A Paper suggests methodology for automated control program synthesis for typical process plan that is developed in the production planning and enhanced with PLC specific information according to the IEC 61131-3 standard. Due to typical plant architecture even part of control algorithms for the equipment or overall program structure can be ready made. This paper presents the way to build those control algorithms and automated generation of the control program for Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Process signal coding, special PLC templates and meta-program for the plant control program is also presented.

This work proposed an improvement for the visual odometry based on a new hardware design concept. Generally, a visual odometry system relies on one stereo camera to detect the 3D features which are used as input for the ego motion estimation process. However, such design usually faced with the motion ambiguity problem resulting in poor estimation of the ego motion. The proposed multi-camera system solves this problem using an intuitive hardware design that enables a simple yet effective way to eliminate the motion ambiguity problems. Experiment results show that the proposed system yields better ego motion estimation compared to the conventional single camera system.

IP-PBX(Private Branch Exchange) is used widely in many fields, it provides robust, high performance and intelligent IP telephony functions it supports the industry standard protocol Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and offers the sophisticated telephony functions that meet the full spectrum of business requirements. In this paper the characteristics of both IP-PBX function and other kind of SIP phone are analyzed in details, features such as call hold and its retrieve, call group, find me, music on hold, call transfer, call park and its retrieve etc. with kinds of SIP phone features are analyzed successfully. Most of the services shown in this document are implemented in the SIP user agents, these features are not intended to be an exhaustive set, but rather show implementations of common features likely to be implemented on SIP IP telephony in a business environment. This document provides examples of call flows detailing a SIP implementation of the following traditional telephony services and also presents a study over the standard VoIP protocol, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and how to capture the packets using the open source packet capture tool © 2011 ieee.

This paper presents a framework for determining the orientation of human faces with a fixed monocular camera which can be used for the purposes of the gaze tracking afterwards. We use homography relation between two views/frames to handle with the lack of depth information. In order to compensate for the lack of depth information in the relationships between the 2D images in the image plane and the 3D Euclidean space, we present a complete vision-based approach to pose estimation. The homography relates corresponding points captured at two different locations of the face and determines the relationships between the two locations using pixel information and intrinsic parameters of the camera. In order to determine the mapping between the two images, it is assumed that in each frame in the video sequence, we are able to locate, extract and labeled four feature points of the face located at virtual plane attached to the face. Face detection and facial feature extraction are executed with Viola-Jones method. The verification stage for face detection use combined cascade of neural network classifiers uses the convolutional neural network.

Control valves are used mainly within industrial plants to control operating conditions such as flow, pressure, temperature, and liquid level by fully or partially opening or closing in response to signals received from controllers. The fully opening or closing of control valves is done by means of electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems. These control signals, more common now are 4-20mA signals for industry, 0-10V for HVAC systems, & the introduction of "Smart" systems, HART, Fieldbus Foundation, & Profibus being the more common protocols. Developing Distributed Control System is a major industrial concern since those systems are more and more complex and involved in many safety critical application fields. Third-generation DCS employ powerful object-oriented design technology to enable efficiency improvements within daily operations and maintenance activities. In this paper, the Innovative, modernization, design, integration, development and implementation of Valve Master Control Multi-Networking for a computer-based (DCS) tank gauging system for the Large Tank Farm is described. The complex included 37 storage tanks located at 10 different groups. Each group supports data collection on the pipeline computer located in the main control room. The new and modern tank level gauging systems incorporate Radar gauges for tanks, with transmitters for temperature and pressure. All types of these gauges offer an upgrade in performance and maintainability.

Energy of active RFID tags is limited for data being transmitted to the Reader, so a new method for Sustained data acquisition of RFID reader with 2.45GHz band is proposed to reduce Power Consumption of the tags. After tags being identified by the reader, a communication mechanism which is used by active tags to upload data sustainably with allocated time slots without collision is adopted based on ISO/IEC18000-4 protocol. Power Consumption of tags' collision can be reduced. And the scheme is realized by a set of commands and parameters which are used to control data transmission from the tags to the reader. Finally, the analysis of its effect by calculating shows that power consumption of the RFID system for sustained data acquisition can be effectively reduced. © 2010 ieee.

This paper introduces a new hyper-heuristic framework for automatically searching and changing potential solutions to a particular problem. The solutions and the problem data sets are placed into a grid and then a game is played to try and optimise the total cost over the whole grid, using a random ising process. The randomisation could be compared to a simulated annealing approach, where the aim is to improve the solution space as a whole, possibly at the expense of certain better solutions. It is hoped that this will give the solution search an appropriate level of robustness to allow it to avoid local optima. © 2010 ieee.
