This paper aims at the problems such as low safety and poor worker participation in the safety practice teaching process of the traditional machinery industry. In this paper, a virtual simulation system of a small flying ash processing brick-making machine is developed based on Unity platform, which realizes the complete simulation of the overall appearance of the device, its disassembly process and equipment operation, which can promote workers in related industries to understand the equipment and help enterprises to train workers. At the same time, the design of simple and convenient UI interface can help workers to understand and review the operating principle and mechanical structure of the device on the computer, and provide high similarity, high safety system and dynamic simulation training means for enterprise training personnel.

In the product development process, manufacturing flexibility requirements continue to increase, and with the emergence and development of digital twin technology, virtual scenes can be created to observe, analyze, and predict data. Compared with traditional models, the risk is lower and the investment cost is lower. The slush molding process is one of the important processes in the production of automotive interiors, and the difficulty of improving the process is particularly prominent. Based on the Tecnomatix Plant simulation software, this paper digitally designed the slush molding process, built the corresponding simulation model and logic program, and carried out the production scheduling simulation according to the production work order; then used the simulation experiment method to optimize the process parameters, and after comparing the simulated production capacity data with the actual production capacity, the accuracy of the model is verified, and finally, the production capacity prediction under different production requirements can be realized, which can effectively reduce the cost of process improvement.

With the wide application of RATR technology and the urgent need for sea surface target recognition, RATR technology has played an important role in various marine activities in recent years. In the ship recognition task, HRRP can provide more target information, and data is easier to obtain and process than SAR, ISAR and other two-dimensional imaging technologies. Therefore, under the above background, this paper proposes an automatic target recognition method based on RBM depth learning network for ship recognition of radar high resolution range profile. The performance of the model is verified by the measured data of 10 types of military and civilian ship targets. According to the features extracted from the network, four different classifiers DBN, SVM, AGC and MCC are used for classification tests. The results show that network is relatively stable under the four classifiers, and DBN has the highest recognition rate. In addition, after verification, the network has a certain ability to reject the samples outside the library, which indicates it has a good application prospect. © 2022 IEEE.

In the study of group behavior, group emotion is an important factor affecting group behavior. A simplified mechanism model based on psychological theory can be established to better explain crowd behavior, but the model is too rough. Pure machine learning methods can reproduce crowd behavior well, but cannot reasonably explain crowd behavior, let alone predict the ability. Combining the two is a promising research direction. This paper designs a reinforcement learning framework embedded with emotion model. Then, the decision and behavior parts of the framework are implemented according to the emotion model and reinforcement learning algorithm.A variety of simulation application scenarios are built, and the behavior decision-making process of an agent in emergency situations is analyzed by using computer simulation technology. The simulation results show that the proposed framework can simulate the crowd behavior more realistically, and has good explanatory ability and certain predictive ability.

Smart Cities have been a topic of discussion over the past few years and have made great strides regarding incorporating technologies such as the IoT, blockchain, and cloud computing to enhance the lives of citizens. Among these technologies, the most noteworthy is the blockchain, which serves as an evolving means of accountability for virtual assets in digital currencies such as Bitcoins. To fully harness the potential of blockchain in smart cities, a comprehensive understanding of its features, essential requirements, and research challenges is crucial. Consequently, this article aims to outline the features of blockchain that are suitable for the context of smart cities and determine significant preconditions for its adoption. It presents a new framework that leverages IPFS for smart city security and multiple case studies of designing a smart city using blockchain. The proposed architecture was implemented through simulations and testing, demonstrating how blockchain can be effectively utilized in disaster management. Moreover, the research benchmarked the effectiveness of compensation management and the comparison of gas costs to the changes in the perceived transaction costs. The work also discusses smart contract algorithms for various smart city applications while pointing out the role of trust and acceptance in implementing blockchain solutions. The research is aimed at challenging areas, such as data security and uncovering possible solutions in storage, thus guiding the framework for an integral, safe, and sustainable smart city solution based on the use of blockchain. © 2024 Copyright for this paper by its authors.

Tidal stream turbines (TSTs) operate in complex seabed environment, rendering them highly susceptible to various faults, including impact faults, biofouling, and demagnetization. Additionally, the high energy density of the seabed, combined with the TSTs' small rotational inertia, increases their sensitivity to variations in tidal velocity. To reduce the impact of tidal velocity variations on fault detection and improve detection precision, a fault model incorporating multiple faults based on the TST's dynamic characteristics has been developed. The impact of tidal velocity is minimized through system decoupling and linearization. simulation experiments demonstrate that additive faults in the TST can be effectively detected using the constructed model.

