The technology has been growing in the field of computation so fast that the operation which takes days in old time now can be completed within few seconds. The basic need of such computing is fastest processing time of any operation by the system. The performance of any computing device is dependent on processor, memory and hardware/software behavior. Central Processing Unit (CPU) is known to be the brain of computer. In any case, progressively, that brain can be raised by additional piece of Personal Computer with the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is alluded to as the aforementioned spirit. The fusion of a CPU with a GPU can convey the ideal estimation of framework cost, execution and power. It tends to be expressed that GPUs vary from CPUs as GPU is improved for throughput rather than idleness which can work quicker and more expense effectively than CPUs. GPUs are equipped for taking a lot of information and playing out a similar task again and again rapidly, in contrast to CPU, which will in general skip activities everywhere. distributed processing comprises of utilizations successively over a stage which have more than one computational device with various designs, for example, a manycore GPU and a multi-core CPU. Apache Spark is one of the most advanced distributed computing platforms at present, more and more industrial big data algorithms are implemented on this platform to achieve better performance. However, some of the algorithms cannot be executed on Apache Spark in parallel because of their complex inner control dependencies. In order to solve the problem, by introducing Software Thread-Level Speculation technique, this paper proposes a method to optimize industrial big data algorithms, and makes them run on Apache Spark in parallel. Specifically, the proposed method analyzes how complex inner dependencies affect algorithm's parallelism, then speculatively partitions the algorithm into subtasks to conquer these dependencies, and predicts inputs for the subtasks. After executing the subtasks in parallel, the results are collected and validated, the correct results are kept and committed while the incorrect ones are abandoned. By this way the optimal parallelism for industrial big data algorithms can be achieved. The experiments show that by the proposed method, the particle swarm optimization algorithm can achieve speedup by 150%-230% comparing with the unspeculative one. Therefore, the execution efficiency of low parallelized algorithm on Apache Spark can be markedly enhanced by the proposed optimization method. © 2019 IEEE.

With the continuous development of communication Internet technology, the amount of data has increased dramatically. Massive data has placed extremely high demands on storage. Moreover, servers in the cloud data center have disk failures and rack failures, and there are often data loss events. occur. In order to prevent accidental data loss, improve data access efficiency, and ensure high-quality service supply, multiple copies of the original data are deployed in different nodes in the system and distributed in different servers. In this paper, the simulated annealing algorithm is introduced. By comparing the frequency of copy use, the copy position is migrated and moved to a node relatively close to the user to improve the communication efficiency of the high frequency copy. Finally, through the simulation of cloudSim, the feasibility of the algorithm in replica communication is verified.

Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Blockchain (BC) are the most recent research trends in emerging technology. These technologies have currently been used in the IoT networking environment for various purposes, such as protection, stability, scalability, confidentiality, and so on. Such techniques can be used in this regard to effectively provide security, privacy, and confidentiality to cloud storage. In this paper, the authors proposed Block-SDoTcloud architecture to significantly enhance security within the cloud storage network. In order to give the cloud storage environment the requisite facilities, two leading technologies, i.e., SDN and Blockchain were applied. The centralized SDN controller provided the proposed model with tremendous reliability, versatility, and load balancing in one side while on the other hand, a distributed Blockchain created a deep trust between the transaction levels resulting into effective protection for the presented scheme. The efficiency of the proposed architecture is justified through close observation of simulation with a careful selection of relevant parameters.

In the biomedical and healthcare domain, most the patients, who have undergone vital surgeries require regular monitoring of their health parameters. There they are vault to physical boundaries that restrict their movement. We use a belt, which is tied to the wrist and continuously monitor the temperature and heart rate of the patient. This data is sent to the hospital server and is taken care by the physician. They are alerted when there is a drastic change in the observed parameters. Based on the BSID technique, any sort of intrusion is identified by differentiating the observed readings with the state table which contains the standard values for the parameters. The health records of the patient are stored in a centralized cloud and can be fetched from anywhere in the globe. distributed cloud computing allows exclusive treatment of the persons during medical consultation by sharing patient's health records among different hospitals. Here, the secrecy of the data and patients' identity privacy are preserved by applying a novel AAPM (Authorized Accessible Privacy Model). Patients have the sole right to provide access rights to the doctors on their wish based on their requirement and priority. By using PSMPA (Patient Self controllable and Multilevel Privacy preserving Authentication) technique we can establish three security levels. The doctor who is responsible to care for the patient will have full access to the medical records. © 2019 IEEE.

