhanced algorithm, as compared to the traditional approach of the Zhang Zhengyou calibration method.. © 2024 IEEE.

Because of the rapid development of computer technology, digital twin technology has been improved, in the background of industry 4.0 industrial production also uses digital twin technology to reform. Virtual scene simulation was conducted based on Unity3d technology, and the model was made by 3Ds Max software. Through the unique advantages of the virtual factory, the intelligent production system is built, and the traditional factory is transformed into a virtual factory for simulation, monitoring, decision-making, so as to apply it to the real new factory. So as to achieve cost saving, improve production efficiency, optimize the effect of production mode. This paper describes part of the development process of the smart factory software system. © 2023 SPIE.

In this paper, a numerical analysis method of scattering parameters (S-parameters) of passive microwave components based on transfinite element method (TFEM) is presented. The scattering parameters can be obtained directly and accurately combining the finite element method and transfinite-element boundary truncation of the ports. Compared with the results of the commercial software HFSS, the numerical results demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed method. © 2022 IEEE.

Multiple uses of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) in the real world would need the probable dispersion of a large number of sensor nodes. The adaptability and flexibility is very difficult in the traditional WSNs which uses balancing load technology. software-defined networking (SDN) is a good choice because it lets you see what resources are used and also set up boundaries. In WSN, the highest traffic load causes an overflow of the data queue. As a result, important data should be lost. Also, the sensor node's energy is rapidly drained, and the whole network's lifespan is damaged. Traffic-aware routing with round robin technique (TARR) for equating the load in a software-defined WSN is proposed to solve this problem. The network contains two significant functions, namely, the formation of the network and the action of the network. This approach recognizes the traffic by obtaining or forwarding packets via control and data messages. In this approach, the round-robin technique is used during congestion situations. Thus, the data is forwarded constantly. As a result, the recipient node receives all data packets efficiently. The results of the simulation demonstrate that the TARR technique boosts network throughput while simultaneously reducing both packet loss and latency in a software-defined WSN. © 2023 IEEE.

The software testing community has continued to research and develop new ways of testing Android mobile applications to ensure an application function as expected and serves its purpose. Given that every testing technique/tool has its strengths and weaknesses. This study aims to present a comparative analysis of fully automated techniques which automatically generate and execute test cases concurrently during runtime. We selected 10 fully automated techniques published from 2013 to 2023 techniques to identify the similarities and differences that exist among them. We clearly define the comparative criteria (such as the exploration method, systematic method, termination criterion, extraction criterion, and scheduling method) used for comparing the selected techniques. The analysis shows that most fully automated techniques adopt an active learning exploration approach for exploring the application under test (AUT). We also observed that only the techniques utilizing the active learning approach are capable of modelling and abstracting the graphic user interface (GUI) of the AUT, others randomly select events to be fired into the AUT. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's educational system, maintaining students' interest is of the utmost importance. Researchers have been motivated to investigate approaches that can automatically measure engagement as a result of this. Using facial expressions to determine whether or not a student is interested in a certain topic and to give individualized assistance is the purpose of this research project. Using the well-known VGG16 model, This study provide a framework for evaluating degrees of engagement based on facial signals. This framework is built on face detection which used the FER2013 dataset, produced encouraging findings with a considerable accuracy of 96.16%. The objective of this study is to provide educators and online platforms with a dependable instrument that can assess and address student involvement. This will be accomplished by using deep learning algorithms that are particularly intended to do facial expression interpretation. The findings of this study provide a contribution to the growing subject of using technology to enhance learning settings by highlighting the benefits of automated systems in terms of increasing student engagement and academic accomplishment. © 2024 IEEE.

Emotion is an essential aspect of human life, and effectively identifying corresponding emotions from different scenarios will help promote the development of human-computer interaction ***, emotion classification has gradually become a challenging and popular research field. Compared with text emotion analysis, emotion analysis of audio data is still relatively *** audio sentiment analysis research is based on feature information such as MFCC, MFSC, etc. while using time-memory models such as LSTM and RNN for emotion *** to the rapid development of transformers and attention mechanisms, many scholars have shifted their research from the RNN family to the transformer family or deep learning models with attention ***, this paper proposes a method to convert audio data into a spectrogram and use a vision transformer model based on transfer learning for emotion *** paper conducts experiments on the IEMOCAP dataset and the MELD dataset. The experimental results show that the emotion classification accuracy of the Vision transformer in the IEMOCAP and the MELD datasets reach 56.18% and 37.1%. © 2023 SPIE.

Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) is a technology aimed at extracting emotional information from speech signals, thereby discerning the emotional state of the speaker. Its objective is to equip machines with empathetic capabilities akin to those of humans. The ability to extract high-quality, deep, and comprehensive speech representations from audio often determines the robustness of emotion analysis. In this paper, we focus on modeling speech using spectrograms, MFCCs (Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients), and raw waveforms. We employ CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks), BiGRUs (Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Units), and self-supervised Wav2Vec-based models [1] to extract deep acoustic features, each applied separately. Taking into account the complementarity among different acoustic features, we introduce a Multi CO-ATTENTION Mechanism to enhance the acoustic characteristics. Additionally, feature fusion is performed at the final stage of the model. We evaluated our proposed method on the IEMOCAP dataset and conducted ablation studies, achieving promising results. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to realize the intelligent test of thermal expansion, the overall design scheme of the thermal expansion test system is given, the test platform of the thermal expansion test system is constructed, and the single-neuron PID control algorithm is used to control the heating rate of the electric furnace by using the microcontroller, the upper computer software is written by using Python, the data transmission between the upper computer and the microcontroller is made through the software, and the real-time acquisition of temperature and displacement signals is realized. The software enables data transfer between the upper computer and the microcontroller, real-time acquisition, storage, and analysis of temperature and displacement signals, and it is able to meet the requirements of practical engineering tests. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
