Increasing and improving the performance of sensors in intelligent systems is an important means to increase intelligence. According to the defects of FDM nozzle based on multi-sensor technology, in order to control the stepping motor accurately, this paper controls the acceleration and deceleration of the stepping motor, and realizes the 5-segment S acceleration and deceleration curve. On this basis, the temperature control algorithm of nozzle and hot bed is designed and verified by experiments, and good temperature control effect is achieved.

In order to meet the needs of monitoring the pressure and tension of the construction site, a high-precision low-cost driving circuit of vibrating wire sensor is designed. In order to simplify the driving circuit, a single power supply is used to solve the problem of negative power supply that we do not want to face. The STM32 microcontroller is used as the main control chip to realize the overall control of the system. The control mode of frequency sweep stimulation is adopted to realize the fast excitation of the vibrating wire sensor, and the equal precision frequency measurement method is used to read the resonant frequency of the vibrating wire sensor accurately.

On the basis of optimal allocation of distributed generation in conventional distribution network, and considering the characteristics of active distribution system and the influence of controllable loads, a two-layer optimal configuration model of distributed generation is established. The upper layer model is used to solve the optimal allocation and sizing of distributed power sources for active distribution systems and the lower layer model is used to solve the optimal strategy of controllable loads in each period. The output uncertainty of uncontrollable distributed generators, such as wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation, is characterized by box uncertain set based on robust optimization theory. With this model, the optimal configuration of distributed generation can be solved and the factors of operation and dispatch can be taken into account. To some extent, the overall planning and operation of active distribution system can be realized. Finally, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the two-layer optimization model. The rationality of the proposed model, the applicability of genetic algorithm, and the strong ability of global optimization are verified by case studies of ieee 33-bus distribution system.

In this paper, a distributed motion planner based on routing and local dynamic programming is proposed. First, the routing planner generates a high-level reference based on the road segments and zones defined in the Road Network Definition File (RNDF). Then the physical and logical structure of the environment is used to construct a uniform sampling space along the reference, in which a feasible trajectory is grown by numerous incremental sampling points. Finally, a smooth trajectory that meets kinematic constraints in the dynamic and uncertain environment is efficiently generated by use of forward simulation of the vehicle-controller system. In this paper, both the safety and comfort are considered to meet the driving experience, and a recursive function is used to make the trajectory search easier and faster. The proposed motion planner is implemented and tested on a real unmanned vehicle in three different scenarios, and the results show that the framework can output high-quality trajectories to guide the vehicle to its destination safely.
