Nowadays, the data processing efficiency of the distribution network is very low, which is not conducive to further monitoring of power grid data. It is necessary to adopt improved dataX data synchronization technology to further enhance the management ability and work efficiency of the distribution network data center. This article was based on technologies such as big data and cloud platforms to establish a unified data sharing mode, and utilized workflow technology and file online collaboration technology to establish an engineering management process model. In terms of data source collection, this article was based on the data center and utilized improved dataX data synchronization technology to ensure data security. Apart from key query data, big data is no longer stored locally. The data storage capacity of the distribution network data center was 80TB;the data storage capacity of Google bigQuery platform was 43TB, and the data storage capacity of Microsoft Azure platform was 32TB. This article helped to improve the value of electricity data usage. © 2024 ieee.

To solve the problem of automatic mapping of single line diagrams in distribution networks, a large amount of manual adjustment is required to meet practical requirements. This article is based on automatic mapping of a distribution network in Yunnan. The system introduces machine learning technology from the big data Spark framework to the single line graph layout algorithm, and conducts application research. Firstly, this paper introduces the automatic mapping system's Technical architecture, explaining the application environment of machine learning technology, proposing the construction of a decision tree machine learning model based on the iterative binary tree 3rd generation (ID3) algorithm. The distribution network data is used as training samples to describe the construction process of the decision tree model. Furthermore, the graph adjusted sample data is used as the training set to train the layout algorithm library. The algorithm for the layout angle of the child devices is related to the parent device. Finally, it validates the machine learning model and layout algorithm using a single line diagram data instance of the distribution network. As a result, after machine learning, the generated single line diagram runs horizontally and vertically, with balanced layering of the station building and a reasonable and beautiful layout effect, which proves big data and machine learning technology and shows the effectiveness of application in automatic layout of single line diagrams. © 2024 ieee.

This paper mainly introduces some machine learning methods used in the field of data mining. The method of data mining is discussed by taking market segmentation algorithm as an example. This paper presents an improved support vector machine method. By judging the similarity between each sampling point and its closest class, the classifier is obtained by training it with support vector machine. A method based on stepwise approximation method is proposed to solve the problem of too large size of KNN training samples. The experimental results show that non-SVM is superior to SVM in classification accuracy and classification speed. In addition, this project will also adopt artificial intelligence technology to build a data analysis system for high-end wine, analyze, compare and match massive information data of high-end wine through data mining, and discover the comparison information and market potential of main ingredients in high-end wine. It is compared with the chemical composition of high-grade red wine, and the relevant marketing treatment of high-grade red wine is obtained. It can help high-grade red wine manufacturers to analyze the composition content and quality of high-grade red wine. © 2024 ieee.

The on-board data of EMU is the parameter information collected by the sensor during the operation of EMU, which plays an important role in evaluating the operating state of EMU and analyzing the cause of fault in depth. By analyzing the situation of vehicle data and combining the characteristics of 5G technology, this paper puts forward a method of vehicle data download based on 5G, designs an EMU vehicle data download and application platform, and adopts key technologies such as massive data processing and monitoring, batch efficient data analysis and large amount of data storage. To achieve vehicle data collection and transmission, data monitoring, data analysis, data sharing and comprehensive display and other functions. The realization of the platform is helpful to further promote the application of on-board data of EMU, which is of great significance to promote the fault analysis of EMU and the application of state evaluation and prediction. © 2024 ieee.

Currently, the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region is in an important period of transformation, with the construction and promotion of the electricity market requiring more diverse and accurate electricity services. In the prediction, climate change has a certain impact on medium to long-term changes in electricity consumption. However, due to the large amount of meteorological data and difficulties in processing, previous studies have found it difficult to consider multiple meteorological data. In this paper, the meteorological data is firstly clustered and analyzed by clustering algorithm named DBSCAN, and then the data in the same cluster is dimensionality reduced. Then, based on the dimensionality reduction data, the informer model is trained using the electricity consumption data and the meteorological data. Finally, based on the case study using the data sets from Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region, the prediction model for electricity consumption proposed in the paper is compared with other models to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. © 2024 ieee.

