The paper uses Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) to traffic signal regulation, solving urban traffic congestion. Our research paper demonstrates the simulation of intricate traffic conditions with microscopic accuracy, utilizing the simulation of Urban Mobility (SUMO) platform. As the foundation for DRL, a state representation and action space are established. The learning process is guided by the Deep Q-Network (DQN) architecture, precisely set hyperparameters, and epsilon-greedy exploration. To improve stability, training data is gathered and stored in an experience replay buffer. The DQN-based technology is built into the SUMO simulation and allows for dynamic traffic signal modifications. Updates to the target network on a regular basis increase stability. Metrics for evaluation include average waiting time, traffic flow efficiency, and congestion levels, which compare favorably to baseline approaches. In conclusion, this study shows the usefulness of DRL in optimizing traffic signal control, providing viable strategies to minimize urban traffic congestion and increase transportation efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

The present work delves into the mechanical design and analysis aspects of digital electronic systems with multi-pin integrated circuits mounted on multi-layer PCB’s which brings challenges in terms of design for their mechanical integrity and efficient thermal management. The paper focuses on computer-Aided Design (CAD) modelling approach and Finite Element Method (FEM) based simulation aiming to create a robust system capable of withstanding diverse environmental conditions. By leveraging simple FEM techniques, design cycle of an electronic system can be reduced as compared to prototyping in which one design iteration can take hundreds of working hours. Our work contributes to the evolving landscape by providing a systematic approach and evolving effective strategies for creating reliable mechanical packages for ensuring high performance of digital electronic systems in the intended harsh space environment. In the current computer network, relevant personnel can accurately find that there is a worm attack in the network system, and this kind of attack is a typical attack scheme in the computer network. In the process of exploring the computer network attack scheme, the appropriate virus propagation model is built by using its main characteristics. Based on PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm, this paper studies the simulation of computer network attack and defense model. The research shows that among the three algorithms, the best value of DL (Deep Learning) is 10.73, the best value of AGA (Adaptive Genetic Algorithm) is 14.18, and the best value of this algorithm is 19.53. Similarly, in the comparison of average and worst value, the average and worst value of this algorithm are also due to the other two algorithms. It can be seen that the convergence accuracy and convergence speed of this algorithm are significantly higher than those of DL and AGA. Using the cryptographic mechanism under PSO algorithm, the probability of successful attack is calculated. Using the optimization and improvement of this kind of model to improve the running security of computer network. © 2023 IEEE.

Effective treatment of tuberculosis (TB) requires prompt and precise risk assessment, since it continues to be a major worldwide health concern. Labor-intensive and subjective approaches are frequently used in traditional methods. The neural network model for Tuberculosis risk categorization which includes the following categories: NoRisk, LowRisk, ModerateRisk, and HighRisk is found in this paper. Regularization, Batch normalization and the use of Reversed Linear unit (ReLU) activation functions is adopted by the model to enhance learning process. After successfully conducting the sophisticated and optimal simulation the proposed model attains 91% classification accuracy using a variety of physiological and clinical parameters. This potentially presents future deep learning techniques to automatically rate people for possible tuberculosis occurrence thus delivering a strong tool to medical practitioners to offer distinctive intervention techniques. With deep learning, the model is capable of detecting a very complex pattern and correlation between data sets inputs and its output, thus enhancing its predictive precision as well as offering recommendations that may assist in the early detection of actual clinical situations. © 2025 IEEE.

The agent-based simulation is a cutting-edge example of a fresh and clever technique intended to fulfil these goals. Numerous academics and researchers investigated the crucial merits, applicability, and contributions of this approach in a range of extreme situations and catastrophic scenarios. Their numerical analysis and mathematical simulations showed that the agent-based simulation framework is essential for providing a thorough knowledge of pedestrian behavior and human mobility in difficult emergency conditions. This work uses egress modelling to explore crew procedures' impact on evacuating train cabins under different fire *** on the numerical simulations and analyses conducted via the Netlogo software package, Author's found that two employees (contracted by the railroad company) in the lounge coach and two train hosts in the first-class coaches under emergencies achieve an efficient step toward evacuating a larger number of passengers. Nonetheless, passengers should be aware and familiar with the locations of these exit points, emergency signs, and egress paths to avoid any congestion, stampedes, and social attachment that may contribute to losses of life and delay the evacuation process. Also, an agent-based simulation is remarkably practical for determining intelligent practices and effective methods that can be adopted and followed to accelerate the evacuation process compared with other methods that are very difficult or unethical to apply, such as subjecting a group of people to a real fire event and predicting some methods to evacuate them based on the results. © 2023 IEEE.