Securing Electronic Medical Records for Healthcare 4.0 is one of the prime requirements in the medical care service domains. Healthcare 4.0 refers to the evolution process of healthcare systems that leverage digital technologies, connectivity, and data-driven insights to provide more personalized and efficient care. With the increasing adoption of electronic healthcare records and the growing importance of data in the healthcare sector, ensuring the privacy of patient data becomes paramount. To ensuring the security for healthcare 4.0 in the current work a voice authentication-based system is devised. This enables the protection of electronic healthcare records (EHRs) in the association of healthcare 4.0. More precisely here the voice authentication is used as an additional layer of security for accessing and managing EHRs. The Voice authentication can also be categorized as the voice biometric. This is a technology that uses unique voice characteristics and patterns to verify the identity of individuals. The result establishes the innovative smart security arrangement for the Healthcare 4.0 using the voice authentication-based identity management infrastructure;and a modified version of asymmetric cryptosystem has been used inside the blockchain. The simulation outcome indicates better performance in the form of block generation time, block number, ensure the transaction, and minimize the latency of the transaction. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. In order to realize the integrated entrance guard detection in the scene of random flow of *** with face recognition algorithm, the design method of integrated entrance guard monitoring system is proposed based on face video detection. A face video feature detection model in the scene of random flow of people is established, block matching on the face video features in the scene of random flow of people is performed, a living feature analysis model of face video monitoring in the scene of random flow of people is established by adopting the method of block feature information fusion, the face feature recognition and information fusion is realized by adopting the method of biological directional recognition, and the statistical features and edge detail parameters of face video in the scene of random flow of people are extracted, Combined with the face anti-deception algorithm, the authenticity of the face in the process of integrated entrance guard monitoring is judged. On the basis of dynamic biometric detection, the feature recognition of facial expressions under different expressions such as nature, smile and mouth opening are realized, and the integrated entrance guard monitoring is realized according to the feature recognition results. In the embedded and cloud technology environment, the alarm controller of integrated access control is built to realize access control, information privacy protection, image recognition and information playback, and the system hardware design is realized. The simulation results show that the designed integrated entrance guard monitoring system has high detection and recognition ability of face features and good recognition accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

To study the possible excess heat of hydration during the pouring process of the large-volume concrete of the steel-concrete joint section of the main pier of a bridge, this paper used Midas/FEA finite element software to simulate the internal hydration heat temperature field after concrete pouring and analyze the law of temperature change at different positions inside the concrete and the influencing factors of the heat of hydration. Theoretical analysis and actual measurement results show that the finite element simulation temperature data fits well with the actual measurement data, indicating that the finite element model can simulate the temperature field of hydration heat within the concrete well. Ambient temperature, steel box shape, steel box cross-sectional area ratio, and steel box depth ratio have an impact on the heat of hydration of concrete in the pier. A temperature control scheme for appropriately arranging cooling pipes in the steel-concrete joint section to reduce the heat of hydration inside the concrete is proposed. It can be seen that this article provides a reference for the design and construction of the mass concrete of the steel-concrete joint section of the bridge pier. The construction conditions, steel box parameters, and appropriate arrangement of cooling pipes should be determined according to the specific conditions of the project to reduce the heat of hydration inside the concrete, advance the temperature peak time and prevent cracks in concrete piers. © 2022 IEEE.

This review paper provides a comprehensive analysis of various acoustic-based emergency vehicle detection techniques. Emergency vehicle detection is a critical problem that needs to be addressed to improve the response time of emergency services. Acoustic-based techniques are among the most promising solutions for emergency vehicle detection due to their ability to detect the sirens and horns of emergency vehicles from a distance. This review paper presents a detailed analysis of the different acoustic-based techniques used, including microphone arrays, Doppler radar, and acoustic signal processing algorithms. The strengths and limitations of each technique are discussed in detail, and the review also identifies key challenges that need to be addressed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of emergency vehicle detection systems. These challenges include issues related to background noise, interference from other sources, and the need for reliable and robust signal processing algorithms. The review highlights the need for further research in this area, particularly to evaluate the performance of these techniques in real-world conditions and to explore the potential integration of emergency vehicle detection systems with other smart city technologies. In this paper, we analyze various emergency vehicle detection techniques in terms of specific parameters, offering insight into their effectiveness.
