When deploying machine learning (ML) applications, the automated allocation of computing resources - commonly referred to as autoscaling - is crucial for maintaining a consistent inference time under fluctuating workloads. The objective is to maximize the Quality of Service metrics, emphasizing performance and availability, while minimizing resource costs. In this paper, we compare scalable deployment techniques across three levels of scaling: at the application level (TorchServe, RayServe) and the container level (K3s) in a local environment (production server), as well as at the container and machine levels in a cloud environment (Amazon Web Services Elastic Container Service and Elastic Kubernetes Service). The comparison is conducted through the study of mean and standard deviation of inference time in a multi-client scenario, along with upscaling response times. Based on this analysis, we propose a deployment strategy for both local and cloud-based environments.

AI Agent has presented potential towards Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), which is expected to autonomously perceive the environments, make decisions and take actions. However, most of existing AI agents tend to train in confined environments with limited knowledge, yielding sub-optimal performance. Benefiting from the remarkable progress of large language models (LLMs), diverse LLM-based agents emerge. These agents employ LLM as the central brain to perceive, plan, and memorize, etc, which exhibit human-level intelligence across multifarious applications and obtain satisfactory performance. In this paper, we propose a survey of LLM-based agents from the perspective of theories, technologies, applications and suggestions, respectively. Specifically, we first deliver a recapitulative review of the theory foundation, which includes Large Language Models, Chain of Thought and AI Alignment, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Embodied AI, etc; With this, we then present the key technologies, comprising four critical components: Perception, Planning, Memory and Action; Subsequently, we briefly explore some domain-related and evaluation applications; Finally, we provide pertinent suggestions based on the observations of significant challenges for LLM-based agents.

The research paper aims to identify the accounting guide for what might be done when the eco-nomic unit conducts business deals of a new digital nature, setting up a guide for management that can be used for choosing the appropriate accounting policies for digital transactions. So, this guide is based on international bodies represented by the international Accounting Standards Board (IASB), these bodes and companies seek to put on the steps to accounting recognition initial of digital assets and, then reporting based on some international standards. For example, international accounting standard (IAS 2), international accounting standard (IAS 38) standard, or (IFRS 1), through the use of a digital bill from a company (BVNK) then using the steps by the accounting guide to making (accounting recognition and disclosure) of that digital data. The re-search concluded the possibility of creating a new accounting culture that keeps pace with digital developments by this guide and, also found out that the metaverse and its applications whether the blockchain, cloud computing and others, will have a role in reducing the costs, and saving the time to processing digital invoices, which helps to prepare and present financial statements for users in actual time, to meets their needs in getting high quality information and on-demand, become aware of the financial situation which enables them to make the correct economic decisions about continue or increase investment. According to the traditional multi-dimensional FFT, memory layouts of high-dimensional data are discontinuous. Transposition is introduced to keep high-dimensional data continuous in memory. However, transposition increases memory access and is a hot spot for multi-dimensional FFT. This paper proposes an optimization framework to eliminate explicit transpositions and optimize the three-dimensional (3D) FFT. This framework includes three research points. 1) combines the width-first and breadth-first search to optimize the butterfly network of one-dimensional (1D) FFT;2) adopts a column-order algorithm to eliminate data transposition;3) adopts a blocking algorithm of cache-aware to better use the hardware resources of ARM architecture. Based on this optimized framework, a multi-dimensional FFT library named MDFFT is implemented. The experiments demonstrate that MDFFT generally performs better than FFTW and ARMPL on ARM CPUs. © 2021 IEEE.

One use of artificial intelligence is natural language processing (NLP). Voice assistants are able to have conversations with individuals in their native language and include AI by using cloud computing. Voice assistants are now included into millions of different consumer products due to the ease with which they may be used. Voice assistant-enabled smart speakers are among the most popular consumer electronics devices now available, but universities and other types of organizations have just lately started using them. The purpose of this paper is twofold: first, to offer a review of previous research on speech recognition in the classroom, and second, to provide fresh discoveries.

