Modular Multilevel Matrix Converters (M3C) are applicable for high voltage and high-power occasion. When the linear proportional-integral (PI) control in double-αβ coordinate system is used, the controlled quantities are still AC quantities, which need to be regulated by many parameters and have high harmonic content, and when the nonlinear passivity-based control (PBC) in double-dq coordinate system is used, all the controlled quantities are converted into direct flow, and the control structure is simpler. To address the issue that passive control is difficult to ensure a good dynamic response of the system, this paper provides a passive sliding-mode control policy based on M3C, which applies the passive controller based on Euler-Lagrange (EL) model to the internal loop current management, and then introduces the sliding-mode control (SMC) to availably address the issue that the passive control is too dependent on the direct current, and the control structure is relatively simple. effectively address the issue that passive control is too dependent on system parameters, making the control system have stronger anti-interference ability and dynamic response ability. ©2023 IEEE.

Dams, regarded as a form of hydraulic engineering, are purposed to intercept river or canal flow to either elevate water levels or regulate discharge rates. The discharge of a dam is subject to influence by various factors, including precipitation, temperature, and regulatory policies. Nevertheless, in real-world scenarios, the precise value of the expected dam flow rate is challenging to ascertain through simple arithmetic operations. In this study, a novel dam flow model has been formulated. Through the utilization of the DDPG algorithm and deep learning techniques applied to data from the current month, the parameters of the dam control differential equations have been determined, and the transfer function after Laplace transformation has been established. Consequently, only the current month's fluctuations in the water level of Lake Huron need to be determined to derive the corresponding dam flow rate for that month. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

To reduce the losses caused by large-scale power outages in the power system, a stable control technology for the black start process of a 100 megawatt all vanadium flow battery energy storage power station is proposed. Firstly, a model is constructed for the liquid flow battery energy storage power station, and in order to improve the system capacity, four unit level power stations are processed in parallel. Secondly, based on the energy storage of all vanadium flow batteries, the traditional voltage and frequency stability control technology has been improved to address the characteristics of low inertia and damping in power electronic interfaces. The improved VSG strategy has been applied to the overall control of a hundred megawatt level flow battery energy storage power station, solving the voltage and frequency instability problems caused by load shocks and fluctuations. Finally, stable control of multiple parallel machines during the self starting process of the liquid flow battery energy storage power station was achieved, avoiding the occurrence of multiple machine circulation and uneven power distribution problems during the self starting process. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This article provides further analysis on the design, layout, and working principle of the automatic punching snake vertebra fixed hole conveyor line, and conducts research on the system control of the automatic punching snake vertebra fixed hole conveyor line based on PLC. With the objective of achieving automatic operation of the punching conveyor line, a punching control system flow is established. The Siemens S7-1200 PLC[1] is selected, and the TIA Portal V16 software is used for program design and coding. The program structure is built to realize the sorting of snake vertebrae in a specific direction by the vibrating disk, the feeding of the guide rail by the straight vibrator, the separation of individual snake vertebrae by the feeding mechanism, and the feeding, material retrieval, and punching by the robotic arm[2]. The analysis shows that the punching conveyor line can achieve manual/automatic operation and automatic alarm functions in the PLC control. © 2023 IEEE.

The rapid development of Internet of Things technology has greatly promoted innovation and reform in China's financial industry, opening up new ways for small and medium-sized enterprises to finance. Under the supply chain financing model, a complete integrated service platform for capital flow information, transaction data and other financial statements has emerged. This article will start from the perspective of risk control, analyze the supply chain of the enterprise itself and financial institutions and other relevant parties, and explore the existing problems and reasons. For the application of Internet of Things technology, this article designs a supply chain financing risk identification model and performs a performance test on the model. The test results show that the prediction accuracy of the model is between 94% and 99%;the recall rate is between 81% and 89%;the F1 value infinitely tends to 0.1. The above results show that the comprehensive performance of this model is very excellent, and it can help enterprises improve the probability of avoiding operational risk factors, achieve healthy and orderly development of the entire industry, and provide more financing channels and options for small and medium-sized enterprises.

