Based on the theory of intelligent perception and deep learning, this paper discusses the interactive design method of virtual reality (VR) platform based on artificial intelligence, and carries out in-depth analysis of its modeling and evaluation process. The research shows that the multi-user collaborative recommendation algorithm can effectively reduce the concurrency of users in the interactive system. At the same time, the deep learning algorithm model can predict the data flow and feature information in the virtual reality scene, and the performance results are obtained through iterative operations. The results show that the initial stability of the system is about 90%, and the fluctuation range is between 80% and 100% as time goes by. Under the premise of maintaining stability of 80% to 100%, small vibration caused by random noise leads to stability fluctuations. The system shows a certain degree of robustness and elasticity in the fluctuation range of 80% to 100%, and can maintain stability in response to external interference, and realize functions such as intelligent roaming and environmental monitoring of the VR platform.

This article delves into the application of computer 3D vision technology in multimedia graphic designsystems, aiming to explore how to improve design quality by enhancing the depth and interactivity of visual communication. By integrating advanced 3D graphics processing algorithms, this study successfully developed a highly modular designsystem that can achieve complex 3D model rendering, support real-time lighting effects, and provide a user-friendly interactive interface. The system adopts GPU (General Processing Unit) acceleration technology, optimizes rendering pipelines, and ensures efficient graphics rendering performance. The research results indicate that in the testing of system response, it can be found that the response time is shorter than that of the improved system, with an average response time of 0.48 seconds, while the average response time of traditional systems is 1.2 seconds. It can be seen that the system in this article operates smoothly in the UI (User Interface), and can maintain a good user experience even when dealing with complex design tasks. The results of this study not only broaden the application scope of computer 3D vision in the field of multimedia design, but also lay the foundation for subsequent research and development of related technologies.

The primary objective of this paper is to conceive and implement a web-based student competence mining and analysis system. Firstly, the adoption of multi-terminal data collection techniques is introduced in order to gather students' learning data. Secondly, the research delves into the theory of rule engines, encompassing rule-based expert systems and the application of declarative programming. Additionally, the application of big data consistent tree distribution storage in the management and analysis of student data is investigated. Regarding the overall systemdesign, the architecture, module structure, and network topology are devised. Subsequently, the system is implemented and undergoes experimental testing, followed by an analysis of the test results. This paper aims to provide an innovative web-based student competence mining and analysis system for the field of education, facilitating educators in better comprehending students' learning situations and capabilities, while offering personalized instruction and guidance. It is anticipated that this system will have a positive impact on educational reform and the enhancement of teaching quality.
