Cross-domain recommendation is a hot research field of recommendation systems because it can alleviate the problem of data sparsity. Recent work focus on integrating user long-term and short-term preferences in cross-domain recommendation. These methods learn long-term preferences from user attributes and short-term preferences from attributes of recent interactive items. But these methods only use short-term interactions and attribute information, ignoring the long-term interactions. Therefore, how to make full use of interactive items to achieve accurate recommendation in cross-domain recommendation is the main issue of our research. To this end, this paper proposes a model based on Attentive Graph Neural Networks and Gate Recurrent Unit, namely, AGNNGRU-CDR. The main work is as follows: (1) Learning long-term preferences by gated graph neural networks from long-term interactions and learning short-term preferences by gate recurrent unit from short-term interactions. (2) Concatenating and transferring user preferences through attention mechanism. Experiments on public datasets demonstrate the superiority of the method proposed in this paper. © 2021 ieee.

Based on the resource integration and resource coordination of computer technology, piano teaching, as a discipline, will effectively use computer technology to mine valuable data information for teaching from massive data. The application of computer technology has subverted and promoted the traditional piano teaching mode in normal universities. Due to the new system analysis algorithm added by computer technology in the teaching process of piano teaching in normal universities, with the continuous expansion of the amount of data in piano teaching, the requirements for the system storage performance and operation speed of piano teaching in normal universities are also increasing. In order to further improve the comprehensive performance of computer technology in the piano teaching system model of normal universities, this paper proposes a hybrid model learning method, which is a hybrid incremental learning method using computer a model and data. This method can quickly carry out professional teaching for learners, and establish a dynamic learning scheme for learners through data analysis. © 2021 ieee.

Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) in the urban setting are often conducted on the medium to large scale. These CEA setups are often touted as a potential solution to the food desert problem, and as a method to reduce the distance from the farm to plate. Sometimes, the CEA setup could act as a piece of Green Architecture in the city, as is the case for Rooftop Gardens. This study proposed an IoT (Internet of Things) enabled agricultural setups called the Smart Planter, to be comfortably used by home owners that may have problems with growing edible food and herbs within their homes. The system design of the Smart Planter maintains several operational functions and automation from the larger CEA setups, bringing to the urban home owners the opportunity to grow from produce. The Smart Planter intended to bring to the urban home owners the benefits of a recreational activity, an educational experience and ease of access to nutrition. The result of this study is a physical model of the automated system that can detect and regulate the environment. © 2021 ieee.

Various structures of self-organization processes in multivariable dynamic control systems of socio-technical dynamic objects are considered on the example of scientific schools and educational systems. The study of the mechanism for the emergence of synergistic properties in a given class of systems is carried out at the level of their mathematical models, which are a set of interconnected nonlinear differential equations. The description of a multivariable control system is based on its structural and functional decomposition into separate real subsystems and multidimensional connections between them. This description allowed us to identify some regularities in the emergence of synergistic properties. Numerical examples are given showing the advantages of this research technology. © 2021 ieee.

There appear to be two problems with organizing educational programs in higher education institutions to meet the needs of the current job market. The first issue is that higher education institutions use the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program solely for the development of professional competences, although digital competences are also important. The second issue is that the evidence from WIL information system cannot be publicized to the online job market due to lack of credibility. The objective of this research is to address both issues: (1) promote digital competence in the WIL program and (2) build the credibility of digital evidence with Blockchain technology. The research method has three phases: (1) study of related research, (2) study of related technologies, and (3) architecture designs. The result of the research is an architecture that can publicize reliable digital competence from WIL program to the job market with Blockchain technology. © 2021 ieee.

Network-based classroom is intended to spread courses through the Internet, so that people can share educational resources through the Internet. The existing network-based classroom can collect students' video images, body behavior and other information, track students' learning status, including whether they listen carefully and answer questions actively. However, it ignores the real-time tracking of students' mastery of knowledge concepts and can not provide personalized learning strategy. In order to solve this problem, we design an learning strategy model based on deep knowledge tracking. The model is divided into two steps. Firstly, the model analyzes the sequence of students' exercises through deep learning algorithm, and predicts students' mastery of knowledge concepts. Then, according to the prediction results and students' learning situation, C4.5 algorithm is used to generate learning strategy decision tree to provide students with personalized learning strategy. The model is tested on two real datasets. The results show that the model has a good performance in predicting students' mastery of knowledge concepts and providing learning strategies. © 2021 ieee.

In order to help the state formulate a reasonable policy for the reform of the higher education system, we first establish a model for evaluating the health of the national higher education system by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the model is used to evaluate several typical countries. Then combined with the specific situation of our country's higher education, it puts forward the targeted improvement measures and policies for our country, and establishes the prediction model of the development of higher education system. Finally, we were able to arrive at a reasonable vision and a concrete implementation timetable. © 2021 ieee.

From the past year, Online Examination has become popular in all the educational fields due to covid19 and its flexibility. However, the institutions and community confront a big difficulty in terms of proctoring methods, as it is extremely difficult to administer cheating-free online exams. Here we present techniques and tools through which the proctor need not to be present throughout the exam. This is based on neural networks and machine learning. Our AI-based model will be able to detect any unfair means in an examination. Our experiments proved that the proposed system is better than the existing ones. © 2021 ieee.
