Gaze object detection in computer vision is challenging, particularly in scenes with motion blur, multiple overlapping objects, and unclear object boundaries. Traditional methods that primarily rely on head movements struggle to perform well in such complex environments. To address these challenges, our dual-attention multimodal architecture enhances accuracy by establishing a connection between the body orientation and the gaze object while also incorporating depth information for a more precise analysis. Additionally, we introduce a novel IoC (Intersection over Confidence) metric, which provides better differentiation between gaze objects and non-targets. Our approach demonstrates superior performance on both the GOO and Gazefollow datasets, outperforming existing methods in these challenging conditions. © 2024 ieee.

Nowadays, computer technology is developing rapidly, and image recognition technology makes a very important part of it used in many places, such as surveillance, face recognition, image matching, etc. Image recognition technology can solve some problems in people's lives and scientific research. Traditional image recognition methods cannot be more accurate image recognition. the HOG algorithm is used to analyze and identify the images, and the indicators are divided according to the image forms an image recognition scheme, and comprehensively analyzes the image recognition results. the HOG algorithm based on grid cell memory are better than those of traditional image recognition methods. © 2023 ieee.

Aiming at the problems of inefficient generation of grid wiring diagrams integrated with geographic information and visualizing grid operation status insufficiently in the grid dispatching system, a 3D visualization technology of grid wiring diagrams based on Unity was proposed. This technology automatically generates a grid wiring diagram model based on geographic information of the grid objects, and displays operation status and information of the grid through animation rendering and 3D visual effect superposed. This technology has been applied in 3D visualization research of the advanced grid dispatching system, which improves the drawing efficiency of grid wiring diagrams and the display ability of grid scenarios, with a friendlier human-computer interaction experience for dispatchers. © 2023 ieee.

The frequency security issues caused by the low inertia characteristics of new power systems fundamentally result from the reduction of the system's equivalent inertia. Therefore, quantifying the minimum inertia requirements of new power systems has become an urgent engineering problem to address. Based on the analysis of the inertia supply and demand characteristics of new power systems, this paper constructs an evaluation model for the minimum inertia requirement of new power systems considering dynamic frequency constraints and conducts simulation analysis. The study verifies the system's inertia requirement levels under different proportions of new energy output and the frequency deviation situations when the system faces disturbances.

As electric Vehicle (eV) adoption accelerates, the demand for high-performance and thermally efficient charging infrastructure intensifies. With the continuous advancements and findings in the field of semiconductors and power electronics devices, the need to compare the thermal efficiencies of conventional devices and recent devices is a given. This paper gives a thorough comparative thermal analysis of different semiconductor technologies for the power devices proposed in Onboard electric Vehicle Charger (OBeVC) using the PLeCS software environment. The investigation contrasts the heat loss characteristics and thermal performance of designs utilizing conventional Silicon (Si) MOSFeTs, SiC MOSFeTs and diodes, and GaN MOSFeTs. The research incorporates precise thermal models for WBG devices, carefully taking into factors such as temperature-dependent losses and junction-to-case resistances. Furthermore, the analysis assesses the junction temperatures, maximum component temperatures, and thermal management factors for every design. The goal of this paper is to improve the design of high-performance and thermally efficient eV charging infrastructure by offering important insights into the thermal behavior of WBG Semiconductor devices in comparison to its typical Si counterparts. © 2024 ieee.

In order to respond to the goal of "double carbon", the new power system faces the problems of low inertia, weak damping and poor voltage support ability. The traditional sagging control technology can not improve the transient response characteristics of the system, and the active support ability is weak. Therefore, a GFM control strategy based on virtual inertia control is proposed to optimize the control of virtual synchronous generator and improve the dynamic stability of the system. Based on Matlab/Simulink, a mesh converter model was established to verify the applicability of the strategy, and fault simulation was carried out in PSD-BPA to verify the role of active voltage support.

Power grid patrol and field operation have the characteristics of mobility and large scope, so it is difficult to supervise their operation behavior in time and accurately. At the same time, the quantitative evaluation data of task workload, task execution, task execution efficiency and operation duration of operators lack effective collection standards and evaluation support tools. Under this background, this paper studies the evaluation method of work order processing based on business trajectory logic. Firstly, the data selling point method and Lagrange interpolation algorithm are used to process and synchronize the job data. Then, on the basis of proper data processing, the job trajectory is constructed based on business trajectory logic. The calculation method of trajectory deviation weight and the evaluation weight of physical efficiency are studied. Finally, the evaluation model and evaluation score of job trajectory tracking are established. This evaluation method can effectively solve the problems existing in the work evaluation and performance appraisal of mobile operators, improve the efficiency of power grid inspection and reduce the cost of human resources. © 2024 ieee.

Sensor networks (WSNs) are fundamental components of multi-hop cyberphysical systems, incorporating stationary and mobile components. There are, however, many attacks that can disrupt the operation of WSNs and compromise security. This paper presents an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) framework that utilizes grid Search Random Forest algorithms along with Boruta feature selection to meet these challenges. With this framework, WSN intrusions will be detected more accurately. Two benchmark datasets are used in the framework, NSL-KDD and CICIDS2017, representing different scenarios of network intrusion. Data are preprocessed through the use of Morphological Filtering and extended empirical Wavelet Transform, which eliminates noise and irrelevant features from the data. As a result of this preprocessing step, the model will be able to detect more accurately. © 2024 ieee.

In tackling the changing security issues in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) applications, the Parted Secure Data exchange Method (PSDeM) is a noteworthy development. In order to acknowledge the intrinsic heterogeneity of users and applications in WSNs, segment-based trust is crucial. PSDeM offers a sophisticated and adaptable approach to security by acknowledging that various areas of the network may require varying degrees of protection and customising security measures to those segments. PSDeM's primary novelty is its approach to reducing the erroneous rate of intrusions during data exchange periods. PSDeM presents a revolutionary paradigm where the vulnerability of one segment does not undermine the overall security of the entire data transmission. The proposed method is reliable in reducing the service latency, false rate, and service loss by 9.63%, 11.37%, and 10.68% for the maximum network regions used for data exchange. © 2024 ieee.

electric vehicle (eV) adoption on a large scale would drastically change patterns of electricity demand, posing both opportunities and challenges for modern power systems. However, the increased and often unpredictable demand from simultaneous eV charging can strain grid infrastructure, leading to potential overloads and instability. This paper proposes the Hazelnut Tree Search Algorithm (HTSA) as an effective optimization method for large-scale eV charging. The objective of the proposed method is to minimize electricity costs and improve grid efficiency in the eV charging. By optimizing charging schedules, HTSA enhances grid stability and improves load balancing throughout the power grid (PG). By then, the proposed method is implemented in MATLAB platform and compared to other existing methods such as Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), Artificial Bee Colony (ABC), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithm (GA), and NSGA-II. Results show that HTSA reduces electricity costs to 4.3 INR/kWh, and achieves 96% of higher efficiency compared to other existing methods. This superior performance demonstrates HTSA’s potential for optimizing eV charging strategies while minimizing grid disruptions and enhancing the integration of renewable energy sources (ReS). © 2024 ieee.
