Traditional Chinese medical (TCM) management system for chronic disease is designed based on distributed storage architecture. The system composed of three modules, namely, medical records collection module, information storage and processing module, and chronic disease education module. Among them, the patient information recorded in the collection module may come from three different information collection devices: computer, image acquisition, and cell-phone. cloud storage technology is applied to integrate these records to a comprehensive chronic disease information management database. In the information processing module, statistical analysis, early warning assessment and patient guidance algorithms are designed for implementing active medical service, treatment program management, real-time monitoring and other functions. The chronic disease education module is a website, which provide chronic disease health knowledge to patient and help them achieve self-management.

The air-based information network of the Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network has the distinct characteristics of heterogeneous, time-varying, distributed and self-organized, which bring not only new challenges of node mobility model, dynamic network grouping and interconnection and intercommunication of heterogeneous networks, but also higher requirements of network security. Therefore, selecting an efficient and safe communication link is critical when there may not be fixed rules. In this article, we build a model of the air-based information network, and use the method of dynamic programming to select the most efficient communication link by minimizing the energy consumption in the communication model. In the communication model, energy consumption is associated with the security level of the communication link. The experiments show that the presented algorithms can effectively reduce the total cost while satisfying security constraints.

Now a day's Academia and Industry people are working on large amount of data, in petabyte, and they are using technique of Map Reduce for data analysis. The input for such framework is very large and main requirement for theses inputs are that all the files cannot be kept on single node. After putting all data on single machine, we have to process it parellely. Hadoop is a framework which enables applications to work on large amounts of data on clusters with thousands of nodes. A distributed file system (HDFS) stores the data on these nodes, enabling a high bandwidth across the cluster. Hadoop also implements a parallel computational algorithm, MapReduce, which divides the main task into small chunks and these work in parallel known as mapping, and all the results are combined into a final output, the reduce stage. This paper is based on Hadoop Based Stock forecasting using neural networks. Stock Market has high profit and high risk features thts why its prediction must be in the parallel of accuracy, the main issue about such data are , these are very complex nonlinear function and can only be learnt by a data mining method such as neural networks to recognize future market trend. This project focuses mainly on learning of feed-forward artificial neural network (ANN) on a hadoop framework. We have tried to utilize distributing capability of Hadoop ecosystem which is parallel too. Map-Reduce for managing training of large datasets on the neural network. Our experimental results basically show the speedup achieved by increasing number of processors to the hadoop cluster for an artificial neural network.

Robust CYBersecurity information EXchange (CYBEX) infrastructure is envisioned to protect the firms from future cyber attacks via collaborative threat intelligence sharing, which might be difficult to achieve via sole effort. The executive order from the U. S. federal government clearly encourages the firms to share their cybersecurity breach and patch related information among other federal and private firms for strengthening their as well as nation's security infrastructure. In this paper, we present a game theoretic framework to investigate the economic benefits of cyber-threat information sharing and analyze the impacts and consequences of not participating in the game of information exchange. We model the information exchange framework as distributed non-cooperative game among the firms and investigate the implications of information sharing and security investments. The proposed incentive model ensures and self-enforces the firms to share their breach information truthfully for maximization of its gross utility. Theoretical analysis of the incentive framework has been conducted to find the conditions under which firms' net benefit for sharing security information and investment can be maximized. Numerical results verify that the proposed model promotes such sharing, which helps to relieve their total security technology investment too.

cloud computing is a new computing model which can share a set of configurable computing resources with users through real-time network. Users hardly have any interaction with service providers, but can take advantage of the resources with the minimum configuring spending. As a kind of integrated model, SOA blends the developing and the integrated process, diminishes the differences of various practical systems and realizes the EAI function with low cost and comprehensive systems. cloud computing is the further development of distributed computing, parallel processing and grid computing. Based on the Internet, it is a kind of calculation system, which can provide the hardware for various Internet application services, infrastructure services, platform service, software services, and storage service. This thesis discusses the respective advantages and interrelationship of cloud computing and SOA framework, and puts forward the framework of combining SOA and cloud computing model. The framework has the characteristics of application flexibility, the features of easy extension, easy maintenance as well as low cost.

