Trust Models are used to enhance secure and reliable scheduling in distributed, grid andcloud environment. Trust models that are being proposed or implemented in distributed andgrid environment, does not fully fit in cloudcomputing environment. Since the parameters that have being taken into consideration in these trust models, does not fit in the cloud Infrastructure As A Service, a suitable trust model is proposed based on the existing model that is suitable for trust value management for the cloud IaaS parameters. Based on the above achieved trust values, a scheduling is done for better allocation of resources and further enhance the QOS of services been provided to the users. cloudcomputing is an efficient way to resolve the resource sharing and cooperative work in distributed environments. Considering the disadvantages of traditional Scheduling method and the characteristics of cloudcomputing System, a resource discovery mechanism has been designed and implemented. Firstly, a calculation method based on each join points' loading has been proposed, providing the Formula of method. Secondly, a comprehensive service resource distribution method has been designed and implemented in consideration of respective service resource counts, each join points' performance and current loading distribution. Finally, the result of the experiment indicates that the scheduling system can improve the efficiency of dispatching service resource and the utilization ratio of distributed service resource on cloudcomputing System.

Hardware acceleration and optimization remarkably increases the performance of embedded systems built with reconfigurable computing devices. Reconfigurable computing perform with the help of Reconfigurable devices like FPGA which offer a technique for satisfying performance and flexibility simultaneously with the existing hardware resources for various computations. In this paper, hybrid architecture for reconfigurable embedded system (RES) is proposed which comprised of programmable logic arrays (PLAs) and Look up tables (LUTs) structures. Hybrid (LUTs/PLAs) structure for RES is recognised as Hybrid Reconfigurable computing Architectures (HRCA). HRCA distributes the implemented digital circuit between LUT and PLA structures because some parts of digital circuit are well matched to implement through LUTs and some other parts are more benefited from product term like structure (PLAs). For several classes of high performance applications, HRCA offers significant savings in total computational delay and logic area comparison with a symmetrical FPGA which contain only LUTs. To address the performance of HRCA, a design flow concept is proposed and various design steps are defined and applied to perform experiments. Initially, results indicate that notable saving in computational delay and logic area of HRCA over symmetrical FPGA. Experiments are performed through MCNC benchmark circuit.

Real time traffic light control system can be implemented through the use of CCTV cameras. These cameras will be used to input the traffic load on the junction. The main object is to adjust, in real times, signal timings in response to variation in traffic demand and system capacity. Now, the problem arises if it is mandatory to install the CCTV cameras at every node or junction or the system can be adapted to follow the modified approach wherein, the optimum number of nodes will be computed where the CCTVs can be installed and using the collected data and the information from these nodes, information can be generated for the nodes also where CCTVs have not been installed. So the system will be cost-effective and still the benefits of the system can be gained. Weighted graph for the traffic network in an urban city has been developed. As a case study on some part of Jaipur city in GIS environment of ArcView using Avenue scripting has been considered. The study has been carried out to determine the different ways of installing the CCTV cameras: Full installation: The CCTV cameras are to be installed at every junction. The total number of intersection points in the graph model would provide the required output. Partial installation: The points of CCTV cameras will be selected according to different heuristics. Optimum Installation: The optimum number of CCTV cameras to control the whole network are computed. To make the installation cost-effective, an optimum number of CCTVs is calculated for installing CCTV at some junctions. Some of the junctions will work without CCTV, however, using the collected data and information from these junctions, where CCTVs are installed, information can be generated for the junctions, where CCTVs are not provided.

gridcomputing infrastructures have recently come up as computing environments able to manage heterogeneous and geographically distributed resources, being very suitable for the deployment and execution of scientific workflows. An emerging topic in this discipline is the improvement of the scheduling process and the overall execution requirements by means of simulation environments. In this work, a simulation component based on realistic workload usage is presented and integrated into a framework for the flexible deployment of scientific workflows in grid environments. This framework allows researchers to simultaneously work with different and heterogeneous grid middlewares in a transparent way and also provides a high level of abstraction when developing their workflows. The approach presented here allows to model and simulate different computing infrastructures, helping in the scheduling process and improving the deployment and execution requirements in terms of performance, resource usage, cost, etc. As a use case, the Inspiral analysis workflow is executed on two different computing infrastructures, reducing the overall execution cost.