Big data is a term which is nowaday's mostly used in almost all sectors like healthcare, social media, agriculture etc. Just like that one of the areas is medical health care where we always require the help of big data analytics to Predictive modelling and clinical decision support, disease or safety assessment, public health and research. Medical big data analysis is plagued by missing values, curse of dimensionality, bias control, and observation study's inability to verify causality due to residual confounding and reverse causation. We have different types of big data indexing techniques like apache lucene, apache solr, elastic search, splunk, sphinx etc. to process very huge number of datasets to increase speed, efficiency and performance. The purpose of this work is to investigate and analyze the various indexing systems in order to determine which one is superior for the processing of large amounts of data. Elasticsearch is a RESTful, distributed, and analytical engine that has the potential to tackle a wide variety of issues. It is currently being utilized by a growing number of businesses, and many of them are beginning to incorporate it into their rescue gear in the field of industrial sector. © 2024 IEEE.

In the traditional form of instruction, the teacher and pupil converse face to face. The discussion is started by the instructor, who generally discusses the material from the required textbooks. Many students might not find the concepts intriguing, which would reduce their ability to concentrate and pay attention in class. This makes learning challenging. A novel teaching strategy that allows pupils to learn a subject depending on their interests has been implemented in the classroom. With this approach, students apply their own hobbies to the subject they wish to learn. It focuses on interest-driven learn. This method focuses on interest driven learning where students apply their Personal interest to the subject they want to learn. A prime example of interest-driven learning is hobby-based learning. modelling enthusiasm and making the topics relevant to their hobby would make the classroom student centric learning and interest driven learning where student would learn the topic self-directed, enjoy learning process, gain deeper insight on the topic and also develop their hobbies. Hence hobby-based learning was introduced to the classroom for the subject Automata Theory and Computability. A comparative study was made on analysis and data obtained from classrooms with hobby based learning and conventional learning handled by the same instructor on the subject Automata Theory and Computability where hobby-based learning gave significantly best feedback than conventional learning. © 2024 IEEE.

The European Union defines waste as any object that is discarded, intended to be discarded, or required to be discarded, even though it might still have potential use. The quantity of waste generated is escalating daily, posing a significant concern globally. There is no single solution to curtail or prevent this escalation;however, sustainable practices such as reusing and recycling offer the most viable approach. Currently, numerous initiatives focus on recycling waste into diverse products, such as bricks. Notably, the chemical waste, known as sludge, from an Oleochemical industry in Malaysia has shown promising potential for recycling into bricks. Thus, this paper aims to simulate brick production based on industry sludge waste for an upscaling strategy utilizing the Discrete Event simulation technique. The Discrete Event simulation (DES) technique was selected due to its suitability for modelling business processes. The simulation process starts by modelling the actual process flow of brick production as a DES model using AnyLogic 6.0. Next, various test scenarios have been simulated to identify bottlenecks and constraints in brick production. The result analysis revealed that the daily consumption of sludge per unit of brick production significantly impacts the process. The quantity of sludge utilized per brick produced was relatively minimal compared to the daily sludge output by the industry. This discovery holds importance in preparing the industry for potential upscaling strategies, facilitating the achievement of the zero-waste target by 2030. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

computer big data technology is widely used in sports. The article uses football as an example to analyse the application of computer big data technology. The article establishes a small group robot soccer simulation platform based on OpenGL. The modelling of the simulation platform is simple and intuitive. It uses the ray tracing algorithm to realize the collision detection of the world model. It also accurately simulates the robot's motion and ball control performance, and realizes a variety of human-computer interaction functions. Practice shows that the competition system has the advantages of low cost, good control performance, and strong interest, which can effectively stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning. © 2022 IEEE.
