The problem of controlling various industrial electro-hydraulic systems (i-EHSs) under variety of nonlinearities and disturbances are made more difficult by emerging trends, the expansion of industrial automation, and the real-time control implementation. Proportional directional control valves over servo valves are becoming more and more used in a variety of industrial and crucial domains due to their numerous advantages. The electro-hydraulic experimental test equipment and associated mathematical model were established in our work using proportional directional control (PDC) valve. The development and validation of a unique discrete-time optimum position tracking controller through simulation and actual use. A variety of nonlinearities and disturbances can be seen in an electro-hydraulic system when it is used in real-time industrial applications. A novel nonlinear linear discrete constrained controller has been proposed in light of this industrial issue and confirmed in simulation as well as experimentally under external uncertainty.
