This paper proposes a data prediction model based on support vector analysis, which aims to solve the prediction problem in a complex data environment. Support vector analysis is an algorithm based on statistical learning theory, which has good generalization ability and the advantage of processing high-dimensional data. In the process of model construction, we extracted multi-dimensional features of the data and adjusted the model parameters in combination with the optimization algorithm to improve the accuracy and robustness of the prediction. The simulation experiments on the data set show that the model can effectively achieve high-precision prediction in various scenarios. By comparing with the traditional prediction model, the support vector analysis method shows significant advantages in data processing ability and prediction accuracy, especially in the data set with complex nonlinear relationships, and its prediction error is significantly reduced. This paper not only describes the process of model construction in detail, but also discusses the specific methods of model optimization, such as kernel function selection and hyperparameter tuning. The simulation results show that the average error of the optimized support vector prediction model drops to 3.2%, which is nearly 15% lower than the error of the traditional model.

The rapid increase in the number of people living in different regions of the globe has led to a significant problem: there is not enough freshwater accessible. The bulk of the world's water resources come from the ocean, and this includes both brackish water and saltwater from the ocean. Desalination and other practises for aquatic behaviour that make it feasible to meet the needs for water in both residential and business settings are two examples of processes that make this possible. In order to treat water and wastewater, membrane processes like microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF), reverse osmosis (RO), membrane bioreactor (MBR), and membrane distillation (MD) are utilised. MF, UF, and NF stand for microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration, respectively. In recent years, models of artificial intelligence, such as artificial neural networks (ANN), have emerged as a generic alternative for the purpose of modelling these methods. This may be explained by the many advantages that these models have over the conventional model in contrast to which they were based. In this paper, an overview of artificial neural network (ANN) models that have been created over the last two and a half decades for membrane methods that have been employed in the action of wastewater and purification is provided. In order to make accurate forecasts of these features' evolution over time, we used ANN and ELM, two strong artificial neural networks. It is possible to conduct corrective measures in order to guarantee that the operations will be carried out in accordance with the requirements. This technique may be beneficial to water treatment facilities because to its complex process, which can modify its characteristics in a manner that is both dynamic and inconsistent. Executing cyber attacks attribution experiments for training defenders is an important usage of cyber ranges. During the experiment, attack simulation process needs manual operation of highly skilled personnel, but the procedure is labor intensive and human could cause errors, an attack simulation tool for cyber ranges is needed. We propose Scorpio, an automated penetration testing tool to simulate an attacker's behavior with seamless scanning and automated exploit process. And for integrate with cyber ranges, we find a method for virtual machines in a cyber range to communicate with the manage server without breaking the network isolation, with this method, visualization mechanism is also supported. We conducted an experiment with Scorpio in a range for showing the whole automated attack simulation and visualization process. Result shows that, with Scorpio equipped, the manual operation of professional penetration testers for attack simulation could be replaced, that is cost-efficient and time-saving. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper introduces an innovative high-order compensation topology for Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) systems-the Dual-Sided LCCLC Compensation Topology. Employing the LCCLC configuration on both the primary and secondary sides of the IPT system, it effectively addresses significant variations in the coupling coefficient caused by the displacement of coupling coils, thereby stabilizing the output power. The compensation topology not only exhibits excellent offset resistance but also simplifies the parameter matching process. Moreover, it can achieve Constant Voltage Output (CVO) and effective suppression of higher harmonics, demonstrating its robust robustness. To validate the performance of the proposed topology, a 3.3kW experimental platform was constructed. simulation results indicate that, even with the coupling coefficient fluctuating within the range of 0.313 to 0.442, the system's output power remains stable within ±10% of 3.3kW. This confirms excellent performance of the proposed compensation topology in counteracting the displacement of coupling coils.