In the present information era, huge amount of data to be processed daily. In contrast of conventional sequential data processing techniques, parallel data processing approaches can expedite the processes and more efficiently deal with big data. In the last few decades, neural computation emerged as a popular area for parallel and distributed data processing. The data processing applications of neural computation included, but not limited to, data sorting, data selection, data mining, data fusion, and data reconciliation. In this talk, neurodynamic approaches to parallel data processing will be introduced, reviewed, and compared. In particular, my talk will compare several mathematical problem formulations of well-known multiple winners-take-all problem and present several recurrent neural networks with reducing model complexity. Finally, the best one with the simplest model complexity and maximum computational efficiency will be highlighted. Analytical and Monte Carlo simulation results will be shown to demonstrate the computing characteristics and performance of the continuous-time and discrete-time models. The applications to parallel sorting, rank-order filtering, and data retrieval will be also discussed.

Massive amount of genomics data are being produced nowadays by Next Generation Sequencing machines. The suffix array is currently the best choice for indexing genomics data, because of its efficiency and large number of applications. In this paper, we address the problem of constructing the suffix array on computer cluster in the cloud. We present a solution that automates the establishment of a computer cluster in a cloud and automatically constructs the suffix array in a distributed fashion over the cluster nodes. This has the advantage of encapsulating all set-up details and execution of the algorithm. The distributed nature of the algorithm we use overcomes the problem that arises when the user wishes, due to cost issues, to use low memory machines in the cloud. Our experiments show that our implementation scales well with the increasing number of processors. The cloud cost is affordable and it provides a cost effective solution.

The realization of the automation,routinization and intelligentization of dispatch control in wind farms is the key to the integration of wind farms into power grid management *** power regulate and control system in wind farms has increasingly high demand on timeliness,but at present this system is mostly equipped with centralized unidirectional control with poor timeliness and low utilization ratio for wind energy *** characteristics of distribution and instantaneity owned by the active power regulate and control system in wind farms are highly consistent with Multi-Agent *** paper discusses a kind of processing method that is used in real-time,distributed and parallel computation and processing for multiple simultaneously running wind turbines,which is based on Multi-Agent technology and adopting JADE development *** method converts massive centralized computation to distributed computation,which optimizes the effect of the power *** method makes the effectiveness of active power regulate and control system better,wins time for timely allocating electricity generation assignments and dealing with problems,and avoids the heavy loss of resources.

Simple Web services can be provided directly from one mobile device acting as a server. However, complex services need a mobile cloud to provide computing resources and infrastructure to support seamless provision of its Web services in a light weight manner. Our approach focuses on the architecture of this mobile cloud, which consists of a set of collaborative mobile devices that relies on an Extended Mobile Host Complex Web service Framework (EMHCWF). The main building blocks of EMHCWF with their associated distributed mechanisms are defined and tested experimentally. Furthermore, the safety properties of mobile cloud infrastructure have been validated using formal methods that are based on process algebra. © 2014 IEEE.

The endless transformation of technological innovation requires greater collaboration of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) in various areas especially in public sectors. Many attempts have been made in improving the quality of E-Government services;one of it is adopting the cloud computing technology. Successful-implementation of cloud computing technology can benefit the public sector in many ways one of it is cost reduction. Most government organizations especially in the developing countries are committed in adopting the cloud technology based on the increased demands in cloud adoption in E-Government services. Unfortunately, despite all the benefits, the cloud computing technology raises some major risks. The success of implementation of cloud computing technology is determined by how well the government tackles the challenges. Therefore, this paper specifically surveyed the associated challenges of adopting cloud Technology for E-Government by choosing Malaysia as the case study.
