Large-scale integration of renewable energy in highvoltage direct-current (HVDC) systems has resulted in significant technical and economic challenges. Maintaining DC voltage stability and power balance is one of the critical issues to achieve the stable operation of a multi-terminal HVDC (MTDC) system. This paper presents a control strategy based on adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (AnfIS) for the MTDC system with large-scale renewable integration. The droop controller based on AnfIS is designed by the DC voltage deviation and active power margin of the converter stations. To improve the performance in the training process of AnfIS, particle swarm optimization (PSO) is utilized to optimize the prerequisite and conclusion parameters of AnfIS. Compared with the traditional droop control approach, the AnfIS-based controller can track the active power and DC voltage deviation of the converter stations in real time, allowing it to reduce the DC voltage deviation and reasonably distribute unbalanced power in the case of fluctuations in renewable energy power output. Simulations are conducted to compare with the traditional control method under different working conditions. The comparative simulation results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed control strategy.

Water flow measurements have been needed by controllers in industrial processes. The quantity of water must be determined to control the volume of water used in the storage tank. Water flow performance control models based on tanks are required using a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PM) control system. This system uses a flow sensor to detect the speed of an actuator. Actuators stabilize the output water speed per minute at a certain point. Manually determining the value of a PID constant will be very difficult and not optimal. Then we need an automatic and accurate control method. This study focuses on four comparisons of designed methods related to water level without control, standard PFD method, Fuzzy Logic method, Fuzzy-PID method, and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (AnfIS) method. The simulation results found that the four control models have different performance. The PID-AnfIS model obtained the smallest overshot value in the PID-AnfIS model of 0.5135 pu, the smallest undershot in PID-AnfIS was 0.5291 pu. Current Output Output obtains the smallest overshot value in the PID-AnfIS model of 0.0023 pu, the smallest undershot in the PID-AnfIS model is 0.0014 pu.

In this paper,the optimization of data link network is *** the limited resource of data link network in combat environment, data link message transmission needs priority-based queuing processing. In order to improve the efficiency of message transmission and optimize the allocation of network resources, a method of resource allocation of data link network based on genetic algorithm is proposed. In this method, the constraints of resource allocation in data link network arc modeled from four aspects: transmission distance, relay or not, network capacity and terminal performance. According to the priority of message transmission, the objective function of maximizing the benefit of message transmission is constructed. Finally, the model function is implemented by using MATLAB. The average benefit and maximum benefit of network resource allocation are obtained by simulation, and the optimal result of network resource allocation is selected as a group of allocation results with the highest output benefit.

The implementation of a Fractional Order Proportional Integral Derivative (FOPID) controller for a DC-DC Buck converter is presented in this paper. Power conversion in such converters is a critical operation. Efficient conversion of power can lead to extension of battery life, reduction in heat, and allows it to build smaller gadgets. These can be achieved by designing an efficient controller. Recently, fractional order controller is found to be an alternative for the conventional Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller, so as to achieve better controller performance. The FOPID-based Buck converter is implemented in MATLAB and the controller is tuned using the Nelder Mead method of optimization in FOMCON Toolbox. The implemented controller's performance is compared with the PID controller. The simulation results shows that the transient performance of the device using the FOPID controller has been significantly improved. © 2020 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

To improve the accuracy of heading angle measured by electronic compass. a new error compensation method is proposed based on adaptive differential evolution algorithm and BP neural network. In the method, the 3-layer BP neural network is used to model heading angle error, and adaptive differential evolution algorithm is adopted to train the weights of network, thus obtaining a more exact error model, and compensating the heading angle error measured by electronic compass. This method is compared with eight position least square, BP neural network, differential evolution algorithm, BP neural network optimization and other compensation *** accuracy of error compensation is improved obviously, and it has the characteristics of strong global optimization ability, fast convergence speed and good stability. The experimental results show that after compensation, the error range of heading angle is decreased from -16 degrees similar to 30.7 degrees to -0.22 degrees similar to 0.2 degrees , which satisfies the needs of higher accuracy navigation systems.

Current development of power engineering in Russia is characterized by deployment of power units with distributed multifunctional automatic process control systems (APCS) based on software and hardware systems (I&C) complex with hierarchical network structure. I&C is the backbone of this structure and APCS creates common information and technological environment of the power unit. Key issues of the multifunctional APCS are associated with lack of the technical efficiency of the I&C, usage of unproven control algorithms and immaturity of the system development technology. Overcoming the identified key issues in the development of the technology of creating I&C and APCS as a whole is associated with the formation of special functionality developed by I&C, their capabilities to use mathematical models of control objects and processes in real time (RT), assessing the information properties of controlled and uncontrolled parameters and generated signals. Performance paradigm (price/quality) of the APCS which answers on these questions can be received only after putting system in the operation and caring additional work on the assessment and optimization of information-functional and technical structures of APCS. The report discusses some new results in solving the indicated issues as part of improving the technology of modern APCS and prospects for their development as the main scientific direction of the Department of Automatic control Systems of ISPU. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. For microgrids linked to the major network via the contact line, a optimization strategy of microgrid participation in energy market is proposed in this paper. A stochastic optimization model based on scenario method is established for the microgrid to optimize the energy bids for the day-ahead (DA) and real-time (RT) balancing market, respectively. In the first stage, the bidding strategy of the microgrid is optimized in the DA market, and in the second stage, according to the clearing result, the micro-grid re-optimizes its power generation plan and the real-time tie-line power exchange plan. The proposed strategy is verified based on the market rules and electricity price of PJM. The method proposed in this paper can help the microgrid to determine the optimal strategy to participate in the energy market and reduce its running cost effectively.

Wireless sensor network is regarded as one of the ten emerging technologies that will change the world in the 21st century. The related basic theories, key technologies and application models have been widely studied in the industry and academia. As one of its key supporting technologies, localization technology has attracted much attention. In this paper, an improved localization algorithm based on invasive weed optimization is presented and used for the field of localization in wireless sensor network. It uses two stages to complete the node location estimation. In the first stage, the region of nodes is estimated by proactive estimation method, and in the second stage, the location of nodes is estimated by search optimization. During the execution of the algorithm, several measures were taken to improve the performance of algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has higher localization accuracy and better stability under different ranging errors. Moreover, for the same accuracy requirement, the new algorithm needs fewer anchor nodes, which is more conducive to the cost control of the system. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The integration of large-scale renewable distributed power supply will change the power flow distribution of distribution network, which leads to the possibility of overvoltage and line blocking during the system operation. In this paper, the conditional value at risk(CVaR) theory is used to construct the risk assessment indexes of voltage overrun and power flow overrun. The optimization scheduling model of active distribution network(ADN) considering CVaR security constraints is established to pursue the economic optimization on the basis of ensuring the safe operation. In order to verify the rationality and superiority of the model and method proposed in this paper, the simulation calculation is carried out on the improved IEEE33 node test system. The results show that the scheduling model can objectively reflect the system operation risks, control the system risks within the allowable range, and ensure the safe and economic operation of ADN.
