Due to the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, there is a closer and more complex coupling relationship between energy network and information network in the integrated energy park than ever that included electricity, heat and other energy forms, constituting the IoT-Enable integrated energy park (IIEP). In the IIEP, massive data information can be comprehensively collected and managed, which provides the possibility of energy sharing among the internal prosumers. In order to improve the utilization rate of equipment and reduce the energy costs of prosumers in the IIEP, this paper presents a distributed energy sharing service mechanism. Firstly, the architecture and business process of the sharing service mechanism are designed. And then, the coordinated operation model and strategy aiming at minimizing the net energy cost of all prosumers in the IIEP are established. Furthermore, to provide clarity on the benefits and costs for each participating entity, the sharing benefit allocation and the cost settlement models are set up. Finally, the results of case study demonstrate that the presented sharing service mechanism effectively improves the overall utilization of distributed energy supply and storage systems, promotes local sharing and consumption of distributed energy, and reduces the energy costs of prosumers. © 2023 ieee.

distributed deep learning systems commonly use synchronous data parallelism to train models. However, communication overhead can be costly in distributed environments with limited communication bandwidth. To reduce communication overhead, an intuitive approach is to increase the communication interval. However, increasing the communication interval often affects the convergence speed of the model, requiring more epochs to train the model to the target accuracy, thereby reducing the statistical efficiency of the training algorithm. To address these issues in distributed synchronous data parallel training algorithms and communication interval selection methods, this paper proposes a training algorithm that combines skip communication strategies and correction techniques to ensure low communication overhead and high statistical efficiency. The training algorithm maintains a small batch size through local updates in each training process and employs correction techniques to reduce the divergence among individual local models, thereby ensuring high statistical efficiency. At the same time, the training algorithm utilizes a skip communication strategy to update the global model, meaning that the global model is not updated with every iteration, but rather updated once every few iterations. This reduces the frequency of communication, ensuring low communication overhead. Experimental results show that this training algorithm reduces total training time by 88.9%, 74.9%, 34.1%, and 82.4% compared to SSGD, SkipSSGD, LocalSGD, and SMA, respectively. © 2024 ieee.

A quantum internet is an emerging quantum information technology, possibly becoming a pinnacle of wide-area distributed system allowed under the laws of physics. The current expansion of quantum technologies would lead to innumerable types of quantum systems, composed of various kinds of quantum devices connected by a dedicated quantum network. However, the (inter)connectivity offered by a quantum internet should ideally be agnostic of the technologies used by each component system. Furthermore, concurrent progresses of the quantum technologies complicate the task of defining what a quantum internet is. In this paper, we adopt a backcasting approach to elucidate what a quantum internet should be. We begin by discussing what we believe to be the requirements of an ultimate distributed quantum system, from which we explain what role a quantum internet would play in achieving this ultimate system. We then lead to more practical requirements on a quantum internet, considering the known and expected constraints in designing a quantum internet. We also organize and categorize the relationship among known quantum network technologies and services relevant to a quantum internet. We hope this document to lay a common ground for all the key stakeholders of a quantum internet, including researchers, industrial enterprises, and policy makers and regulators.

High penetration of distributed energy resources (DERs) has introduced challenges in maintaining power balance for grid operators. The existing literature has overlooked the importance of incorporating look-ahead economic dispatch of (aggregated) flexible resources. This limitation could result in cascading effects caused by uncertainties, which impede the reliable and efficient operation of the system. To address this issue, we propose an algorithm based on the Newton-Armijo Backtracking scheme to aggregate DER flexibility and enable multi-step look-ahead dispatch of flexibility. Our algorithm aims to optimize DERs flexibility utilization, mitigate the impact of uncertainties in power system operations with short-term forecasts, and make informed decisions to maintain power balance. The Newton-Armijo Backtracking algorithm is employed to efficiently search for optimal solutions by iteratively adjusting control variables and determining appropriate step sizes during the optimization process. Through extensive simulations and case studies, the proposed algorithm is validated to be effective in incorporating DER flexibility and demonstrates significant improvements in power balance, reliability, and economic efficiency. © 2024 ieee.

With the development of network society, individuals and enterprises generate massive data every day. However, the traditional relational MySQL database has poor performance in storing and processing massive data. In the case of huge amount of data, MySQL may even crash, which obviously cannot meet the needs of massive data storage. Obviously, with more and more emphasis on user-friendliness, the storage and processing application of massive data determine the future development of enterprises. This paper discusses the storage engine, high concurrency, architecture and distributed cluster of HBase, and then compares the performance differences between MySQL and HBase optimized with Bloom filter(Bloom HBase) on Linux platform. © 2021 ieee.

