The rapid development of Internet of Things technology has greatly promoted innovation and reform in China's financial industry, opening up new ways for small and medium-sized enterprises to finance. Under the supply chain financing model, a complete integrated service platform for capital flow information, transaction data and other financial statements has emerged. This article will start from the perspective of risk control, analyze the supply chain of the enterprise itself and financial institutions and other relevant parties, and explore the existing problems and reasons. For the application of Internet of Things technology, this article designs a supply chain financing risk identification model and performs a performance test on the model. The test results show that the prediction accuracy of the model is between 94% and 99%;the recall rate is between 81% and 89%;the F1 value infinitely tends to 0.1. The above results show that the comprehensive performance of this model is very excellent, and it can help enterprises improve the probability of avoiding operational risk factors, achieve healthy and orderly development of the entire industry, and provide more financing channels and options for small and medium-sized enterprises.
