Aiming at the requirements of multiple UAVs self-organizing management and cooperative detection in confrontation environment, an open multi-platforms sensor management system is proposed. The implementation structure of the system is described in detail, and the design of functional modules, management strategies and implementation methods are given. The scheme can respond to various types and levels of avionics tasks, and can comprehensively consider and balance the system's many task requirements and various service requests, so that the overall performance of the system can be optimized. It is proved that the self-organizing management and intelligent task assignment of multiple UAVs can be realized and the autonomous detection ability and task completion rate can be effectively improved in this scheme.

With the advent of the big data era, large-scale semantic data has emerged. Semantic data contains some important but usually implicit information, which can be derived through reasoning. The conventional single-machine reasoners inevitably have problems such as insufficient computing performance and scalability. And the existing largescale reasoners have limited functions, they cannot fully and effectively support Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL). In this regard, we propose a scalable distributed reasoning method for SWRL using Spark SQL. This paper shows how to use Spark to generate reasoning plan of SWRL rules, which are used in subsequent reasoning stages. We define a hierarchical data structure to represent the reasoning plan, and designed some variant data structures to facilitate generating reasoning plan. We also use Spark to implement distributed generating the reasoning plan of rule base which composed of rules.

In this paper, the influence of current sensors of a NILM system is investigated. The current sensors of a classical inductive current transformer and a Rogowski coil are compared. To evaluate the actual influence on the NILM, measurements are performed with two measuring systems with different current sensors. With these measuring systems, 20 different consumers with 50 switch-on and switch-off cycles are measured in parallel. Besides, the influence of the sampling rate on the results of the NILM classification is evaluated. The classification is carried out with features normalized to the performance and without phase information, so only the signal waveform is used to differentiate the devices.