This article focuses on exploring the problems faced by 3D printing technology in the work process, and conducts in-depth research on this field by combining computer three-dimensional production technology and using modeling software as a research tool. First, this article analyzes the current status and development trends of relevant domestic knowledge. Then, through an in-depth understanding of its basic principles and characteristics, this article uses three-dimensional modeling software to generate a solid model and complete virtual prototype modeling. In addition, this article also uses CAD (Computer Aided Design) to draw two-dimensional drawings, part drawings and other files to implement the design of the 3D printing system, and verifies the final results through effect testing. The results show that the printing speed of this 3D printing manufacturing system is relatively fast and stable, and its printing resolution is also high, the adaptability of printing materials is good, with the overall adaptability being the lowest 80% and the highest 92 %. These test results ensure the printing quality and stability of the system. © 2024 ieee.

Combining Delphi's development method, a HR management system suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises is designed and implemented. According to the actual needs of enterprises, the system is divided into four functional modules, and the data and information flow of each module are designed in detail. The SQL Server 2008 is constructed for this system. The entity, attribute, relationship, connection mode and constraint conditions based on rules are defined, and the personnel information base of the enterprise is constructed, so as to achieve the purpose of personnel management of enterprises. data mining algorithm is introduced to standardize the system documents, standardize the database and connect the database. The scientific decision of personnel scheduling was made. Then the method of data mining is introduced to develop a HR management system suitable for enterprises in order to promote the sustainable development of domestic health undertakings. The effectiveness of this scheme is verified by comparison experiments. In order to assess the equivalent capacity of new energy storage in provincial power system, this paper forecasts the power demand, power supply scale and structure, and the development of the new energy storage in provincial power system in the middle and late stages of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan. It is the first time to use 5-minute power data to carry out production simulation analysis, and analyze the profit and loss distribution of power and electricity on the summer heavy load day, which breaks through the defects of the conventional power production simulation for the hourly analysis. In this paper, according to the new energy storage operating hours of 2 hours, AC side efficiency of not less than 85% of the way to measure, in 2024, 2025, the province respectively configured a new energy storage 7.15 million, 11.09 million kilowatts, the day of the discharge of electricity only accounted for the province's power shortfall of 45%, 35%. Therefore, only rely on new energy storage cannot completely solve the problem of power supply, the province needs to synergize its efforts in the source-network-load-storage to enhance system stability. © 2024 ieee.

In this study, the distribution pattern of sales volume of each category and individual product of vegetables is analyzed by firstly using the non-parametric kernel density estimation method to obtain the kernel density estimation curves of the daily sales volume of each category and individual product of vegetables, and analyzing them in combination with statistical indicators. Secondly, based on the visualization of the monthly sales volume of each category of vegetables over time and the seasonal component plot, the sales trend is studied. Finally, Spearman rank correlation analysis is utilized to explore the correlation between the sales volume of each category and individual product of vegetables. Based on this, the total sales volume of each vegetable category is further analyzed in relation to cost plus pricing, and the sales volume is predicted by a time series model optimized by a neural network model to develop a pricing strategy for the coming week in order to maximize revenue. © 2024 ieee.

The 3D operating environment of substation is established by virtual display method. By texturing it, the storage space is reduced and the realism of the model is improved. A standardized and functional interactive functional device model base is proposed to improve the simulation capability of 3D substation. Secondly, man-machine dialogue mechanism based on virtual instrument is used to realize the whole process of operation and maintenance training of virtual substation. The research contents include power quality classification, voltage classification, power grid voltage classification based on high-frequency words, and fault diagnosis of power grid based on SVM model. Finally, the functions of equipment operation, regular inspection and failure analysis are realized, and the simulation of operation process is realized in virtual environment. The system has 3D display, real-time interaction, dynamic simulation and other functions, but also can work on PC and Windows and other operating systems, so it has low cost, high efficiency, easy to use and other advantages. © 2024 ieee.
