In the remote-controlled robotics system, the reliable communication between the operator and the robot is important. However, unstable network connections are an inevitable problem. Because of the jitter time delay, the robot often doesn't receive the control instruction on time. The smooth motion strategy is proposed to overcome the impact of network delay on system performance. If the robot doesn't receive any new instructions in a presetting time period, the strategy calculates the predictive instructions to keep smooth control. Experiments results show the validity and feasibility of the proposed method. © 2024 IEEE.

SPBE facilitates program and budget implementation to improve the quality of public services and government administration. During the SPBE evaluation, the software development process became one indicator determining government institutions' success in implementing SPBE. This study proposes solutions for improving the quality of the SPBE software development process at a city government based on the CMMI Model V2.0. CMMI Adoption and Transition Guidance suggests selecting practice areas based on problem identification and resolution. The authors use a mixed method to conduct interviews, document studies, and provide a questionnaire for key resource persons. The assessment results of the chosen nine-practice among all 29 practice areas show that 73% of the practices still have weaknesses. The proposed solutions recommend improving 241 activities and involving 147 work products in nine practice areas for better software development process maturity. The authors also proposed a roadmap for the implementation of the recommendations. © 2024 IEEE.

The advent of software-Defined Networking has revolutionized network management by decoupling the control and data planes, catering to diverse network requirements across various domains. SDNs may seem more secure than traditional networks, but they still have weaknesses and challenges in deployment. Due to its inherent flexibility and centralized control, this model change poses a risk to network integrity, confidentiality, and other security factors by introducing new vulnerabilities like packet spoofing and unauthorized access. In order to address some of the most significant security challenges with SDN implementations, we presented a thorough analysis in this paper that examined the risk associated with different SDN planes and APIs. A systematic review of the literature was carried out in order to explain the problem of potential attack situations and weaknesses. The various security suggestions that have been proposed or implemented for SDN are examined as well in this study. We also identify important research gaps based on the review of previous work that may facilitate further studies in this field. © 2024 IEEE.

Large Language Models (LLMs) are increasingly utilized for software engineering tasks, including code generation. While prior research has primarily focused on code completion, there remains a gap in understanding LLMs' ability to generate code from Natural Language Processing (NLP) descriptions. In this study, we investigated three LLMs' performance in generating code from scratch based on NLP task descriptions. We employed three evaluation levels, Accuracy, Quality, and Performance, to assess the LLMs' results. Accuracy metrics focused on error types and counts, quality assessed code readability and maintainability, and performance measured the models' ability to generate optimized solutions. Codex, Copilot, and PaLM2 exhibited error rates of 9.68%, 32.25%, and 48.38%, respectively. Copilot showed the best performance with a higher maintainability index. However, all LLMs struggled with tasks of high complexity, with time complexities of O(m•n•log(n)), as evidenced by their performance metrics. © 2024 IEEE.

This technical abstract describes the software of wise information mining strategies for the analysis of hyper-spectral imaging for the purpose of extracting underlying features. Specifically, the usage of supervised and unsupervised device studying algorithms is explored, which include clustering, choice trees, help vector machines and artificial neural networks. The techniques are in comparison on the way to optimize consequences for diverse consequences, including endmember extraction and target detection. A singular technique was additionally proposed for enhancing class accuracy and lowering fake detections through the use of winger correction. The paper outcomes reveal the capability of smart information mining for hyper-spectral picture evaluation in quite a number of applications. © 2024 IEEE.

Cloud computing has fundamentally transformed the accessibility and payment models of services within distributed system environments. In response to heightened security concerns, cloud service providers offer diverse resources spanning Infrastructure, software, Platform, and Database services, supported by security measures such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), access control rules, and cryptographic methods. This paper introduces a novel data encryption technique, termed Data Security in Cloud Computing using Maritime Search and Rescue Algorithm (DSCC-MSRA). By integrating an enhanced cypher block chaining algorithm with logical substitution and the Maritime Search and Rescue Algorithm (MSRA) for key generation, this method provides a unique approach to encryption. Through rigorous optimization and analysis, it has undergone significant refinement, with comparisons against industry-standard algorithms showcasing its efficacy. The primary objective is to elevate encryption procedures and introduce complexity to cryptanalysis, ultimately enhancing data security in cloud computing. © 2024 IEEE.

Digital Twins (DTs) are a relatively new technology that has the potential to transform entire fields such as construction, health, and every field one can imagine, including cybersecurity. DTs represent a cutting-edge solution to mitigate cyber risks as they can accurately emulate hardware, software, and firmware. By collecting and providing data, they allow realtime monitoring, analysis, and emulation. This paper digs into the current practices followed to predict cyberattacks, it then explores the fundamental principles of digital twins and their current common uses in the industry. Finally, it examines how digital twins can be employed to enhance the organisation's overall cybersecurity maturity level. © 2024 IEEE.

Pharmacy Management System (PMS) is an advanced software solution designed to increase the efficiency, accuracy and safety of pharmaceutical operations. System automates important functions such as inventory management, prescription processing, billing and compliance tracking, thus enables spontaneous pharmacy operations and enhances patient care. With integration of upcoming technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, and Barcode scanning, PMS reduces errors, eliminates stockouts, and increases drug safety. In building the navigation software application, the Landmark plays an important factor in visual place recognition. There is major problem for performing the classification to visual recognition, due to change of environments like summer, winter, rainy season the place changes. To overcome the problem, the paper proposes a vision transformer as classification for place recognition. In vision transformer the first stage is considerations images are divided into various parts, then it converts into sequence embedding by moving it. To keep information at correct position, the embedding position is used in the parts and the sequence result is sent to various multihead attention layers for final result generation. For validating the proposal, we performed the vision transformer model on the two different datasets such as paris and oxford datasets. The result obtained by performing the vision transformer is demonstrated the other existing model in terms of accuracy in two datasets the given values are 90.63% and 87.30% respectively. © 2024 IEEE.
