cloud computing is a pattern of distributed computing, involved in a large number of resources and requests, which aims to share the resources as services over the Internet. Since the optimal use of these services is an endless challenge, the problem of task and workflow scheduling in cloud computing is important. Scheduling algorithms try to provide optimal scheduling to increase resource efficiency and, as a result, increase computational power. In this paper, various types of scheduling algorithms have been categorised. Then, several scheduling methods in the cloud computing environment are reviewed. Ultimately, the algorithms are tabulated presenting their advantages and disadvantages along with their scheduling tools and factors. © 2019 IEEE.

cloud computing is a new paradigm for distributed large scale computing over internet. It is a constantly developing technology providing innovative drift in computing using virtualization of resources. Thus, along with having many advantages there remain some critical concerns that are needed to be resolved to develop the dependability and consistency of cloud. With the introduction of newer applications results in constant increase of load on the cloud servers. Due to this increase in the load, efficient utilization of the resources becomes difficult and as a result it becomes necessary to introduce the concept of load balancing. The principal objective of load balancing includes distribution of the load equally among various nodes of distributed computing environment such that these nodes are neither overloaded nor under loaded resulting in proper resource utilization and improved response time. In this paper we have done a comprehensive summary of load balancing algorithms available for cloud computing which are inspired by natural phenomenon for resolving the issues associated with the load balancing. © 2019 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose an approach to assess the ability of developers based on their behavior data from OSS. Specifically, we classify developers' ability into code ability, project management ability, and social ability. Code efficiency is related to the developer's commit record and the pull-request record. The developer's project management ability is achieved by tracking the developer's commit record. We use regular matching to map the commit behavior to the project management behavior and calculate the developer's project management ability according to the proportion of different behaviors. The social ability of developers is related to the data that developers interact with in the open-source community. We dug for developer reviews on commit, issue, and gist fragments. By calculating the proportion of positive emotions in developer reviews and the proportion of developers interacting with others in the reviews, the social ability of developers is obtained. We get behavioral data from 50 random developers. Twitter's data is used to test the effect of different machine learning algorithms on the accuracy of developer comment polarity judgments. It is found that the combination of SVM, xgboost and random forest have the highest prediction accuracy. Finally, we select 5 students to use Likert scale to score the results. Our score shows that the results are basically in line with expectations. © 2020 ACM.

Many people are denied access to information and communication because they cannot read and understand standard texts. The translation of standard texts into easy-to-read texts can reduce these obstacles and enable barrier-free communication. Due to the lack of computer-supported tools, this is a primarily intellectual process, which is why very little information is available as easy-to-read text. Existing approaches dealing with the automation of the intralingual translation process focus in particular on the sub-process of text simplification. In our study, we look at the entire translation process with the aim of identifying the characteristics of a software system that are required to digitize the entire process as needed. We analyse the intralingual translation process and create a model. In addition, we conduct a software requirements analysis, which we use to systematically analyse and document the demands put to the software architecture. The results of our study form the foundation of the development of a software system that can make the intralingual translation process more efficient and effective. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Fog computing is not meant to replace cloud computing, but to enhance its capabilities and improve performance. The main objective of Fog computing is to bring selected cloud computing capabilities to the edge of the network, closer to the end user, to improve latency, enhance location awareness, and provide mobility support among other advantages that are missing in cloud computing as is this stage. In addition to this, Fog computing is required to operate autonomously to ensure uninterrupted services even when there are unreliable connections with the cloud, but it is also required to fully integrate with the cloud when the full resource connectivity is restored. Because of this, there is a need for the development of effective resource management and orchestration mechanisms to ensure acceptable performance of applications and services while taking advantage of cloud capabilities. This calls for the design of new management and orchestration mechanisms for the Fog computing, that will be able to cater for both centralized and distributed state of Fog computing. In this paper, we review the current management and orchestration schemes in Fog computing and their performances. We then provide a conclusion on the suitability of a hybrid scheme and how they can be implemented. © 2019 IEEE.

With research and development of high voltage technologies, electrical materials, computational simulation technologies, and plasma physics, the concept of the computational high voltage engineering (CHVE) is proposed, as a new discipline, to solve or explain practical problems of high voltage engineering with support of applied mathematics and computer science. This paper introduces the technical and engineering application drivers of CHVE, elaborates its definition, research scope and discipline architecture, and then discusses the theoretical research foci and potential engineering application of this subject. CHVE will cover the study of discharge modeling, computation of multi physical field coupling, application of cloud computing and super computers, 3D printing of insulation components, and the precision testing and measurement of multi physical fields and discharge. On this basis, we look forward to future development of CHVE and its challenges.

Fog computing is growing from its infancy to become the new age technology transition, it has not only aligned with the principle of cloud computing but it also supports and works in tandem with all the services and features of the cloud. The new age technology demands are reduced latency, memory footprint, efficient execution, scalability, constrained power, and distributed computing. The fog has been able to fulfill all the above technology demand. This paper presents the most recent innovation in computation offloading in fog environment and its integration with IoT by highlighting the benefits and challenges in implementation. An extensively surveyed fog computing and computation offloading have been presented in detail with the study of their application. Finally the research challenges in implementing a heterogeneous computation offloading architecture and future research directions are discussed. © 2019 IEEE.

Computational technology is an important thing that needed in the whole of human life. Along with the development of computer technology, there are a significant data created and wait to be processed;we will get more advantages if it well-processed, if not we will see the data explosion, the data is just a useless stack. Research mitigates the other research paper and makes a conclusion and a report by PRISMA method. The development of computer technology will support the development of an organization. Considering any factors in choosing the right and suitable high-performance computer resource due to our organization is a must. The existing high-performance computing forms are Supercomputer, grid computing, Cluster computing, and cloud computing. Based on this work, the last form of high-performance computing, cloud computing is one of the most used forms thus we mitigate its advantages and disadvantages. Recently, to process this vast data, we must have a high-performance computer and to provide it, this is not a cheap resource.

cloud computing takes the network technology, virtualization technology, and distributed computing technology as the foundation. The business model of cloud computing is based on its own need and has formed a new application mode with the characteristics of dynamic extension, resource sharing, and others. The cloud computing environment refers to the integration of terminal devices, such as computers distributed on the Internet, to realize hardware and software resources by means of some kind of network calculation. The basic components include the application layer, platform layer, resource layer, user access and management, and technology and take all kinds of cloud computing services as the core. Under such an environment, the user's data and resources in cloud computing are wholly dependent on the unreliable network communication and partially trusted cloud storage server, which makes the users question the safety of the cloud computing environment, and resulting the arrested development of cloud computing. In this paper, network security risks and current common computer network attack method in cloud computing environment were discussed in detail and the network security protection technologies were proposed to improve the security of network of cloud computing environment. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
