In order to explore the potential ability of cloudcomputing utilizing resources further,a new model of cloudcomputing is proposed in this paper,which divides the cloud & client computing environment into several layers in accordance with the type of node and adopts agent to encapsulate the behaviors and resources of node to achieve more efficient resource sharing and collaboration *** model takes full account of a variety of potential resources available owned by terminal nodes and deploys a variety of tasks divided from a job in an orderly manner to the core nodes,the general server nodes and terminal nodes in order to achieve the goal of maximizing resource *** further assure tasks can be completed efficiently and reliably,a specific cloud-coins-based incentive mechanism is also proposed,which can stimulate terminal nodes contributing its resources and working together ***,in this paper we present how to construct the experimental system and application demonstration of the hierarchical model of cloud & client computing based on multi-agent for reference,which also shows that our model is effective and feasible.

In terms of the demands of the large and complex 3D structures in the hydraulic engineering on the large-scale numerical calculation,based on the method of J-PCG(Jacobi preconditioned conjugate gradient method),the author establishes the computing algorithm of the finite element EBE(element-by-element) method in the distributed memory parallel *** algorithm does not need to consider the network topological structures and the sequence of the units,and also does not form the global stiffness matrix,and also can avoid the domain decomposition of the complex three-dimensional *** using the above algorithm,the author compiles the PFEM(parallel finite element method) program for the parallel solution of the 3D finite elements,and realizes it in the network cluster systems,which is then applied to the numerical calculation of the 3D finite elements in the two-beach dam – the foundation system and Shuibuya underground *** numerical results show that the 3D finite element parallel EBE method is very suitable for the large-scale numerical calculation of the 3D and complex structures in the hydraulic engineering.

This fact leads the trend of power grid to shift to the Smart grid that uses advanced communication, smart meters, sensors and information technologies to create an automated, intelligent and widely distributed energy delivery network. A huge amount of row data is collected by smart meters and sensors from the end user and different part of the network to the computation system. Subsequently, this considerably big amount of data must be processed, analyzed and stored in a cost effective ways. In this manner, an enormous pool of computing resources and storage must be provided to compute this vast amount of data. Researchers have been suggesting different solutions. A distributed andparallelcomputing techniques for future power system, gridcomputing [1], fast parallel processing of the mass data in cloudcomputing [2], and smart grid control software in cloudcomputing architecture [3]. Hybrid energy system generally consists of a primary energy source working in parallel with standby secondary energy storage units. Hybrid Renewable energy system (HRES) is a combination of one or several renewable resources such as wind, solar, biomass, small/micro hydro, with other technologies such as batteries and fossil fuel powered diesel generator (for backup) to provide electric power. HRES is an excellent solution for electrification of remote rural areas where the grid extension is difficult and not economical. A hybrid renewable energy system may be used to reduce dependency on either conventional energy or renewable system. This paper gives the design idea of optimized Hybrid Energy System for a certain technical college/remote rural area for a particular site in central India (Bhopal). For this hybrid system, the meteorological data of Solar Isolation is taken for Bhopal (Longitude 77°42' E, Latitude 23°25' N and Altitude 427 m) and the pattern of load consumption of load are studied and suitably modeled for optimization of the hybrid energy system using HOMER software. HOMER (Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewable) is a design model that determines the optimal architecture and control strategy of the hybrid system. Validation of this result is through evolutionary computing such as GA (genetic algorithm). Our objective is selected as minimizing the total capital cost, subject to the constraint of the Loss of Power Supply Probability (LPSP). Studies have proved that the genetic algorithm converges very well and the methodology proposed is feasible for optimally sizing standalone hybrid power systems.

distributed data center architectures have been recently developed for a more efficient and economical storage of data. In many models of distributed storage, the aim is to store the data in such a way so that the storage costs are minimized and increased redundancy requirements are maintained. However, many approaches do not fully consider issues relating to delivering the data to the end user and the associated costs that this creates. We present an integer programming optimization model for determining the optimal allocation of data components among a network of cloud data servers in such a way that the total costs of additional storage, estimated data retrieval costs and network delay penalties is minimized. The method is suitable for periodic dynamic reconfiguration of the cloud data servers, so that the when localized data request spikes occur the data can be moved to a closer or cheaper data server for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
