Rapid industrialization has its downfall where the release of heavy metals to the environment also increases from the discharge of industrial wastewater. Acetylene Production Sludge (APS) can be used as a secondary raw material in wastewater treatment. The use of APS in heavy metal removal does not affect the environment and it is cheaper compared to using NaOH since it is a natural bioadsorbent. The first objective of this study was to determine the optimum parameter (dosage, pH) in the chemical precipitation process for the removal of heavy metals. In addition, the study was conducted to evaluate the efficiency for the percentage removal of heavy metals from using APS as well as to compare the performance with the current method of removal. Lastly, the study was conducted to develop a modelling, simulation of the chemical precipitation process of treating wastewater using APS. Characterization study for APS was done using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescent (XRF), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) analysis. Jar test was done to study the Cu, Zn and Ni removal by varying the pH from 8 to 12. From the result obtained, the optimum heavy metal removal was found at an APS dosage of 0.175 g and pH of 10.5. The APS performance was then validated from adsorption isotherm, multilinear regression Excel Data Analysis Toolpak and Response Surface Methodology (RSM) using Minitab software. The study shows that the APS is capable of treating heavy metal contaminated wastewater. (C) 2022 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

Based on the basic concept of digital twinning and virtual reality, this paper constructs the five-dimensional structure model of logistics distribution digital twinning and the overall framework of logistics distribution system driven by digital twinning. At the same time, this paper studies and designs the intelligent scheduling management system and establishes the software system architecture and communication network. The system aims at the problem of simultaneous distribution vehicle routing with random cargo demand under multi-center joint distribution mode. At the same time, the width and depth of adaptive neighborhood search frequency strategy and adaptive inferior solution acceptance mechanism are proposed to balance population evolution. The experimental simulation shows that the system can effectively solve the road disturbance caused by vehicles or vehicles in the distribution process and achieve better logistics distribution.

Research about Sediment Transport is important for the sustainability of coastal buildings. The infrastructure construction of the Halmahera Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) in the coastal area requires water supply as a cooling system. The supply of cooling water can be reduced because of erosion or sedimentation. This study uses CFD modelling of ANSYS FLUENT applications with variations in mass flow rates. The Eulerian-Lagrangian approach is used to predict the rate of erosion and accretion that occur around the place of Halmahera. Methods of Particle Size Distribution (PSD) numerical simulation is uniform. The simulation process results consist of particle mass, erosion, and accretion rate in the seabed. Variations in mass flow rates of 0.05 kg/s, 0.1 kg/s, 0.15 kg/s, 0.2 kg/s, 0.25 kg/s obtained the erosion rate respectively 5.425 x 10(-7) mm/year, 1.085 x 10(-6) mm/year, 1.626 x 10(-6) mm/year, 2.170 x 10(-6) mm/year, 2.712 x 10-6 mm/year. The result of the accretion rate obtained from the variation in mass flow rates is 301.43 mm/year, 602.87 mm/year, 904.30 mm/year, 1205.50 mm/year, 1507.77 mm/year. From this research. The result of simulation to be important to predict the rate of sediment transport for consideration in the development location of construction Halmahera PLTD.

The research on bilingual Dong Cuisine Translation System based on natural language processing aims to solve the language barrier problem in the dissemination of Dong cuisine culture. This study combines natural language processing technology and GPT model to design and implement an efficient bilingual Dong Cuisine Translation System. The core algorithms of the system include text preprocessing, syntactic analysis, and Dong-Chinese bilingual conversion based on GPT model. To improve the accuracy of translation, this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the syntactic structure of Dong language and English, and designed an optimization algorithm adapted to Dong language grammar. Many Dong cuisine menu data sets were used in the model training process. Through supervised learning and multiple rounds of tuning, the model can accurately capture the subtle differences in Dong language. In the simulation test, the system used Dong cuisine recipe data from different fields for evaluation. The simulation results show that the system performs well in translation accuracy and fluency, with the translation accuracy of Dong language to English reaching 92.7% and the translation accuracy of English to Dong language reaching 90.3%. At the same time, through the analysis of indicators such as BLEU score, the system has strong robustness in cross-language translation tasks and can effectively reduce the ambiguity problem in translation.

