As a negative event with group effect, public risk may be caused by a variety of reasons, but the final result is basically social or environmental turbulence, chaos, or even destruction. In order to avoid this phenomenon, it is necessary to design a public risk perception early warning system. In this paper, machine learning algorithms are used to give the perception and warning system the learning ability, so as to strengthen its perception and warning ability of risks. In addition, this paper also puts forward the perspective of using big data to analyze Internet text information, so as to strengthen the system's assessment ability of risks. Finally, the system based on the proposed method was compared with the conventional system in this paper. The average accuracy of the experimental group was 92.33%, while the average accuracy of the control group was 86.52%. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the performance of the risk perception early warning system, and also reflect the role of machine learning algorithms.

The intensive application of radioactive sources in various fields has led to a rise in incidents involving their loss. Focusing on the rapid and safe detection of radiation environments and the localization of radioactive sources, this paper integrates the design of detection robots, radiation localization techniques, and path tracking to create a radioactive source detection system based on autonomous mobile robots. The design of the detection robot considers the unique challenges posed by radiation environments. In terms of localization, an adaptive radioactive source localization algorithm based on the Bayesian model, incorporating angle of arrival (AOA), is proposed to estimate the location of radioactive sources. Path planning is optimized using the Pure Pursuit algorithm to enhance tracking accuracy. Finally, on a mobile robot platform, an unknown radioactive source search experiment is conducted, validating the effectiveness of the system and vigorously advancing the field of radioactive source detection.

This study focuses on the problem of vehicle dynamics modeling within the framework of intelligent vehicles cyber-physical systems. Initially, a mechanistic analysis of vehicle dynamics is conducted, and, leveraging its characteristics, we design a composite neural network that integrates Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) and Feedforward Neural Network (FNN), employing a data-driven modeling methodology. Subsequently, a novel neural network-based digital mapping proxy model for vehicle dynamics is formulated. Comparative experiments among various methods demonstrate that our proposed approach yields higher precision in both lateral and longitudinal dynamic models. The application of our model to the vehicle longitudinal speed tracking control system validates its suitability and real-time performance in control system simulation.

This paper proposes a design scheme for a miniaturized high-power microwave source based on an X-band MW-level klystron. First, the development history and application fields of high-power microwave technology are introduced, as well as the importance of klystrons in the microwave field. Then, the overall solution design is described in detail, including the composition of the microwave source system and an overview of the overall solution, as well as the design of each module of the system, such as RF preamplifier, high-voltage pulse modulator, boost module and filament power module.
