With the rapid development of modern society, enterprises have also stepped into an era in which the modernization process is accelerating. There are more and more enterprise groups participating in market competition, and the degree of conglomeration is getting deeper and deeper. This trend has led to the scale of the group company. With the continuous expansion, the disconnection between the group's financial work and the group's business and even other links in the group's development process has become a common problem that plagues most enterprise groups. Enterprise groups must face the embarrassing situation of the failure of financial control work. Governance and disclosure of financial status and other aspects are still far from perfect. Some companies have suffered losses, abnormal financial conditions, and even bankruptcy for various reasons, especially because of the outbreak and spread of the financial crisis. The business is in serious financial trouble. On the basis of the particle swarm algorithm, crossover and mutation operations of the genetic algorithm are added to construct the particle swarm genetic hybrid algorithm. Through the example simulation, it can be seen that this method is used to complete the frequency domain design of the control system, which is simpler and more effective than the traditional correction method. Therefore, in this context, how to build a relatively complete financial management and control integration system to ensure the efficient operation of the group's business and the smooth achievement of the overall strategic goal has important research value. By reviewing the research on the integration of financial management and control in academia, it is found that the theoretical community has not given a detailed financial management and control integration system framework. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper is concerned with the learning-based model predictive control (MPC) for the trajectory tracking of unmanned surface vehicle (USV). The accuracy of system model has a significant influence on the control performance of MPC. However, the complex hydrodynamics and the complicated structure of USV make it difficult to capture the accurate system model. Therefore, we present a learning approach to model the residual dynamics of USV by using Gaussian process regression. The learned model is employed to compensate the nominal model for MPC. simulation studies are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper presents a systematic approach to model and simulate the influence that the variation of process parameters has on the final quality of an injection moulded component. In the first phase, we define a multi-steps procedure to develop a reliable digital model of the injection moulding process by the fine-tuning of the part cavity and the mould elements (e.g. detail simplification, discretization and mesh density, elements modelling, etc.) using real data as validation. In the second phase, we investigate the correlation between selected process parameters and the final tolerances of the moulded component, based on a Design of Experiments. As a case study, we selected the body of a mass airflow sensor for an automotive high performance engines, made of polybutylene terephthalate reinforced with glass-fibre, which presents roundness issues on functional features. The effects of the injection velocity and packing pressure on the deformation of the component are investigated, identifying the best combination of their values that leads to compliance with the roundness tolerances on its functional features. The injection moulding computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software Moldex3D (CoreTech) is used to run the simulations, and the results are finally validated by comparing the experimental data obtained from the injection moulding machine that produces the component.

A milestone of Industry 4.0 is the improvement of the design procedures requiring models of complex processes. Models can be used to simulate the process, being accurate even if complex, and to predict process behaviour for control action, requiring simplicity and stability. In the last years, machine learning approaches came up alongside of the standard identification techniques for prediction purposes. In this work we propose two models of an industrial autoclave to describe the evolution of temperature and pressure. The first model (PhM) involves a physical structure with data-driven adaptation of the parameters, the second one is a Long Short-Term Memory network (LSTM), trained ensuring Input-to-State stability. Both models obtained good performance: FIT of 94.26% (91.55%) for the temperature (pressure) with PhM;84.59% (78.31%) for the temperature (pressure) with the LSTM. Future developments involve the synthesis of an MPC based on the LSTM to be tested in simulation via PhM. (C) 2021 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

In order to balance the relationship between D2D users capacity and energy consumption in a cellular network, an energy-saving transmission mechanism based on non-orthogonal multiple-access (NOMA) enhancement is designed in this paper to increase the number of D2D multiplexing of limited cellular resources. At the same time, to reduce the energy overhead of relay, the idle D2D is used as a relay node and the simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) technology is used to compensate its own energy consumption in the forwarding process. In this paper, a nonlinear fractional programming problem is established to maximize the energy efficiency(EE) of D2D clusters. To overcome the non-convexity of the objective function and the coupling of parameters, we solve the approximation of the original optimization problem based on fractional programming and sequential convex approximation theory. First, the maximum energy efficiency is obtained by dichotomy;Then the sequential convex approximation method is used to solve the corresponding optimal transmitting power;Finally, genetic algorithm is used to get the optimal configuration parameters of the system;The above steps are alternately iterated until convergence to obtain the optimal solution. The simulation results show that the algorithm we proposed has faster convergence and is better than the orthogonal multiple access (OMA) technology in the improvement of energy efficiency performance. © 2023 SPIE.

