Internal Model control(IMC) is widely used in networkcontrol System(NCS) with its strong robustness and simple parameter adjustment. But the accurate dynamic inversion of the IMC model is not easy to find out. To solve this problem, an improved Internal Model controller is designed with a PID controller and feedback loop, then the Particle Swarm optimization(PSO) is used to optimize all the parameters of the improved controller. At last, simulation results show that the improved Internal Model controller can maintain the system stability and the performance of the step response is extremely great in terms of rapidity and anti-interference ability, compared with the classic internal model controller, which enables NCS to achieve a better control effect.

It makes analysis on the operation deployment process, critical path and procedure of the truck based on the RLP problem solving algorithm, and makes optimization allocation to the scheme by using genetic algorithm. The new allocation scheme after the optimization can increase the efficiency by 12.5% and realize the reasonable allocation of human resources.

Understanding traffic per unit time in cell dimension in cellular data network can be of great help for mobile operators to improve the performance of the cellular data network. It is important for network design and resource optimization. In this paper, we describe three methods to count the traffic per unit time per cell. Moreover, we compare the results of the three methods by the deviation distribution of the traffic and time complexity analysis. Our work is distinguished from other related work by using big data which contains around 1.4 billion records and 20 thousands cells. Generally, we expect this paper could deliver important insights into cellar data network resource optimization.

Reactive power problem of PV station in distribution power system is discussed. Probability theory is introduced to calculate the expectation of active power, which is approximately used to replace the randomly changing output. Reactive output can be adjusted by changing some related parameters of the grid-connected PV system. Considering reactive power of PV station as control variables, a model with voltage level constraints of minimizing the active power loss is established and its optimal solution is figured out with IDCC (Improved Bacterial Colony Chemotaxis). Case calculation results show the validity of above-mentioned model and algorithm.