The prominent characteristic of the workflow applications, i.e., complex dependencies among workflow tasks, have made workflow scheduling problem a challenging problem in any distributed computing paradigm such as cloud and grid computing. So far, various workflow scheduling strategies have been proposed whose usual assumption is that the parameters corresponding to workflow tasks, such as length and output size, are deterministic and known in advance. Whereas, due to uncertainties about loops and decision structures in task instructions, these parameters are never deterministic. Therefore, considering workflows as deterministic models, in order to prioritize interdependent tasks during mapping of tasks onto computational resources, will lead to an inefficient scheduling scheme. To cope with these uncertainties, we consider workflows as stochastic ones and model tasks parameters as normal random variables. But in order to simplify computation process, we approximate a stochastic workflow as several interval workflows. Eventually, we extend the traditional critical path algorithm and obtain more detailed ranking of the tasks. The simulation results show that thanks to this detailed ranking information, better decisions are made about assigning tasks to computational resources. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

In distributed environment, to accomplish access privileges and maintain information as secret, the data proprietors could receive attribute-based encryption to encode the put-away information. Users with constrained-figuring power are, however, more prone to appoint the veil of the decryption task to the cloud servers to decrease the computing cost. During the consignment of the cloud servers, they can take the related encrypted text and may give it to the third-party people for any malicious activity;in addition to this, we have another problem of key generation of the simple attribute-based encryption (ABE). The existing ABE data outsourcing techniques are not capable of restricting the third-party people for accessing the encrypted text and outsourced decrypted text. These third-party issues should be addressed. We propose a new scheme with secure outsourced key generations and decryption by using "key-generation service center (KGSC)" and "decryption service center (DSC)" for secure data outsourcing system. We solve the problem in the existing system and also propose verifiable delegation for secure outsourcing. The unauthorized users are restricted to access the data onto achieving the data confidentiality. Our scheme also provides the fine-grain access control and allows the secure data outsourcing. © 2019, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This paper proposes a trusted international settlement solution based on Cross Check of CDRs, improving the credibility and verification efficiency of international settlement, and preventing fraud and tampering. Based on the distributed settlement architecture of blockchain and cloud database, the solution confirm the CDRs of home operator, roaming operator, transit operator, third-party operator and user to form a trusted consensus. Based on smart contract reducing the duplication check of CDRs and bills, the solution improve the operational efficiency. Using cloud database and blockchain deposits technology, the solution solve the data storage capacity limitation and data tampering problem of blockchain. The solution effectively solves the problems of CDRs fraud, data tampering and disclosure, CDRs/bill duplication check in the existing international settlement service of operators. Experiment proves that the settlement efficiency of the single operator in the solution can be improved to hour level to realize the fully automation of settlement process. © 2019, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering.

Big data is the name that defines data which has enormous size and unstructured. Due to the file size is pretty huge. It is impracticable to store a large file in one storage volume. However, cloud computing is a solution to this impossible. Data owner can store the file in a cloud storage provider (CSP). Nevertheless, the new dilemma has arisen. Relying on single cloud storage may generate trouble for the customer. A CSP may stop its service anytime. Moreover, the CSP is the third party that user have to trust without verification. In that case, the privacy or unauthorized accessing of data may be violated without notice. To overcome this risk, we propose secure data storage scheme for big data storing on multiple CSPs. The one big data file is split into chunks and distributed to multiple cloud storage provider. After splitting the file, metadata is generated. Metadata is a place to keep chunks information, includes;chunk locations, access paths, username and password of the data owner, methods to connect each CSP. The metadata is encrypted and transferred to the user who requests to access the file. The user utilizes the metadata and chunks of the file to compose the original file. This method will minimize the risk of privacy. The goal of this paper is to provide the method to protect the privacy of data stored on multiple cloud storage providers. Furthermore, we discuss and analyze how this data storage scheme promote the protection of big data privacy. © 2019 Association for computing Machinery