The Capacity Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) pertains to the combinatorial optimization problem of identifying the optimal route for vehicles with a capacity constraint of k to travel from the depots to customers, which minimizes the total distance traveled. The Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP), which is essential to modelling logistics networks, has drawn a lot of interest in the field of combinatorial optimization. It has been established that the CVRP (Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem) with a value of k greater than or equal to three exhibits computational complexity that is classified as NP-hard. Furthermore, it has been established that the problem is APXhard. It has been previously established that the solution is not approximatable in a metric space. Furthermore, this constitutes the principal challenge among the array of issues that confront Arora’s approximation algorithm. The outstanding matter concerns the presence of a (1+$\epsilon$) PTAS (polynomial time approximation scheme) for the capacity vehicle routing problem in Euclidean space, regardless of the vehicle’s capacity. The objective of this manuscript is to furnish a thorough and all-encompassing survey of the research progressions in the domain, encompassing the evolution of the field from its inception to the most recent cutting-edge discoveries.

Froth flotation is one of the most important and widespread methods of separation of minerals and waste materials and at the same time one of the most accurate methods of refining low-grade metal minerals. This paper presents a method for visual feature extraction of froth bubbles including the size, color, shape, and mobility based on machine vision and image processing techniques. The proposed method is capable of identifying bubbles properties as well as estimating their velocity and direction of movement. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated using real videos captured from the copper floatation process. The method description, as well as simulation results, are presented. © 2022 IEEE.

Growth trends in global demand for passenger and freight transportation will lead to the growth of the transport sector of the economy by 2050 more than double. Such growth is a sign of social and economic progress, the inevitable concomitant of which is increased energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions and air pollution. In this regard, the economic assessment of the environmental component of the transportation industry becomes relevant. In the paper the authors consider a transport route as an example of the green route formation. The primary criterion is to minimize the carbon footprint when delivering goods from the starting point of Krasnoyarsk to the station Hani. To select a transportation option based on the volume of emissions, the authors calculated options for all route sections, which can be structured according to the"data cube"methodology. The calculations show that a complete railway route is preferable to transportation by road, because the volume of emissions of 1.87 tons is almost 500 times less than by road transport. Nevertheless, it is necessary to consider a more significant number of parameters for a more accurate comparison of the efficiency of transportation routes. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

This paper briefly presents the overall concept of an "advergame" which aims to reproduce complete processes of the touristic sector using Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Photogrammetric techniques. A realistic game experience will be used as the basis for both entertainment and educational purposes. The mobile game application will be developed in a six phase process, which will include the implementation of state-of-the-art Image processing and computer Graphics techniques to create accurate 3D background and the development of an efficient game engine. The sub-systems and individual components of the game engine will be designed in such a way that will allow the reproduction of several real-world scenarios, which will represent a complete touristic experience, including a significant number of services and products.

Stir casting is the easiest way to melt and combine reinforcement in metal matrix composites made from low-melting metals like aluminium. The stir cast process was used to make Aluminium 7075 hybrid composites by reinforcing sugarcane and bamboo leaf ash at 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% by weight and retaining AL7075-T651 concentration. Tensile testing was performed on standard-sized samples using Universal Testing Machine UNITEK-94100. Results were tabulated and compared to pure AL7075-T651. The tensile test indicates that the reinforcing percentage enhances strength up to a point, then decreases. Rockwell hardness was used to compare hybrid composite hardness to pure AL7075-T651 alloy. The results showed that adding SLA+BLA reinforcement enhances the hardness of the manufactured AL7075-T651 composite compared to the base matrix alloy up to a certain extent, thereafter it decreases. The results were compared to pure AL7075-T651 alloy using graphical methods, showing that reinforcing improved mechanical properties.