The design and development of river pollutant detection systems remains a phenomenon that is based on the use of a dynamic simulation and modeling system intended to create an adaptable and efficient solution used in monitoring and controlling the quality of water. The design of this system primarily relies on the integration of a dynamic simulation model and technique that uses real-time data in modeling a river pollutant system that regulates water dispersion and its behavior within a river ecosystem. The designed river pollutant detection system (RPDS) will rely on sensor networks established and installed along riverbanks to abet the process of collecting varied environmental factors such as the dissolved levels of oxygen pH levels, and pollution concentration among other environmental factors. The system will be fed with data inputs through a dynamic simulation approach established to help in the prediction of pollution, thus enhancing the localization and timely detection of contaminants. The adaptability of RPDS in this case will rely on its ability to enhance the detection of changes in environmental conditions due to several pollutant sources. Through the use of systemic algorithms, RPDS facilitates a swift approach to decision- making that may be used in the mitigation of pollution, thus protecting human and aquatic welfare. This innovation will not only enhance the effective monitoring of riverbeds in China but provide a valuable approach that may be used in enhancing the sustainability and the management of rivers.

The stability of VCO as a clock recovery module in high-speed transmission circuits cannot be ignored. The LDO circuit as its power module not only needs to ensure the stability of the VCO under high-speed working conditions, but also needs to satisfy the demand for changes in its supply voltage swing. To meet the above requirements, a high-range reference voltage LDO (Low-dropout Regulator) was designed under the 28nm process. The input of the error amplifier of the LDO adopts a rail-to-rail structure, the reference voltage can be changed in a larger range, and the output voltage can also fluctuate in the range of 0.3V-0.9V. After simulation, the power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of this LDO is 1.53MHz, the line regulation at full load is 8.29mV/V, the internal noise of the circuit is low, the transient response time from on load to full load is 42ns, and the phase margin is close to 80deg. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to solve the visualization problem of the natural fragment power field in the Blast-fragmentation Warhead, in this paper, the laws of fragment mass distribution, velocity distribution and spatial distribution were analyzed, and the fragment motion simulation mathematical model was established. On this basis, the simulation software of fragment power field of Blast-fragmentation Warhead is developed by using Unity3D technology, which can calculate the fragment power field of Blast-fragmentation Warhead, and dynamically display the fragment flying process under explosive load from multiple viewpoints and angles, thus realizing the visual simulation of fragment power field, providing reference for the design of typical explosive warhead, and laying a foundation for evaluating the damage effectiveness of Blast-fragmentation warhead to targets. © VDE VERLAG GMBH · Berlin · Offenbach.

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)is characterized by high covertness, mobility and flexibility in interception, The UAV interception route planning problem has become a hot topic. In this paper, an UAV route optimization algorithm based on Markov decision process (MDP) is proposed for the base station location detection. Firstly, the system models of base station detection and UAV patrol are established, and two route optimization methods based on MDP and gradient descent algorithm are studied to obtain the shortest interception route. The simulation results show that the two optimization models, MDP and gradient, have their own characteristics. MDP can achieve the maximum benefit by global optimization, while the gradient algorithm for local optimization converges quickly.

This research study proposes an effective system function verification flow for mixed-signal SoC using a mixed-signal SoC project as an example. In this research work, the digital modules are emulated in a VCS environment, and all of the inherited analogue IPs is built in a virtuoso environment. The system function verification platform for this project generates digital stimulus using UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) and analog stimulation using Verilog-AMS. The entire circuit is converted to a spectre-netlist and incorporated into the verification platform. The project has rigorous standards for the simulation and development process. Using Synopsys' simulation tools VCS and XA, the system function is verified. The results obtained are accurate, demonstrating the efficiency of the flow. Flexible electronics that can operate in the GHz range are essential for devices like radars and wireless communication. Due to the better characteristics of AlGaN/GaN heterostructure, GaN-based transistors have received substantial research interest in rigid microwave electronics' high-frequency and high-power applications. Here, this study highlights the recent work on flexible GaN HEMT-based microwave electronics, including high-performance flexible GaN HEMTs on traditional plastic substrates, biodegradable cellulose nanofibril substrates, and flexible GaN HEMT-based microwave circuits.
