Aiming at the problem that the current power cloud resource scheduling is inefficient and time-consuming, a large-scale power cloud resource scheduling algorithm in an edge computing environment is proposed. Firstly, the resource management method of large-scale power clouds is optimized. Considering the resource sharing and task scheduling security requirements between secondary nodes, and combined with edge computing technology, the resource distribution management and scheduling algorithm of the power cloud are optimized. Finally, the experiment proves that the resource scheduling time of a large-scale power cloud resource scheduling algorithm under an edge computing environment is reduced by more than 15 minutes in the actual application process, And the scheduling effect is also better than the traditional method. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Virtualization is the key technology in cloud computing where creation of various virtual networks is done by the procedure of virtual network embedding (VNE). This increase the network utilization drastically. However, an efficient network embedding, to optimize certain characteristic parameters, is a non-trivial task. Many researchers have proposed solution to this problem, with varied optimization aspects such as better energy utilization, reduced embedding cost, as well as increased revenue. However, most of the proposed work target a centralized cloud. The problematic approach of virtual network embedding is a NP-Complete problem and many metaheuristics have been applied by the researchers to address this problem. The proposed work applies an algorithm for virtual network embedding with multi objective optimization for distributed clouds. The proposed VNE algorithm tries to optimize cost and energy and provides a suboptimal solution which avoids network congestion. The evaluation of the work is done by massive simulation and comparing it to some existing algorithms. The outcomes are encouraging. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper studies an artificial intelligence cloud platform for the 5G era, specifically involving the fields of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and big data, including heterogeneous distributed cloud platforms, which take the distributed mobile cloud computing collaborative architecture as the basic architecture; distributed mobile cloud computing collaboration architecture includes intelligent terminal, mobile network, distributed mobile cloud computing server, collaboration controller and end-to-end terminal computing offload service quality assurance mechanism system. This paper establishes a 5G oriented distributed mobile cloud computing collaboration architecture and an end-to-end terminal computing offload service quality assurance mechanism, which can reduce the network interaction signaling overhead of the terminal in the computing offload, as well as the CPU utilization and energy consumption of the terminal resident decision process; The distributed deep learning platform, which ensures the end-to-end service quality and supports the customization and expansion of deep learning models and algorithms, can avoid the huge load and energy consumption brought by traditional mobile cloud computing to the WAN.

Humanoid reasoning and computing are the crucial research objectives of computing thinking, so semantic understanding and explicit representation are the basis steps for computing thinking. However, at present, there is no mature and systematic theory and engineering technology to fully describe massive multi-dimensional semantic expressions of natural language. Then the semantic inheritance and overloading theory was proposed to describe the semantic superposition and synthesis processing of the input vocabularies in this paper. Taking the clause as the basic semantic unit, the semantics were integrated by the local semantics of the clause itself and the global semantics of the cross clauses. The semantic frameworks were represented by the core vocabulary sequence of the clause, and the unified semantic representation grammar of the semantic frameworks to explicitly describe the local semantics and global semantics was studied;From the perspective of big data engineering, according to the unified grammar, the semantic annotation was chose as the initial step, the semantic scene based on the pattern matching of semantic frameworks was divided, the implementation technologies of semantic inheritance and overloading theory between scenes on the base of the observed language representation phenomenon were put forward, and the core algorithms of machine humanoid resolving primary mathematics application problems were realized, the effectiveness of semantic inheritance and overloading theory was preliminarily verified. The advantage was that the implementation could make full use of the power of the cloud computing to do semantic annotation and semantic framework pattern matching in parallel, and explore the engineering way to achieve natural language semantic understanding and computing thinking.

Efficient energy supply and consumption play a substantial role in the energy grid, especially with renewable energy sources. Renewable power sources are unreliable which made the grid difficult to handle. A smart energy grid architecture provides an effective management structure in energy distribution. The essential grid factors, load balancing, and demand monitoring are enhanced by the emerging technologies incorporated with a distributed energy framework. In this paper, the interconnection of various grid domains and their role in effective operations are discussed. Both the energy and communication sector need to be working in parallel. The demand handling, loss reduction, issue identification in energy transmission, and the data storage, data analyzation, traffic controlling in communication are addressed by smart grids. This paper analyses a technique that is implemented in various grid architectures, the potential of the distributed system, the challenges in the existing grid, and the research to overcome those difficulties.

In recent years, microgrids have become more prominent in power systems, which means the existing conventional protection schemes must be approached with caution while using them for micro-grid protection. Presently available micro-grid protection techniques bank on features extracted from the extreme ends of the feeder to recognize any fault but do not provide any information regarding the status of in-line feeders. The scheme presented in this paper incorporates a light GBM classifier to identify the fault and give information about the faulty feeder section. Discrete Fourier Transforms (DFTs) have been used for previewing the time-synchronized measurements. For simplicity, the statistical features were computed from DFT coefficients and used as input features. A standard IEC 61850-7-420 microgrid incorporating renewable distributed generators (DGs) has been used to perform simulation studies by varying different operating conditions. The proposed methodology has been validated by the results illustrated. © 2022 IEEE.

When the load inside the microgrid changes, droop control maintains a stable power supply cycle of the microgrid by controlling the voltage and frequency at the parallel network of the distributed generation. Since the traditional microgrid droop control usually uses a fixed droop coefficient to adjust the output active power and reactive power, the frequency and voltage of the inverter parallel network will deviate from the system frequency and voltage rating to varying degrees, so a new layer of control link is needed to restore the target value. Moreover, most of the hierarchical control methods adopt centralized control methods, which have limitations such as high dependence on communication. This paper combines a hierarchical control framework and a consistency algorithm to propose a distributed sag control strategy for islanded microgrids based on a multi-Agent system. It achieves equal-To-ratio output when distributed generation responds to power changes while maintaining the stability of the microgrid's main performance indicators. Since the distributed system with a consistency algorithm does not require a centralized control centre, it increases the system's robustness and reduces the dependence of the system on the communication network. Finally, an islanded AC microgrid model is built by MATLAB/Simulink, and the effectiveness of the proposed islanded microgrid hierarchical control strategy is verified by simulation. © 2023 Institute of Physics Publishing. Microgrids play a vital role in integrating utility grids with distributed generation. The microgrids are capable of working in two modes: grid-connected mode-where it is connected with the grid or islanded mode-where it is not connected with the grid. Nowadays, more interest and focus is on providing cheap, renewable as well as reliable electricity for DC, AC and AC/DC hybrid microgrids. Microgrids are not only capable of meeting the rise in global demand but they also feed power with the usage of renewable sources like PV array, wind, hydro to multiple grids but their real-Time implementation leads to several problems like harmonics, power quality and variations in voltage. Furthermore, renewable sources are irregular in nature, thus it also requires energy storage devices like super capacitors or batteries to store energy. Therefore, in this paper different control strategies are listed for various classified grids which will help in overcoming the above-mentioned complications effectively. Moreover, a thorough review will address future trends and challenges, so that a stable and reliable AC/DC microgrid is developed. © 2022 IEEE.

Over the last two decades, the landscape of computing has undergone significant changes, transitioning from client-server architectures to distributed systems and ultimately to the centralized virtualization known as cloud computing. cloud computing has arisen as a dominant trend, representing a fundamental shift in how computing resources are accessed and managed. Unlike traditional setups where users had full control over their processes and data stored locally, cloud computing involves the provisioning of services and data storage by remote vendors, placing these resources beyond the direct control or visibility of the client.
