In this study, the reasearch is focused on the simulation of vehicular communication networks, especially intelligent traffic systems, to enhance dependability, safety, and optimality in communication. The simulation is performed using the OMNeT++ simulator and is integrated with the Veins framework that uses the ieee 802.11p protocol for V2V and V2I communications. Importing real-world traffic scenarios into the framework is obtained via the use of SUMO through TraCIScenarioManager. Other features of the framework include the definition of mobility models, dynamic obstacles, and detailed radio propagation modeling. TraCIDemo11p is used for mobility and communication by both RSUs and vehicles with applications in beaconing and channel switching. The whole framework analyzes smart traffic management solutions, providing as much insight into their performance based upon the communication reliability and overall efficiency in vehicular networks. © 2025 ieee.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming robotic cleaning systems to be more efficient, safe, and adapt in various environments, including public spaces and industrial facilities. The novelty of these systems is the use of advanced sensing and deep learning to identify areas that need cleaning, plan paths, and save resources all while meeting high cleanliness standards required in sensitive areas like hospitals and pharmaceutical facilities. The objective is how recent developments in path planning, dirt detection, and predictive maintenance improve these systems, which reduce costs and perform without human supervision. Though these systems work well, challenges remain in deciding on cleaning paths for complex spaces, correctly detecting various types of dirt, adapting to changing environments, and maintaining to prevent breakdowns. © 2025 ieee.

The rapid advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), microservices architecture, and cloud computing highly impact airlines in optimizing reservation systems. This review paper attempts to analyze the ongoing trend, challenges, and future opportunities of AI-enabled microservices toward cloud-based airline reservation systems. AI with machine learning and deep learning supports dynamic pricing, personalized services, and better demand forecasting, transforming booking, pricing, and customer experience. While microservices architecture offers scalability and flexibility, in conjunction with cloud computing, it optimizes airline demands and system performance. At the same time, challenges such as data privacy and security, scalability, interoperability, and costs are still present with adopting cloud-based microservices. Case studies are provided in this paper, as well as a thorough exposition of future directions of AI in airline reservation systems, such as the application of emerging AI techniques like reinforcement learning, evolution toward microservice architecture, and the influence of new cloud computing models such as edge and hybrid clouds. In addition, the work points out research gaps in areas such as real-time predictive analytics and security measures. Findings indicate a transforming potential of service on airline reservation systems for AI-facilitated microservices and cloud computing and provide possible suggestions for overcoming the current challenges to harness great efficiency from them. © 2025 ieee.

Android OS vulnerabilities necessitate improved malware mitigation. Machine learning (ML) offers solutions but struggles with imbalanced datasets, reducing effectiveness in detecting minority classes. Traditional methods include sampling, feature engineering, data augmentation, and ensemble learning. This study proposes using Conditional Tabular GAN (CTGAN) to generate synthetic data for minority classes. Preprocessing includes scaling, classification with LightGBM, and feature selection (FS) to assess its impact. Using the CICMalDroid2020 dataset, results showed CTGAN without FS achieved the highest accuracy (95.17%), followed by FS without CTGAN (94.87%), no FS or CTGAN (94.74%), and both CTGAN and FS (94.66%). These results highlight CTGAN's superior impact on performance. © 2025 ieee.

Cryptographic hash functions are fundamental to secure digital interactions. This paper surveys one-way hashing, covering theoretical foundations, historical developments, cryptanalytic challenges, and widely trusted standards like SHA-2, SHA-3, and BLAKE2/BLAKE3. It also explores experimental designs and proprietary functions enhancing password protection, IoT security, and blockchain mechanisms. The study examines tensions between performance and security, classical versus post-quantum resilience, and theoretical rigor versus practical engineering. Hashing is both a mature discipline and an evolving frontier, poised to adapt to changing computational paradigms and sophisticated adversarial methods while meeting growing demands for data integrity and authenticity guarantees. © 2025 ieee.

A computing system that is based on the internet and offers users all resources as on-demand services. Servers, storage, databases, software, and networking are among these on-demand services. Usually, the user must pay for the use of the resources;they are not their property. The number of people using this technology is increasing dramatically as a result of these features. Although it has benefits, cloud computing poses certain security and privacy risks. The authorized user’s data can be stolen easily. This current research thoroughly investigates modern strategies to these problems, highlighting identity management protocols, effective encryption and blockchain-based solutions. The article identifies research gaps, focuses attention to the inadequacies of current approaches, and recommends the possible ways to improve the efficiency, scalability and trustworthiness. © 2025 ieee.

Due to the rapid growth of technology usage of Internet of Things devices has revolutionized in multiple domains and areas, but still there are few challenges to address like security and performance issues. Most of the traditional approaches are not sufficient in solving those issues related to IoT ecosystems. This paper aims to present a block chain technology-based solution to the problems of security challenges and improvement in integrity, confidentiality, and availability for IoT systems. The features of Block chain in the sense of an immutable nature help secure the IoT system to share data with others, enhance authentication, and transparency. The integration of block chain with IoT devices can also ensure data provenance thus creating an environment for trust with users and stakeholders. To build this blockchain-based IoT system, the proposed architecture ensures a framework of not only ensuring the security of the IoT ecosystem but also sustainability. Future work will be based on designing prototypes and applications within real-world environments to validate the effectiveness of these proposed solutions in various IoT scenarios. © 2025 ieee.

Clustering algorithms play a pivotal role in uncovering hidden patterns and relationships within diverse datasets. This study discusses about an enhanced real-time clustering approach based on the Birch methodology, optimized for analyzing both structured and unstructured data. Structured data, consisting of IoT sensor readings, and unstructured image data, captured using Raspberry Pi devices deployed in various locations, were analyzed to identify meaningful patterns. For structured data, the algorithm effectively clustered environmental parameters, revealing correlations and anomalies. For unstructured data, high-dimensional image features extracted using a pre-trained VGG16 model were clustered, uncovering patterns in texture, color, and structure. Experimental results demonstrate the algorithm's scalability and efficiency, achieving high-quality clusters with average Silhouette Scores of 0.87 and 0.81 for structured and unstructured datasets, respectively. These findings highlight the algorithm's adaptability and its potential for real-time analytics in diverse applications such as environmental monitoring and image-based decision-making systems. © 2025 ieee.

ClipXpert is a new system that automates the extraction of relevant clips from YouTube videos using user-defined keywords or frequently used word or comment analysis. The system uses advanced transcription models to search a pre-existing database for lines associated with the provided keywords. If the database doesn't contain the keywords, it dynamically identifies and stores relevant content for future use. ClipXpert also automates identifying frequently used nouns, adjectives, and adverbs to generate focused content highlights without user intervention. It also performs sentiment analysis on YouTube comments to understand audience engagement and reception. ClipXpert enhances video content extraction efficiency and accuracy, catering to the growing demand for targeted, high-value clips in the digital media landscape. © 2025 ieee.