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the continuous growth of the e-commerce industry, online trading systems have become one of the important infrastructures of economic activities. However, in the face of the surge in transaction volume and the increasing diversification of user needs, traditional online trading systems face multiple challenges, including high concurrent processing, data security, system stability, response speed and optimization of user experience. To meet these challenges, this paper proposes an optimization simulation system for online trading systems based on information processing technology. The system integrates simulation modeling technology to simulate real transaction scenarios, analyze the information processing bottlenecks in the transaction process, and optimize the architecture, algorithm and security mechanism of the transaction system. This paper constructs a simulation system based on the Agent modeling method, proposes a concurrent processing optimization scheme based on an improved load balancing algorithm, and designs a multi-level security protection system to improve the security of the system. Through simulation experiments, the significant advantages of the algorithm in this paper in terms of processing speed, throughput, system stability and user experience are verified. The simulation results show that the optimization algorithm proposed in this paper improves the overall performance of the system by 18.5%, shortens the response time by 25%, and improves the security of the system by 15%.

Wind power generation has the advantages of high conversion efficiency, high reliability, and flexible control. The widely used grid-connected wind power generation system is mostly adopted asynchronous generator, which has low efficiency. Therefore, A direct-wind power generation system based on a permanent magnet synchronous generator is proposed in this paper. By studying the characteristics and operation mechanism of wind turbines and permanent magnet generators, wind speed, wind turbine, permanent magnet synchronous generator, and direct-drive wind power control system models are established. Aiming at the characteristics of low conversion efficiency and low reliability of traditional wind power systems, a vector control method for the generator side converter based on the rotor magnetic field orientation is proposed in this paper, which achieves the maximum wind energy capture and greatly improves the efficiency of the generator. Finally, the direct-drive wind power system was built by Matlab simulation, which verified whether the system could stably capture wind energy and output energy to the maximum extent under the condition of wind speed change. © 2021 IEEE.

Shaped charges can cause serious damage to underwater targets. In order to study the effect of explosion height on the damage effect of underwater explosion of shaped charge, a simulation model of the damage to the circular targets caused by underwater explosion of shaped charge and blasting charge was established. Analyzed the difference between the underwater damage modes of the two charges, and compared with the experimental results to verify the credibility of the simulation model. Based on the simulation model of shaped charge, the damage effect of underwater explosion of small explosion high shaped charge is calculated and analyzed. The results show that a large amount of detonation energy is consumed during the forming process of the shaped-charge penetrator, which greatly reduces the power of the blasting effect of the underwater explosion of the charge. The speed of the shock wave in the water decays quickly. Under the condition of ensuring the penetration ability of the shaped-charge penetrator, reducing the explosion height can enhance the damage effect of shaped charge on single-shell targets under water. © VDE VERLAG GMBH · Berlin · Offenbach.

In this paper, an integrated 3D printing device which can carry out multiple printing processes at the same time is studied. The overall design of sprinkler integrated system, mold platform and auxiliary system is completed. In order to make the functional parts work together in the printing process, this paper adopts the computer control software based on single chip computer. The system uses XC7Z010-1CLG400C as the main control unit. The communication function of the system is integrated into the communication mode between the controller and the Arduino board. Two DC motors drive the press. In the computer simulation system, polylactic acid and conductive silver were used to realize 3D printing by FDM and micro-direct writing technology. The experimental verification shows that the integrated process 3D printing technology can meet the specific printing requirements of a variety of modes and processes. The 3D printer’s integrated printhead system allows for flexible transition between printing technologies and processes, ensuring continuity of 3D printing work.

In order to analyze the penetration effect process and according characteristics the jetting projectile charge has on different target plates, four liners in varied structures were designed, whose characteristic parameters when forming Jetting projectile charge are compared and analyzed, after which, the arc-cone liner is determined to be an optimal scheme, then further analyses were run on respective simulations carried out on 45# steel target plate, CrNi80TiNbAl alloy target plate and tungsten alloy target plate based on it. By analyzing the result of Jetting projectile charge's penetration simulation on all three targets plates from depth, form of penetration aperture and other related aspects, the penetrating form on all three targets of the penetrator created by arc-cone liner is finally obtained. © VDE VERLAG GMBH · Berlin · Offenbach.
