Wearable devices are an important part of internet of things (IoT)with many applications in healthcare. Prevalent security concerns create a compelling case for a renewed approach by incorporating the ICMetric technology in IoT healthcare. The ICMetric technology is a novel security approach and uses the features of a device to form the basis of cryptographic services like key generation, authentication and admission control. Cryptographic systems designed using ICMetric technology use unique measurable device features to form a root of trust. This paper uses the MEMS bias in a body wearable Shimmer sensor to create a device ICMetric. The ICMetric identity is used to generate cryptographic key to perform encryption and decryption of patients data which is being communicated to health professionals. The cloud based component of the proposed framework provides much needed distributed data processing and availability. The proposed schemes have been simulated and tested for conformance to high levels of security and performance.

On current days, the growing applications in internet of Things (IoT) is increasing in various real-time sectors as smart city applications (air pollution, atmospheric noise canceling and traffic flow management). Now, these technologies are combined to provide the comfort configuration for each application. However, malware / virus are highly possible to extract the device software or hardware information in IoT. All sensed information about the environment or any event is stored in these devices which are hacked by the malicious attackers. To overcome these adversities, we introduced the concept of locality sensitive hash (LSH) for IoT device trustworthiness identification. The main objective of our proposed system is to allow secure transfer of data from the resource constrained devices. In this project, the resource constrained devices are the wireless sensor nodes. The experimental analysis confirmed that our proposed approach is suitable for the application or environment with resource constrained devices. Also, the time, energy, latency and packet overhead is considerably reduced than the existing systems considered for this project. © 2023 IEEE.

Recently, the armed forces want to bring the internet of Things technology to improve the effectiveness of military operations in battlefield. So the internet of Battlefield Things (IoBT) has entered our view. And due to the high processing latency and low reliability of the "combat cloud" network for IoBT in the battlefield environment, in this paper, a novel "combat cloud-fog" network architecture for IoBT is proposed. The novel architecture adds a fog computing layer which consists of edge network equipment close to the users in the "combat cloud" network to reduce latency and enhance reliability. Meanwhile, since the computing capability of the fog equipment are weak, it is necessary to implement distributed computing in the "combat cloud-fog" architecture. Therefore, the distributed computing load balancing problem of the fog computing layer is researched. Moreover, a distributed generalized diffusion strategy is proposed to decrease latency and enhance the stability and survivability of the "combat cloud-fog" network system. The simulation result indicates that the load balancing strategy based on generalized diffusion algorithm could decrease the task response latency and support the efficient processing of battlefield information effectively, which is suitable for the "combat cloud-fog" network architecture.

The internet of Things is responsible for the production of an enormous volume of data. The data that is gathered by healthcare actuators and sensors may be safely stored on the internet and analyzed by a computer network located at a distance. Following then, the results might be delivered to the customer by some kind of digital transmission. Some of the mobile diabetes instruments that are part of the The internet of Things include glucose levels monitoring, insulin pumps, glucose level monitors, and closed environments. Some examples of these devices are diabetic pens and closed environments. When it comes to storing and analyzing data, the conventional cloud-based method is having trouble keeping up with the volume of data that is being produced. As a result, more and more processing is starting to move to the periphery of network systems, which is closer to the gadgets that are actually creating the data. These are the aims of cloud environment and advanced analytics, two models for the management of data. Trying to offload data into the cloud, analyzing it near to the patients, and transferring findings machine or device in seconds or tenths of a second: these are the objectives of fog computing and edge computing. With the help of cloud environment (which utilizes localized nodes) and cloud technologies, it is possible for sensory data to be analyzed in close proximity to the physical detection and actuation hardware (within the sensing devices). Among the benefits that fog technology and clouds technology provide over cloud computing include a faster rate of data transmission, less dependence on restricted bandwidths, better privacy and security, and more controls placed above a white information generated in other countries where laws may very well prohibit usage or authorize unneeded governmental and governmental accessibility, and reduced costs as a result of more camera data being utilized locally and less data being transported remote. A persistent and serious danger to the internet is a denial of service attack on a large scale (DDoS) attack using machine learning. Because they originate at the low layers, new Infections that use genuine hypertext transfer protocol requests to overload target resources are more untraceable than application layer-based cyberattacks. Using network flow traces to construct an access matrix, this research presents a method for detecting distributed denial of service attack machine learning assaults. Independent component analysis decreases the number of attributes utilized in detection because it is multidimensional. Independent component analysis can be used to translate features into high dimensions and then locate feature subsets. Furthermore, during the training and testing phase of the updated source support vector machine for classification, their performance it is possible to keep track of the detection rate and false alarms. Modified source support vector machine is popular for pattern classification because it produces good results when compared to other approaches, and it outperforms other methods in testing even when given less information about the dataset. To increase classification rate, modified source support Vector machine is used, which is optimized using BAT and the modified Cuckoo Search method. When compared to standard classifiers, the acquired findings indicate better performance. © 2022 IEEE.

Cloud computing is also called as internet-based computing. Cloud computing is one of the distributed computing system. Moreover, Wireless Sensor Networks offer a technology for monitoring and networking that is low power and low cost which is the basic layer in a world of things interconnected. The combination of Wireless Sensor Networks and Cloud computing will enable unprecedented opportunities in the Future internet that will include physical devices. This paper presents a new framework that simplifies the integration of Wireless Sensor Networks in the Cloud. The approach is highly reconfigurable, self-managed and takes into account real-time requirements. The basic idea of the framework is the concept of Virtual Channels, which exchange messages between every single device and the Cloud. The framework then publishes a "virtual sensor" service representing one or more physical sensors.

A competent and structured approach to improve the health and well-being of humanity is provided by the internet of everything technology. One of the practical ways to provide healthcare services based on IoE is to monitor human health in real-time using smart healthcare that sends the data to the gateway through a particular wireless communication protocol. The real-time data is then transmitted to a remote Fog computing node for real-time, visualization, processing, and analyzing. In this paper, we enhance such a health monitoring system by taking advantage of the concept of fog computing providing embedded advanced techniques and services, such as gathering raw data from different sources and filter the duplicity to produce summary information which is known as data aggregation. Fog computing also stores the aggregated information in distributed storage which provides many advantages like availability, low cost, and scalability. Finally, fog computing provides notification service at the edge of the network which contributes to avoid critical situations. Cisco packet tracer 7.2 is used to program and implement the proposed smart health care platform. © 2020 IEEE.