With the increasing complexity of global procurement chains, the efficiency and security of financial information sharing have become key to improving procurement chain management. This study aims to explore the application of smart ledger in procurement chain financial information sharing, in order to improve transaction transparency, reduce costs, and enhance the synergy of the procurement chain. This article proposes a blockchain based procurement chain financial information sharing model, which utilizes the distributed ledger and smart contract characteristics of blockchain to achieve efficient information sharing and automated financial transaction processing. By constructing a simulated procurement chain environment, this article evaluated the performance of the proposed model, including transaction processing speed, system security, data consistency, operating costs, and user satisfaction. The experimental results show that smart ledger can effectively improve the efficiency of information sharing in procurement chain finance, enhance transaction transparency, reduce operating costs, and improve user satisfaction. The automatic execution feature of smart contracts reduces manual intervention and improves the efficiency and accuracy of contract management. Smart ledger provides an innovative solution for information sharing in procurement chain finance. The proposed model is theoretically feasible and effective in practice, which can significantly improve the operational efficiency and security of procurement chain finance. © 2024 ieee.

A distributed Telemetry System is generally employed where the length of the flight it is installed is more or the flight has many stages or multiple payloads in a long-range aerospace vehicle. The local data acquisition units employed in different sections of such a distributed telemetry system, communicate to the main data acquisition unit using an internal telemetry bus, sending their own sensors data and bus data acquired by them locally. The data received from these local data acquisition units needs to be represented accurately with respect to the time it was received by the sensor to analyse the data after the mission to avoid misleading conclusions. Two different schemes are proposed for this purpose and their optimization is explained in this paper to multiplex all the data received from local data acquisition units into a single bit stream at the main data acquisition unit without losing timing information. © 2023 ieee.

As the construction of ultra-high-voltage direct current (UHVDC) transmission projects progresses, more regions are forming receiving-end power grids that integrate new energy sources and DC injection, significantly impacting the transient voltage stability of the power system. To investigate the effects of high proportions of distributed photovoltaic (PV) integration on the stability of the new power system, it is crucial to consider both DC injection and distributed PV integration in the analysis to understand the new characteristics of transient voltage at the receiving end of the grid. Initially, the study focuses on examining the new P-V characteristics of distributed PV systems interconnected with the distribution network at high penetration levels to evaluate the system's transient behavior. Subsequently, by integrating the dynamic characteristics of DC system reactive power after faults in the receiving-end AC system, and using the CIGRE standard test model, the analysis assesses the risks of DC commutation failure and transient voltage instability in the receiving-end AC system under varying distributed PV installation capacities. The results indicate that the strength of the DC receiving-end grid weakens as the PV station integration capacity increases, and under conditions where a three-phase fault occurs at the point of integration, consecutive commutation failures may potentially occur. Finally, leveraging actual data from the Tianzhong DC project in the Henan Power Grid, a receiving-end grid model incorporating the DC transmission system and distributed PV power sources is established. The study investigates the new characteristics of transient voltage at the receiving end of the grid under high proportions of distributed PV integration, confirming that the increasing installation capacity of distributed PV exacerbates the risk of transient voltage instability in the DC receiving-end grid. © 2024 ieee.

Wireless sensor networks are crucial for gathering information and managing variables. It is composed of a number of sensor nodes that are randomly positioned across the neighborhood. The longevity of the community can be increased by collecting statistics. The power-efficient information gathering Scheme (Edge computing-Enabled Wireless sensor Networks is introduced inside the advised study effort in order to stabilize statistics accumulating and strengthen supervision among sensor nodes. The sensor nodes are first separated and hooked on two assemblies, vital and non-important nodes in particular. It is based on the speed at which guesstimate facts are generated and the amount of remaining energy in each sensor node. Relay nodes are positioned close to the anchor node in order to properly gather the statistics. By using non-essential nodes in the cluster region, data collection techniques offer a way to increase the statistics series pace. In order to distribute power across sensor nodes in a dynamic environment, the electricity version makes an estimate of the strength use at the transmitter and receiver. The simulation results are performed using a network simulator tool, and they are expressed in footings of packet shipping ratio, quit-to-quit delay, and statistics group cost, energy efficiency, and network dependability. © 2023 ieee.

The blockchain based distributed power trading mechanism is an emerging energy trading model that improves the operation of the energy market by utilizing the decentralized, secure, and transparent features of blockchain technology. This article explored a blockchain based distributed power generation market-oriented transaction model, including transaction process and direct transaction mode. Subsequently, the research on consensus algorithms for distributed energy transactions was introduced in detail, including the consensus algorithm framework applicable to distributed energy transactions and the consensus process for distributed energy transactions. Finally, the consensus algorithm was subjected to experimental simulation and result analysis. The IDPOS (Improved Delegated Proof of Stack) consensus algorithm had higher consensus time, throughput, and fault tolerance than the traditional DPOS (Delegated Proof of Stack) consensus algorithm. Through the research in this article, the blockchain based distributed power trading mechanism can be better understood, providing reference and inspiration for the future energy market. © 2023 ieee.