The delivery of information technology services via the internet is referred to as cloud computing where instead of storing data on a local computer or server, it is stored on remote servers that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. cloud computing provides a cost-effective resources to develop machine learning and deep learning algorithms faster. Attacks using side-channels in virtualized computing are a risk to the safeguarding of confidential data stored in cloud. These attacks exploit the physical and implementation-related aspects of cloud computing environments, such as power consumption, electromagnetic emissions, and timing behaviours, to leverage secret data, such as cryptographic keys and passwords. With the growing prevalence of cloud computing, it is essential to comprehend and address the vulnerabilities presented by Side-Channel Attacks (SCAs). In response to these hazards, cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and security researchers are exploring new methods for detecting and preventing these attacks. These methods include hardware-based security solutions, such as Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs), and software-based countermeasures, such as randomizing encryption keys and using secure coding practices. The partnership among CSPs and security researchers is vital to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of cloud-based data and applications and prevent SCAs in cloud computing. © 2025 The Author(s).

With the rapid development of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies, real-time 3D human pose estimation plays a key role in various interactive applications. This paper proposes a real-time 3D human pose estimation method based on augmented reality technology and the Transpose model. This method significantly improves the pose estimation accuracy in complex scenes by combining the scene perception module and the spatiotemporal feature module. We conducted extensive experimental verification on the Human3.6M dataset, and the results showed that the proposed method performed well in different activities and multiple perspectives. Through ablation experimental analysis, we further confirmed the contribution of each module to the overall performance. The final experimental results show that the complete model achieved the best performance in terms of MPJPE, MPVE and Angular error, verifying the effectiveness and stability of our method. This study provides an important reference for real-time human pose estimation in augmented reality and demonstrates its great potential in practical applications.

The term “5G” refers to the latest advancements in mobile technology. The next key stage of mobile communications standards after the soon-to-be-implemented 4G standards is 5G. Due to the development of 5G technology, the bulk of high bandwidth users will change how they access their phones. With 5G pushed via a VOIP-equipped smartphone, people would experience a volume of calls and data transfer unlike anything else. [1] The word “5G” relates to the generation of wireless telecommunications, which will change multiple areas of our daily life. Due to emerging mobile technologies like virtual reality applications, HD video consumption, and cloud-based entertainment, mobile users and their usage is expanding very quickly. The rate of increase in demand and the predicted trends of new technologies, such as driverless vehicles and virtual reality, will far exceed the capacity of 4G networks in a few years Consequently, multiple attempts have been made by industry experts and research associations to make 5G networks a reality soon. Academicians and thought leaders have agreed that these new network systems would employ highly exciting, developed technologies like SDN and NFV to realize their objectives. The transmission speed of 5G is a lot greater than that of the present network Data transmission speeds up to 10Gbps, which are 10 to 100 times faster than 4G and 4G- LTE will be available with 5G. To facilitate the development of new services, 5G is anticipated to merge ultra-broadband networks and incorporate new-age technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning and cloud computing.

Globally, effective application of cloud technology, mobile, social media, analytics, and IoT (Internet of Things), has resulted in new creative products, tight consumer interactions, and enhanced corporate operations. Block-chain technology is reshaping the digital landscape by offering a fresh perspective on efficiency, system security and resilience. Despite its initial popularity as a foundation for digital money, Blockchain is much more than that. It offers a safe way to conduct any form of product or service trade. Growing laws, cybercrime, and fraud are impeding industrial progress even while trusted connections are becoming more and more crucial for growth. To overcome these obstacles, Block-chain will enable more flexible better customer interactions, cloud technology, value chains, quicker product developments, and quicker IoT and integration. Further Block-chain reduces the charge of commerce by providing a reliable bond that is handled devoid of outside interference from parties that might not directly provide value. It is now feasible to create engagements, smart contracts, and agreements with solid cyber-security components built in. In order to show and illustrate the usage of Block-chain technology across numerous industrial applications, this research attempts to build the framework for that. The IBM Block-chain project is used to define and develop the healthcare application Health-chain. The ideas may be used to a variety of trades, including as manufacturing, banking, and government, where scalability, safety, and efficiency are needed.
