Discovering knowledge from the amount of data plays an important role in the era of big data and FP-Growth algorithm is one of the most successful methods for learning association rules. Though the FP-Growth algorithm only needs scan two times, it has a poor efficiency for large datasets. There are already efforts have been made to solve the problem by using some Meta-heuristic optimization algorithms, such as particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO), immune algorithms etc, which outperform the traditional FP-Growth algorithm and shows strong performance. However, PSO is easy to trap in the local optimums. A novel algorithm ant lion optimizer (ALO) was proposed and with the advantages of global optimization, good robustness, and high convergence accuracy, which was applied to many engineering fields like antenna array synthesis, integrated process planning, scheduling and so on. In the paper, a novel association rule extraction algorithm is put forward based on the ant lion optimization algorithm. A new fitness schema based on confidence and support has been used in this approach, which avoids part of unnecessary searching processes of the FP-Growth algorithm and leads the method of searching the optimization solution more effectively. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of our approach, experiments on various datasets are carried out and experimental results are compared with some other classical meta-heuristic algorithms, experimental results testify the performance of the proposed method.

Image segmentation is the indispensable part in the field of computer vision. There are tremendous methods for handling this task such as Otsu-thresholding and Fuzzy C-means (FCM). However, the segmentation results of the images are occasionally unsatisfactory due to the presence of noise. In this paper, two kinds of spatial information consisting of the relative position information and the intensity information of the neighborhood pixels in an image are taken into consideration in constructing the objective function in FCM. Moreover, Ant Lion Optimization, one of the recently proposed optimization algorithms is utilized to optimize the relevant index. Bio-inspired ALO has the robust ability to find optimal parameters in search spaces. So the proposed approach to image segmentation based on Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) and Ant Lion Optimization (ALO) may alleviate this problem to a certain degree. A series of experimental validation has been implemented for demonstrating the performance of the proposed approach in the end of the paper.

In today's world, it's almost impossible to find a sphere of human life in which information technologies would not be used. On the one hand, it simplifies human life - virtually everyone carries a mini-computer in his pocket and it allows to perform many operations, that took a lot of time, in minutes. In addition, IT has simplified and promptly developed areas such as medicine, banking, document circulation, military, and many other infrastructures of the state. Nevertheless, even today, privacy remains a major problem in many information transactions. One of the most important directions for ensuring the information confidentiality in open communication networks has been and remains its protection by cryptographic methods. Although it is known that traditional cryptography methods give reasons to doubt in their reliability, quantum cryptography has proven itself as a more reliable information security technology. As far is it quite new direction there is no sufficiently complete classification of attacks on quantum cryptography methods, in view of this new extended classification of attacks on quantum protocols and quantum cryptosystems is proposed in this work Classification takes into account the newest attacks (which use devices loopholes) on quantum key distribution equipment. These attacks have been named quantum hacking. Such classification may be useful for choosing commercially available quantum key distribution system. Also abstract model of eavesdropper in quantum systems was created and it allows to determine a set of various nature measures that need to be further implemented to provide reliable security with the help of specific quantum systems.

This paper is devoted to development of a method of the results preparation for development of the digital circuits carrying out addition operation which is basic for arithmetic calculations. The method of the results preparation is widely presented in information technologies. By this method all libraries, including libraries of the software and IP-core libraries are organized. The method gained development in design of the fixed-point adders on FPGA with the LUT-oriented architecture for the organization of operation of the logical elements in the dynamic arithmetic mode with the accelerated propagation of carry signal. We offer development of a method of the results preparation for realization of arithmetic addition of the floating-point numbers which plays an important role in processing of approximate data. Floating-point addition operates with the numbers presented by mantissas and exponents. The method of the results preparation provides paralleling of processing the exponents and mantissas which are traditionally carried out consistently: at first operations with exponents determine shift sizes, and then the shift of mantissas is executed. Parallelization of processes is carried out by preparation of a set of the sums for various options of their relative positioning after shift. The size of shift is used for the choice of the sum corresponding to it from a set of the prepared sums. The offered method is estimated by time of operation performance in floating-point addition and complexity of its realization for decisions with various level of circuit parallelism.

The success of R&D projects and innovation projects have a significant effect on technology enhancement and new product development, while developing project success criteria and customizing methods to measure the project success for R&D projects and innovation projects is a demanding task. In addition, the late assessment of project success in R&D projects and innovation projects has been associated with noticeable waste in time and budget. This research is based on previous studies of the authors that customized the new hybrid methodology to manage R&D&I projects in CFAA and validated the project success dimensions and criteria. In the previous researches of authors the hybrid project management methodology for R&D&I projects was developed and the project success dimensions and criteria were defined. This research aimed to answer the following question regarding the R&D&I project success evaluation. When is an appropriate time to assess the project success? Apparently the late assessment of project success is associated with significant drawbacks, therefore, the assessment of project success during the project management life cycle is the purpose of this research. The research methodology is based on the survey regarding the assessment of the project success from the project manager's perspective. The project's success criteria in the survey were translated into qualitative questions ranked through Likert scale and the survey was constructed through reviewing the literature regarding the project success criteria. The validity and reliability of survey were confirmed through smart PLS software to validate the relevancy of questions to measure the contribution of each project success dimensions in the project's success. Finally, the extension of the Hybrid R&D&I project management methodology is proposed which contains the gates to assess the project success criteria by means of this survey in each gate during the project management life cycle.

The dynamic path design problem of automated-guided vehicle (AGV) systems is one of the most important but difficult issues in the advanced manufacturing system, which was proposed by Gaskins. In this paper, a mathematical model for the dynamic path design problem is developed, and an intelligent solution approach has been presented based on the big-data calculation method. Firstly, the calculation architecture of the big-data is set up. Then, a data-driven intelligent algorithm is adopted to obtain a feasibility near-to-optimal path design solution for multi-AGV system, which considers the total transportation as a main objective. Finally, a complex manufacturing environment is set to verify the efficiency of the proposed data-driven intelligent approach for dynamic path design problem of the multi-AGVs system. The experimental results indicate that the proposed approach can obtain a quite effective for dynamic path design problem. © 2019 ieee.

This research work presents a traces engineering method for 1/interactive traces visualization and 2/computation of indicators helping to enhance collaboration in Learning Management systems (LMS). The aims is to extend the LMS features by incorporating the intelligence of the multi-Agents approach, semantic Web technologies and cloud computing services in order to intelligently support collaborative learning. The proposed system is implemented as a LMS based on a cloud architecture and integrating a multi-Agents based-system for traces collection and content analysis and filtering. data collected are modeled, stored, transformed, analyzed and filtered in order to visualize traces and calculate interaction indicators helping tutors to make optimal decisions supporting collaboration. The proposed approach is implemented through a representative prototype. The paper presents the graphical interface of the tool with some examples of computation of indicators of a social nature. © 2019 ieee.