In order to alleviate the increasingly serious urban traffic congestion, a signal control scheme based on the characteristics of congestion development was proposed. The traffic flow prediction model is established based on the Cellular Automata (CA) model. The micro change law of the road network traffic flow was described, and the development characteristics of traffic congestion were predicted in real time. Signal control strategies under different congestion characteristics were obtained after research to prevent traffic congestion. The road network formed by the intersection of Xiyuan Road and Chang'an Road in Luoyang and the surrounding associated intersections was taken as a case, and the Simulink platform was used to build a simulation environment. The signal control scheme in this paper was simulated together with fixed signal control and self-organizing signal control. The results show that: after adopting this scheme, the traffic operation indicators of the road network are significantly improved;The development of congestion is effectively controlled;The ability to balance traffic load is significantly improved. © 2023 SPIE.

With the increasing passenger demand during the peak high-flow period, urban rail transit operations are facing great challenges. In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of passenger travel, this paper proposes a multi-objective function optimization model with the objectives of minimizing the total delay time of passengers and maximizing the total capacity of the train interval, and transforms the model into a linear integer planning model by using 0-1 auxiliary variable λWT . The model is simulated and verified with the help of Lingo18.0 optimization solver. The model is simulated and verified z with the help of Lingo18.0 optimization solver. Taking a high-capacity urban rail transit line as an example, the results show: after adopting the multi-station cooperative passenger flow control strategy, the efficiency of passenger travel has been significantly improved, and the total delay time of the passengers has been reduced by 34.99% compared with that before the passenger flow control, and the total capacity of the train interval has been increased by 22.53%. © 2024 SPIE.

There has always been ambiguity in the understanding of human error levels among controllers, and the setting and conversion of daily duty modes are mainly based on empirical judgment, which leads to waste of human resources and unreasonable risk management in dynamic flight flow changes. Based on the flow information within the approach control zone and the probability of human error under different duty modes, a dynamic management strategy for controller team resources has been designed, which can optimize the use of human resources while effectively controlling risks. The effectiveness of human resource management strategies was verified through numerical simulation. © 2023 IEEE.

As the national dual-carbon goals are steadily implemented, the transmission grid of the power system has become more mature in recent years. To improve the inter-provincial channel interoperability and enhance the equipment utilization efficiency, especially in tapping the transmission capacity of the existing grid, is a topic that needs to be studied in-depth during the development stage of the power system. Therefore, the utilization of controllable phase shifting transformers (PSTs) technology offers a new idea for improving equipment utilization and balancing the power grid without changing the existing system network structure, in this paper, a two-layer optimisation model considering the network optimal current and the cost of the phase shifter is established, and the adaptation scenario of the phase shifter is proposed by combining the actual grid scenario, providing a potential solution for the current stage of main network planning. © 2023 IEEE.

Traditional design methods, which depend on the experience of designers, make it difficult to meet the requirement of fast design due to the increasingly complex aircraft thermal management system (TMS). Therefore, this paper investigates the architectural design of TMS by the graph theory, and the intelligent optimization algorithm optimizes the flow rate of aircraft TMS. Firstly, the topology architectures of the aircraft TMS are generated by the enumeration method based on the component catalog and corresponding network structure constraints. In the topology architectures, the labeled graphs represent the TMS architectures, and physics-based models located in the graph nodes are used to evaluate the performance of each aircraft's TMS architecture. Secondly, to give the appropriate flow rate, this paper optimizes the flow rate for each aircraft TMS architecture by the intelligent optimization algorithm, and thus, the optimal flow rate and aircraft TMS architecture are obtained. Finally, the fuel circulation sub-system and environmental control sub-system of the aircraft TMS are used to verify the performance of this paper, and the results show that this paper's work can be applied to the sub-system of the aircraft TMS and the optimal flow rate and TMS architecture can be obtained by this paper's strategy. © 2023 IEEE.
