Optimizing the allocation of healthcare resources has never been easier than with the help of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). In healthcare systems, where complications abound, GNNs may help with the allocation of resources in a way that improves both patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The goal is to use GNNs’ graph-modelling capabilities to describe healthcare networks, with hospitals, doctors, and other medical resources acting as nodes and potential transfers of patients or shared resources as edges. Using both past and present data, the goal is to optimize resource allocation by forecasting the most effective distribution patterns. The decision-making process is improved by using important methods including attention mechanisms, message-passing algorithms, and node embeddings. The accuracy and scalability of healthcare resource management are both enhanced by GNNs, which capture spatial and temporal dynamics. The general efficacy of healthcare delivery systems is improved by this method, which permits more precise forecasts and efficient use of resources. The results highlight how GNNs can change healthcare resource allocation models. From GitHub repository data the short interfering RNAs (siRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs) data with efficacy is calculated. Out of the 8 data collected as samples for various siRNAs the efficacy minimum value is 0.07 and the maximum value is 0.946 and in other data samples collected it is ${0. 3 8 6}$ and 0.777. For miRNAs it is 0.934 and 0.394 and in other data sample collected it is 0.738 and 0.432.

The complexity of modern engineering production requires the use of computer technology in design and technological processes. The problem is the need to efficiently distribute computers and software between departments in the enterprise. The article proposes an optimization-simulation approach to solving the problem of computer equipment allocation. It consists in an iterative procedure for solving an optimization problem and verifying the obtained solutions on simulation models. A discrete optimization problem with Boolean variables for assigning computers to tasks in departments is formulated. It is proposed to carry out a simulation model in the form of a timed Petri net. A graphical model of computer equipment repair and maintenance in the process of performing tasks is presented. A basic elementary timed Petri net is constructed, which is used to build a general simulation model. The properties of the basic simulation model are considered.

In order to estimate the physical characteristics of the mechanical system and shorten the development cycle, this paper studies the principles and related technologies of the generation of physically-based animations, and combines the Bullet physics engine to simulate the dynamics of rigid bodies, and produce physically-based animations. The basic principle of physics animation is based on dynamic equations. The numerical solution technology is used to solve the dynamic equations. The actual motion of the rigid body will not penetrate, and collision detection is required. The Bullet physics engine is used to calculate the motion process of a rigid body, and OpenGL is used for rendering, and the two are combined to realize the simulation process. © 2020 IEEE.

With the rapid development of the times, our quality of life is also rising rapidly. At present, our technology has undergone a round of rapid development and achieved certain results. The era of artificial intelligence based on computer technology has come, and our life begins to embrace and contain this new technology, so modern life is the era of artificial intelligence. So, the new technology has brought many changes. For example, in Information Engineering, we can replace manual operation with preset programming to increase efficiency and reduce error rate. So, how to program is a difficult problem. Therefore, this paper studies the influence of 5g on the development of electronic information engineering. In order to better carry out the experiment, we first set the general direction and overall tone of the experiment we need to do after consulting a large number of literatures. Then we borrowed a period of time from the laboratory to conduct real experiments. But before that, we also carried out simulation experiments to reduce errors, and then conducted real experiments (in this case, we used interactive system to model and calculate the number) According to the rationality, the experimental results are obtained. The experimental results show that after the improvement of artificial intelligence, 5g can increase the reliability of NC programming and the simulation of machining process. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Shaped charges can cause serious damage to underwater targets. In order to study the effect of explosion height on the damage effect of underwater explosion of shaped charge, a simulation model of the damage to the circular targets caused by underwater explosion of shaped charge and blasting charge was established. Analyzed the difference between the underwater damage modes of the two charges, and compared with the experimental results to verify the credibility of the simulation model. Based on the simulation model of shaped charge, the damage effect of underwater explosion of small explosion high shaped charge is calculated and analyzed. The results show that a large amount of detonation energy is consumed during the forming process of the shaped-charge penetrator, which greatly reduces the power of the blasting effect of the underwater explosion of the charge. The speed of the shock wave in the water decays quickly. Under the condition of ensuring the penetration ability of the shaped-charge penetrator, reducing the explosion height can enhance the damage effect of shaped charge on single-shell targets under water.

The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has had a serious impact on society and drawn the attention of all sectors of society to major emergency public security incidents. So this study focused on the social distance which is one of the most effective methods to reduce the transmission rate of the epidemic to conduct research. In order to visually describe the effect of social distance obedience behavior, we use Anylogic to simulate the subway station with high pedestrian traffic in daily life and visualize the process and rate of transmission. Social distance was introduced as a primary variable, mask-wearing rate as a secondary variable, and the simulation set the movement trajectory of pedestrians and used the "controlled variable method"to analyze their effects on infection. The results show that both maintaining a social distance of more than 1.25 meters and wearing a mask rate of more than 70% can effectively inhibit the spread of the epidemic, and the combined effect of both is more effective in infection control. © 2021 ACM.

This research work involves the application of multivariate adaptive regression spline (MARS) for estimating back pressure (p) created in a condenser of a coal-fired thermal power plant. MARS employs the plant load (L) and temperature of cooling water (7) as input variables. The output of the MARS is condenser back pressure P. The designed MARS-based model gives equations for determination of (p) over cap. Further, the MARS-generated objective function is optimized by randomized search cross validation. simulation study shows that the accuracy of the reported MARS model is quite satisfactory for the prediction of back pressure.

This paper establishes a model of network public opinion evolution based on opinion dynamics. This model improves Hegselmann-Krause model of opinion dynamics. It regards government control, social distance in social software and personal mentality as three influencing factors. Considering the influence of factors on propagation probability, it calculates opinion propagation probability and gives a description of the process of opinion dissemination in different situations. Based on the model, it carries out the simulation experiments of network public opinion communication. The simulation results show that the government can take measures to guide the public opinion when dealing with the network public opinion of sudden security events, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the network public opinion guidance.

While constructing the model for offloading computing tasks, this paper uses python programming simulation to implement. Python language can be mature and widely used in website data crawling, data operation, image system, and Web system development. In this paper, a computing offloading process is divided into two parts, namely code migration and data offloading. The code only contains the general computing code file of the task (that is, the OpenCL kernel program file) and the AI computing code file (that is, the TensorFlow model file).) and a task configuration script file with the input data to be processed by the task. Moreover, the runtime environment of application tasks is pre-arranged on each device, regardless of online deployment or offloading, which greatly reduces the amount of transmitted data.
